Excellent teaching!! if you are looking for a traditional teaching of Hapkido, this is the place. Training is very personalized (I am an old guy) and progressive. Master Held (5th Dan) is excellent and very patient, so is Mr Applegate (2nd Dan). Very much oriented toward REAL self-defense; no esoteric stuff! I have lost 14 lbs and continuing.
