Kindcare has been really good about checking temperatures of children and staff before allowing them to enter the building as well as the staff all wearing masks to prevent Covid from entering the facility until this. A parent who had a pending Covid test, had not yet received the results, was allowed into the facility and my child’s classroom. I didn’t think it needed to be said that IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE COVID, YOU SHOULD NOT BE AROUND CHILDREN WHO CANNOT BE VACCINATED YET, but this person apparently didn’t care. The test came back positive and the facility had to shut down ONLY my child’s classroom for 2 weeks. Now I don’t blame Kindercare for the parents negligence, however, Kindercare is not removing the child from their care whose parent tested positive. This person is not only putting their own child’s life at risk, but also my child’s life at risk and I do not understand why Kindercare would allow that child to continue coming to their facility. Not to mention the scramble to find childcare for the next 2 weeks (12 business days in total) when both my husband and I work full-time jobs and our child has to be quarantined. Kindercare has been pretty good for child care, but this is inexcusable and nothing is being done about it.

My daughter has been going to this KinderCare since September. Although Covid has limited parents from going inside, I can tell that she loves it! She goes to school happy and comes home happy. The staff have always been friendly anytime I interact with them, and I can tell they love my daughter!

Horrible customer service from corporate. Was charged for nearly three months after my son’s care was terminated after two weeks during Covid.I need to talk to someone about my bill and no one ever responds to my emails. Don’t send your child here you’ll regret it long after they are gone!

My son started going to this school about 2 weeks ago, after leaving school due to several complains of my child misbehaving even tho he has 2 baby sister with no incident, now my child comes home with new words, assures us he loves us and talks about how much he like his new school. i hope the school see this because you have great educators and the 4yo teachers are awesome. GREAT SCHOOL

Kindercare is a great place! We have been here for over 5 years. Mrs .Diaa the school director is great. She loves my children and she is always willing to help and find solutions when my boys are having a difficult day!

Duke KinderCare, is an absolutely great daycare. The staff is super friendly. They are very understanding. They have reasonable hours starting from 6:30 to 6. Which is amazing when parents start at 7 a.m. they have a weekly game for the parents to play. To which you can win prizes. They have a suggestion box for any parents to give any suggestions to make the daycare better. Its absolutely amazing. Its clean and my daughter loves it. They take children to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Which is wonderful for the little ones especially if theyre potty training.

Great school with wonderful caring teachers and staff. Our kids learn in a friendly family environment. My child has flourished here.

Love love love this school!! My daughter has learned so much over the last 7 months. The staff is so nice and polite to each and every single person!!
