Terrible service and bad attitudes even first thing in the morning. Its just sad that its so many unemployed people who would love to have a job and will show up with a pleasant attitude ready to work. The first time I called; the lady gave me the wrong information about my refund check and hung up on me. This time I called a lady answered the phone, cut me off and transferred me over to a voicemail because she didnt want to answer my question. Then I called back and got the same rude lady I had the first time who chose to speak to me like I was a child.

They pick up the phone as soon as it rings and let you sit there in silence, then hang up on you. Twice.

Horrible service every time. Not only are the people working in this office extremely rude, they also have no idea how to do their job. This is the circumstance in pretty much any other office within this University as well. They are rude over the phone and act as if youre wasting their time, they constantly forward your call to other sectors of the college as if they cant deal with you and send you on a wild goose chase trying to find answers, which most of the time you wont find. It would be more acceptable if they were rude and knew how to do their job, or if they were nicer while not knowing how to do their job, but they are BOTH rude and dont know what theyre doing and completely unhelpful. I honestly dont know what they do in that office all day but, if anything, they need a serious attitude check, and that also applies to many other offices that are supposedly there to help students. Its like this school literally sets people up for failure.

These people are rude. They cut you off, and sometimes hang up. They act like the money were dealing with is coming right out of their pockets. There some nice representatives though. You just have to be lucky.

Not very helpful considering most officers are students. They really have basic knowledge of whats going on. It takes forever to really get to the bottom of an issue. They send emails about issues with your account juat in timw for them to get off 4:53p or on the weekend when you cannot reapond because they are closed. Terrible business practice

They are extremely disrespectful and the only way I got in contact with them was through Instagram and that’s unprofessional. Once money is paid you can see why someone would become irate and frustrated. The worst part is they barely answer the phone and when they finally do, there’s always an attitude problem with little to no answers.

Its like talking to a brick wall. No one is helpful. People are rude. No one answers the phone or replies to email...like what are you working there for ? Its ridiculous
