My son started in this school in Pre-K in Aug, 2017. Since it’s his first school, this one is special for him and for us.One of the best choice we ever made was enrolling my son in Montesorrie Academy of Farmington hills. He is going to be 7 years in July, after clearing his written exam(Reading 4th grade,& Maths 5th grade equivalent) got enrolled in 3rd grade in one of the great private schools in Dallas, TX.Strong foundation laid down by elementary teachers (Miss Sandhya, Miss Ayo, Miss Aruna, Miss Mandeep) under Miss Suman leadership helped my son excel in studies. I strongly recommend this school to anyone whose priority/criteria is setting strong education base for their kids at early age.I hope and wish Miss Suman strong disciplined approach, brighten more kids and their future.All the best !!

We have been sending our daughter to this school for over 2 years now, and its now an extended piece of our home.The owner, Ms. Suman, genuinely cares about the children and their well-being, and knows everyone individually. Shes there whenever we need to talk to her, and she is always very responsive and cares about parents concerns and feedback.Teachers are amazing, they love the kids and do a great job teaching them, and they are all experienced.Academically, kids are so advanced for their ages and they really enjoy the learning experience. They are also learning independence, teamwork and being part of a community.We found this place quite by chance, and I am so grateful for that. We can send our daughter to school, knowing that she is with our extended family.

Both my daughters have attended this school for close to 7 years.. from the daycare infant days through K grade. From an education perspective I cant speak enough to peers about how well both my children were doing at the school and how those skills learned have supported their academics foundation. Both children were able to start reading at an earlier age then their peers, more advance comprehension skills, advanced in math as well. As they entered their elementary grade, my oldest placed in advanced stage in the state testing across all topics. I enjoy the family, tight unit perspective of the school and know that Mrs Suman and her staff have the best intentions to bring the best in each of their students.

My son studied here around 8 months. I just wondered about the improvements in my kid in that short period. He enjoyed schooling there.. Wonderful & friendly teachers. My kids first & best school ever.

My 5 plus year old spend almost 3 years at this school and I must say this is the best school to enroll. I have seen significant growth in my kid academically and socially also. This is best school for its way of teaching great atmosphere and they way school treat every student is great. I would recommend this school for your kid too. Enroll kid and have a mental peace and enjoy kid growth.

The best advice I can offer anyone who is researching early learning and daycare facilities is to simply schedule a meeting with Suman. Her passion is immediately evident, and the environment is perfectly suited to provide the productive habits we all hope see early on in our children.I am 100% certain that my children have been set up for success as a result of the guidance and care provided to them by Suman and the incredible staff who all embody her appetite for teaching.

My 4 year old spent only 5 months at this school before they had to close due to COVID. But the improvement I noticed in her, is beyond expectation. Expected to start Kindergarten in Fall 2020, my child can talk fluently and read level 2 books without much help. With a diversity of students from every part of the world, this school provides a great platform for kids to mingle. This is a great first school for any child. Teachers are great.

Excellent school for child growth. My son learned nicely all basics. He can go to kindergarten with confidence. teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. They care children as well.

We have really loved our experience at montessori academy of Farmington hills! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Soman is such a special caring person. We toured a few other daycares in the area and liked them all but knew instantly after meeting her this was the right place for us. Our daughter constantly impresses us with things she learned from school. Prices are reasonable and they provide food which is very convenient. Highly recommend!!!

We are very happy and satisfied sending our 3 year old child to this school. He is been going to Montessori from past few months and we can see a positive change in our kid. Not only his vocabulary but there is an overwhelming change in his personality. I will highly recommend Montessori academy to all the parents.

5-Star school. Safety is great, learning is super great, treatment of kids is awesome, lunch food is prepared (or pack lunch), big play ground, all kids are friendly, staff is welcoming to parents, and it is like a family once you go there. The owner, really puts all the money back into the school, you get your monies worth. I am so glad we found this school. I had no idea about daycare with my 1st child, we looked at several schools and I liked this one best of all because they really got it together.they have their day formatted, but it is never overwhelming for the child. there is no pressure to learn, learning is fun to them because of the montessori method. they get good playing time on the huge playground, and she does field trips. Very diverse kids from all racial backgrounds and they all play with each other and love it. Your kids will have a whole class of friends. She includes a lot in the price too. its like a school with daycare hours before and after. They do many activities too like planting and holiday parties. Its life -changing finding this school. I also like that if you have a concern, the owner or teacher will talk with you. I wish the school many more years to come! Best school/daycare this side of Michigan.

My family first put our children in Montessori Academy of Farmington Hills eight years ago. Our youngest just graduated this summer. We had a positive experience from the infant room all the way up through the pre-k/kindergarten class. My children adored their teachers, they were academically and socially well-prepared for elementary school, and we liked the schools family-oriented vibe.

Both of my children attend Montessori Academy of Farmington Hills. My oldest started at 14 months and my youngest was 8 months. Mrs. Suman and her staff have always treated my children fair and with respect. Its a hard transition going from having your children home and then sending them to be with strangers all day. However I recall Mrs. Val texting me pictures of my oldest to reassure me that he was not crying anymore and was content.Over the years the staff members have become like family. I attended Montessori as a child and I recall it feeling like home to me. Im glad that Mrs. Sumans schools was able to provide a similar experience for my boys.I am extremely pleased with the academics at the school. My oldest was reading well at 4 and is currently ahead in math and writing. As parents we hope to give our children every advantage possible. Most people choose a Montessori school because they want the best for their child. They also want their child to understand importance of education and to have a head-start wherever they transition to. Upon completing three years at this Montessori school, my child scored in the 87th percentile on the MAP Growth test in 1st grade. My child is in the top rated school district in metro-detroit. Yes, it was worth the extra money. Only regret: Perhaps, I should have kept my child there even longer.

Highly recommend! I was very nervous enrolling my 18 month old twins...at first they cried everyday and now they don’t want to leave! We are in Ms Val and Ms Silva’s class and they treat my babies so well. They have learned so many things in the 8 months they have been there. They count to 50, know all their shapes, animals, letters. It’s amazing! They really spend time educating your kids. They also have taught them to be much more independent. One of the best choices we have made for them was taking them there!!

Two years ago we brought a shy 3 yrs old boy to the school, since then he blossomed and excelled academically. The teachers were so patient and dedicated to the students. Do not judge the old exterior building, inside is a group of professionals who loves their job and want to shape the future generations. We look forward to bring our son and daughter back to the montessori summer camp next year. I really feel safe in leaving my kids with Ms. Suman and her team.

We have been sending our 2 1/2 year old son to Artstart Montessori Academy for the past few months and we could see many changes in him. His maturity, social skills, verbal skills has been greatly improved after he enrolled to the school. Since this is my sons first school, he did not show excitement to go to school in initial days, but due to the care of Ms. Suman and teachers, he started adapting and now he enjoys going to school. The management and teachers are very understanding and provide constructive comments to the parents overseeing the activities of the kid. We are happy we enrolled our son to this school.

I have my 5 year old daughter attending this school since she 11 months.She loves going to the school.Teachers are really helpful in making a kid socially and academically great .With the help of miss Ayo and other teachers in the school , my daughter is ready for KG and I dont have words to thank the management and teachers .My daughter is doing her maths and reading by her own.The owner mrs. Suman is available at any time & whenever we have questions she help us.Great school & great teachers. So happy & blessed to put my daughter there.

Arts start Montessori academy now known as Montessori academy of Farmington hills is definitely the place to be for any child to start education. Every aspect of this school is so impressive: Academics, Safety and security, Individual attention to the child to bring out their best potential and more importantly they are taught to be independent!They have an excellent Team of teachers well supported by Ms . Suman( Principal). There is regular communication from the school that will keep the parents updated on whats happening and what to look forward to in the upcoming days. Field trips.. Summer camps... Winter program... Spring program... Open house... Parent picnic at school...you have them all!!! My daughter went to Montessori academy of Farmington Hills only for very few months. I am so much satisfied with the academics taught there. She learnt in a very fast pace. They have very nice montessori materials. Also they have very good collection of books for starters in reading, Also she started reading in few months. I am so happy that my daughter went to this school.

My son who was 4 years old went to the Montessori Academy of Farmington Hills for a year and I must admit that he has transformed and learned so much in this one year! Thanks to the school and the wonderful teachers 😀 He joined the school knowing jus a few alphabets and numbers and now he can read small story books on his own, can do addition and subtraction so easily! And he has a learnt a lot of science and geography too...The teachers pay individual attention for each student and push them in their interest areas and my son thoroughly enjoyed going to school! I am really happy and impressed with the school 😊😊
