I absolutely love Cadence Academy in Fayetteville! The entire staff is amazing and the teachers are rockstars. They love my daughter like she was their own and it shows because she’s so excited to go every day. Throughout the whole pandemic they’ve kept everyone safe and I have zero worries when I drop her off. I’m so thankful I’ve found such a wonderful daycare!

Cadence Academy has been a blessing for not only my child but for myself as a mother. My child has been at Cadence for the last 4.5 years. The administration and teachers are all very professional. They communicate with us daily via Kid Report which shows us lessons plans, pictures, nap times and meals. Everyone is so kind and loved my child like their own. The pre K program at Cadence has fully prepared my child for kindergarten. My daughter absolutely loves school and is so excited to go every morning! Cadence is a wonderful place that I would highly recommend to everyone!

Was extremely rude after I delivered their pizza. Normally schools tip the delivery person because it’s an extreme hassle to carry so many boxes of pizza, which I was willing and happy to do so because what person doesn’t love pizza. Unfortunately staff was extremely rude and did not leave a tip. Luckily my establishment won’t be delivering to them anymore.

The teachers are very caring and they do a great job with curriculum. My husband and I get updates daily with pictures, which helps since we cant have as much contact due to Covid. The school does a great job of following health protocols as well. We never worry about our children while they are at Cadence! Thank you Cadence

Seems like a wonderful school! They provide pizza for the students and teachers.They don’t tip the delivery drivers though.$70 order.

The director is rude and if she doesn’t like you, she wrongfully accuses you of things and gets rid of you. Her best teachers are no longer there because she finds something wrong with them. She would rather have poor teachers that she likes. I’d rather send my kids to someone who wants the best teachers who give their all and poor into their students and class. Will be looking further to take my children. NOT CADENCE!!

This school has by far the best early childhood curriculum in the Northwest Arkansas Area. I have been so impressed with the implementation of the curriculum and responsiveness of the staff. The communication is outstanding.

Cadence Academy has been wonderful to us! They are very professional, hygienic and take their work seriously. We started our son here in 2016 when he was about 18 months old. Now he is 4 and we have a daughter now who also attends. We are very fond of all our teachers! Thank you Cadence for watching our babies for us!

I have worked here for almost four years and I love it! I left briefly for another job but came back because this is home to me. Ive worked at other childcare centers before and this is by far my favorite place Ive worked! The love the staff show and the amazing kids we have the pleasure of teaching makes it a great place to be!

Ive been satisfied with the service here. The staff they hire are knowledgeable and hard working, and they make a real effort to both address the challenges individual children face and keep parents informed. What issues that have come up theyve been quick to address and theyve done so in a way that shows they will go the extra mile for excellence.

My two children attend Cadence, and my oldest has gone since he was only 12 weeks old. Ms. Hannah (infant room) has taken care of both of my babies, and my son loves going to pick up his sister in the room to say Hi. It made it easier going back to work knowing someone who truly loved kids was watching mine. Ms. Caroline was also extremely helpful as my oldest transitioned into being a big brother, and he runs into her arms any time he sees her.Anytime someone else is watching your child, you will have some concerns. There have been some issues Ive addressed with Ms. Shannon, but she has always handled the situation swiftly, and Ive been happy with the results. The responsiveness has made me confident in the leadership there and that they truly are willing to be flexible to do what is right for the child.

My family loves Cadence! Our son is learning so much and having a great time! The teachers are energetic, kind and creative! I couldnt imagine going to a different preschool! Cadence Academy is home!

We love Cadence Academy so much that when we moved to Elkins, we decided to make the 30 minute commute so that our children could stay in such a great environment. All 4 of our kids have been at Cadence Academy at one point or another and weve had at least one child there for 4 years straight. There is low employee turnover, so I know my childrens teachers and they know and love our children. The director and assistant director are both friendly, personable, and willing to solve any problems or issues that arise. I cant recommend this place enough to anyone who needs reliable and loving child care!

Our kid is constantly learning and his creativity and development is nourished. We love seeing all the little things he’s picked up, and know he his loved and cared for while mommy and daddy work.

I received a call about an opening for another daycare-- closer to me. I toured the facility and was not impressed. I decided to leave my granddaughter in Cedar Crest. They are top of the line--electronic entry, electronic check-in/check-out, tv screens of live monitoring in the lobby, and super friendly staff.

I disagree with a review left by another parent. While her husband may have witnessed the unfortunate event between a child and teacher, the director’s response was much different than mentioned. As the parent of the child that it impacted I know that we were immediately told of the situation, the teacher was removed from the classroom and no longer works at the school. DHS was called. DHS also followed up with the former teacher, checked on my child, and scheduled a visit with us for more information and to check on our child again. While a teacher may have been arrested in the past, the outcome of that arrest was not something that made it onto the background check. Our director does background checks on all teachers and that teacher had one as well. The director’s response to our situation is exactly why I would recommend this school to everyone. The director has always handled things in a professional manner and all other teachers we have had at this school have been very kind and loving. We do wish to thank the parent that reported the incident. They say it takes a village to raise a child and they were part of our village that day!

Way to many kids and not enough staff. I picked up my child at times with scratches on his face and when I asked the teacher and director what happened they would answer, I dont know I have also picked my child up with half way dry peed pants, my child was never changed after having a accident. The teachers never introduced themselves and can hear them yelling down the hall. When the staff is telling you they are not getting paid enough but they keep raising tuition and putting more kids in the class and not enough help I finally made the decision to pull my child out.

Im always impressed by the friendliness of the staff and quality of care Cedar Crest provides. Its nice not having to worry about my child being in good hands when I drop him off.

Had several bad experiences here. I don’t normally write reviews but when it involves children I think parents have a right to know. Walked in on two different occasions and witnessed a teacher violently grabbing a child and another time a teacher was shaking a child. I reported the first instance to the director and the she did not report the incident. The second occurrence my husband witnessed and demanded the director report. We pulled our child out immediately. Afterwards we found out that both teachers in our classroom had criminal backgrounds. This was on top of us already speaking to the director about the quantity of food given to the kids (1/2 cracker and 1/4 slice of cheese for snack time) and our child coming home with bite marks everyday that were not being reported by the teachers. Please be cautious if you are thinking about letting them care for your child!

Constant employee turnover and ownership changes. Rates are extremely high for the quality of care provided.

We had a horrible experience.-Numerous Diaper Rashes - We no longer have to deal with.-Our child had pink eye to where his eye was sealed shut - we never recieved a call.-Teachers are supposed to fill out sheets - our sheet had less writing on it as time went on.-Charges - showed up on our bill and never communicated what they were for until we approached them.- Unprofessionalism - We will just leave it at that.-When we inititally had our infant in the program he had his head hanging off of a boppy pillow and also a teachers knee when holding another child.- Soiled Baby - Our child was covered in milk on numerous occasions and never cleaned up.Dont let the facility impress you its not what is taking care of your child.Suggestion: Go sit in the room in which you child will be in everytime they are moved or placed.Suggestion: Dont overlook ANYTHING. But, dont expect everything.

On the first day I sent my child there I found out that they made her do dishes and clean the kitchen and shes only 7. Im paying 15 dollars an hour for her to clean while there are adults getting paid to do it
