I dropped my daughter Hope there today. It was our first time, she is two years old. They were very understanding about her potty training. She had a great time. Thank you to all the staff 😊

My kid LOVED it here. My husband and I went out for a nice movie and really enjoyed knowing our toddler was having fun, was safe and (most importantly) would be tired when we picked him up for bedtime.

My son is 2 years old and loves it here!! He literally just says β€œplay, play, play” as soon as he sees the door. As a parent, I trust these ladies to keep my son when I go running, getting my nails done or just when I need a breather away from my son for a few hours. He is will taken care of and fed when I pick him up. He even cries to stay!! All my experiences here have been so amazing and we will keep coming back.

My son loves Imagination Station! And I do too!! We have used this service over the last two years for everything from days out of school, date nights and errands. As a real estate agent during a time of remote learning having the Imagination Station allows me to advance my career. I feel great knowing my child is cared for the way I would even while I’m working. They have allowed me to move forward instead of being left behind as a woman in the workforce. And as a foster parent, I really appreciate that they are aware of the intricacies of trauma in these kids’ lives and love on my foster kids. They are always welcoming and kind.

These ladies are truly a blessing for me and my wife at times like this. All the daycares in Fayetteville are booked up so we were panicking. Then the imaginary station/kid care popped up. Today was our first day dropping our children off and my children did very well and so did the ladies. The place was very cleaned and all of the kids were enjoying themselves. I appreciate you ladies so much. And the prices are really great with the package deals that really helped us save alot of money! Thank you once again!

Tiffany and her team are incredible, very knowledgeable and patient with children. We have a daughter that is on the autism spectrum and can be a handful at times. In the past we had a very hard time finding experienced and quality child care for respite purposes. But ever since we discovered Imagination station (formerly Coolspring Clubhouse), going on 3 years ago, I know that I can call and make a reservation and Ill have reliable child care when I need it! During the Covid school shut down we enrolled our daughter into the virtual school program Tiffany provided. The team was very patient but firm with our daughter (which was exactly what she needed to succeed) and they made sure she stayed on task, which was a big challenge for myself and even for her own public school teachers. I am continually impressed with the level of care Tiffany and her team provide and will continue bringing my daughter to them until she ages out of their program!

Imagination Station was an answer to my prayers. We started virtual kindergarten this fall and used the local YMCAs on-site program initially. However, after a rope was placed around my 5 year old sons neck by an older child, I was done. Tiffany and her team stepped in and my son has flourished while there. The small group dynamic versus the Hunger Games atmosphere at the YMCA is one thousand percent better. When I drop my son off in the morning, I feel like he is being cared for and protected. For those looking for assistance with childcare during virtual school, check them out. For those needing childcare while running errands, check them out. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

I have to say that this place is absolutely amazing! For the first time ever, when picking up my daughter Olivia, she tell me Wait mommy, let me finish this project first The staff is great. The children are actually engaged in activities that they like and learn at the same time. Its a clean environment. I like that the facility is locked and not just anyone can enter, so I can feel at ease leaving my daughter there. The location is conveniently close to everything. The new owner Tiffany is just the sweetest ever. I always recommend this place to everyone I know. Great job guys.

Let me start by saying, it was no coincidence meeting Tiffany, owner of Cool Springs Clubhouse. My wife and I are HUGE skeptics when it comes to leaving our child with someone or at someplace when we aren’t there. I met Tiffany during a radio interview and she had me excited to take a look at the clubhouse. After going, I was sold on bringing my son. The cleanliness of things were pristine, the happy environment was very welcoming and the staff were super friendly! I took my son, and it took him 3.5 seconds to warm up and run around the entire place🀣. He LOVED IT and thanks to Tiffany and the staff for taking care of our son. We will DEFINITELY be utilizing the clubhouse again and again!

I am very protective of who I allow my son with and I make sure I do my research whenever I use a new establishment. It was my first time using a drop-in daycare facility, and I was relieved and happy to know my son had a great experience. They took great care of him and made sure to note all his changes, feedings, and extra comments about his stay there, which makes me feel at ease. I first heard about the daycare through the owner in passing while working downtown. I took the time to go personally on my own and check it out and talked to some of the staff and was very impressed. Great location, safe and clean, with a kind and thorough staff. It put me at ease knowing they are all CPR/First Aid certified and are a peanut and shellfish free facility. Even though my son doesn’t have any allergies, it’s a plus to know that they consider all of the kids that come into their facility and ensures that every kid feels secure when they are there. I was really happy to know they keep their doors locked and take the safety of the kids seriously. Location is perfect next and near to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, a charter school and the children’s museum, as well as having the Fayetteville police department down the road. I work downtown and spend lots of time there and I am always happy to see new and great establishments making downtown such a quaint place to hangout especially on the weekends.

Well my first time bringing my daughter here and they could’ve done a little better on communication! I wasn’t aware it’s $1 per minute after you exceed 4 hours until I got a text. I wish she would’ve told me when I dropped her off. I specifically said this is my first time coming here and didn’t get paperwork till after I picked her up. $90 for 4 1/2 hours !!

I signed my daughter up to go here when I had to go to Jury Duty. As a stay-at-home military wife, leaving your kid for a day with people who are not family members is super nerve racking. The owner went above and beyond to make this accommodation for me, which I felt SO grateful for considering they are only supposed to watch kids up to 4 hrs. Unfortunately, my daughter ended up getting sick, so I did not take her in after all. When I told the staff that she was sick, they were sincerely sweet about it - sending wishes for her to feel better quickly and wishing me luck with jury duty.I also went in a week before my jury duty was scheduled to check it out and I was very happy the place. It was clean place, really friendly staff whose top priorities were clearly keeping the children safe, happy and well taken care of. I went from feeling nervous about dropping my child off for an unprecedented amount of time at a strange place to feeling confident that she was going to have fun and be in good hands. Cant ask for much more than that! The prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient as well. If I ever need child care, I know I can count on this place.

I was very skeptical of leaving my grandbabies with anyone but I took the chance and dropped them off at the Cool Spring Clubhouse and now Im a regular. The kids beg to go back. Its super clean, the staff is amazingly friendly they treat the kids super nice. The kids love that place. They have things to do for the little kids to the older ones. I love the fact that it is also a learning center and they often have different events you could bring the kids to. You could never go wrong with this place. You dont even need to have something to do to drop them off, its a place you can drop them off for fun.

On a road trip and passed through Fayetteville today to stretch our legs. Dropped my 11 month old in for an hour and opportunity to play outside the car. Got a couple minutes in to check out the town and my son had a blast. Clean facility, very nice staff. Thank you!!

Love love love this place!! I brought my kids here on a Friday where they always have an event going on. Not only did my kids love it but I was so amazed at how they were so dedicated to teach my kids new things besides just coloring and keeping them occupied until I was able to pick them up. The staff was very inviting and made me so comfortable leaving my children. If you are worried about safety.. DONT BE, that was the owners main priority and made sure doors are locked and they personally let people in. As a military spouse I need time to myself and this is the perfect place for that! The owner is a veteran and a spouse as well and really looks out for her brother and sisters in arms. Prices are very affordable which is a plus but not the reason we come.

This is a cute place. We used the drop in care a few months ago for our son. He was as 11 months at the time. They offer a military discount but the cost still adds up fast. They offer dinner at an additional cost and the staff is friendly. The only thing I wish was different just as a first time parent was that there was not much conversation before leaving my kid. Aka last diaper change, when he needs to sleep, all that helicopter mom stuff πŸ˜‚ Im pretty easy going but could be a turn off for others

If youre looking to find your little one a place for them to have fun, socialize and learn at the same time Cool Springs is the place. My son has only gone once but we will be returning there more often. My 3yr old is with me all the time and usually cries when I place him in my gyms free daycare. I took him here and he immediately wanted to play. He only cried once when the big kids tumbled some blocks and startled him but other than that I was told he had a great time. I was so worried about how he would do without me, but it seems he is fine!So trust CoolSprings Clubhouse to take care of your child while you get some you time!
