Sifu Banks is a fantastic instructor to train with and under. I am quickly getting whipped back into shape and havent felt this good in many years. To top it all off I get to learn something new with a great group of people! Even on nights that I dont want to attend I go home from class with a better attitude and feeling great. Train Hard!

My child has trained at Sacred Mountain nearly 5 years. Kung-fu has helped him to develop focus and drive,set and meet goals and milestones while keeping a fit mind and body. Sacred Mountain came into my place of work and taught a self defense class to the women there. It was my first experience with any form of martial arts, and I completely fell in love.
