Great customer service, didn’t hesitate to approach and asked if we needed help. And directed us in the right way. Very clean and organized. They have all kinds of different stuff ya wouldn’t expect Office Depot to have. They even have travel size body wash. And lots of colorful pens! 🌈🖍🖇📘📖

Very nice store. Well stocked. I was looking for some specific office supplies, a very nice clerk helped me find what I had overlooked. Found other useful items as well. There was a long line at checkout, so they opened up TWO more checkouts. The line went superfast.

Clean and well organized store. Just needed copies. Every associate said hello to me and two asked if I needed any assistance. Thats whats up!

I feel like Im going to Walmart every time I go there. 5 min to shop and 15 min to check out. Their POS (point of sale) is soon slow.

Dominic is the best. Very efficient young man that gets things done in a timely matter. I always have a smile when I walk and he is working.

Cindy is probably the most pleasant and helpful person I have met at any retail store. I seek her out on purpose when ever I go to this location, you can tell she genuinely cares and never disappoints.

Very unethical business practices by Office Depot hope to never shop here again. Came in this morning looking for ink for my printer after checking store website for price and availability. The online in store price was $17.99 the actual price in store was $25.99 when asked store operations manager about the difference and. Store associate. They both stated that they will honor the online price from there own website Office Depot.com but there in store price is normally higher. I am quite taken back and confused from this shouldn’t the in store price automatically be adjusted when the company’s website is having sales. What happens to the regular customer who just comes in looking for a product without doing research? Are they just supposed to pay the higher price. Very unethical in my opinion I will never return to an Office Depot store again. And I advise everyone do not shop there especially there location on College Parkway in Fort Myers without checking online first. Buyer beware and shame on you operations manager at this location and Office Depot this is not a good way of doing business!

This should be a 0. I bought a Lenovo Computer in July and was sold a $189.99 warranty and was told if anything went bad just bring it in and they (Office Depot) would take care of everything. NOT SO The key board, number pad mouse on key board and camera all stopped working. After trying to do the self fix they have on the computer everything quit. I toke it to Office Depot only to be told there was nothing they could do to call the warranty company, I did. They said everything should be taken care of in 24 hours. Not so I called them back only to be transferred to Lenovo who told me to take it to Office Depot to be repaired. So, back to square 1. I take it in to Office Depot and was told they dont do repairs(lie #2) to call the warranty company. The warranty company is taken care of it after 2 hours on the phone and NO HELP from Office Depot or Lenovo.

Lots of help from Mara in ordering a printer at store. All staff accommodating and sweet.

If I could do less stars, I would. This is by far the most unorganized store I have ever seen. We are a business and are trying to do business with the print center and it is very difficult to do so seemingly. Often we call, get disconnected. We get different answers from associates working there on how to do business and at the end of the day appears to be no leadership. We have doing business with a different location in Sarasota for over 10 years and was very easy to do so. I am a little confused why this is such a struggle. We have also been told that emails are not getting checked, so when we do email to please call to let them know we sent it in and that they dont delete the email. Businesses do not operate in that fashion and is appalling to hear that request.

Thank you to Mara in the Print department for bringing my printing order curbside to deliver through my open car window. Order was perfect, at a very fair price, and I like working directly with the provider. Thank you--highly recommend!

Sent an important pkg. out of state by FedEx, I thought! The store associate, a young lady, sent the FedEx box by UPS instead, and didnt tell me. This caused a lot of confusion, and its being delivered a day late. We will not be doing business with them again.

Shopped last night and was surprised at how the employees were working. you normally dont see anyone on the floor or helping. Last night I needed help and got helped right away. great job to your team working monday night.

BAD SERVICE. I asked an employee if they make stickers, they said yes. The next day they said no and left me talking to myself. Im not coming back.

Ive gone in to make stamps to sign the back of my business checks and also bought some office supplies here. Bought some cheap bluetooth headphones and office shelves. Even bought a small carry on bag for when I had to make a trip on very short notice. Guess Ive been to the store quite a few times. They keep the place clean too. Good shopping experience.

Purchased an L shaped desk here. 1 or the 2 glass panels shattered due to a manufacturing defect. Customer service was ok and told me that I can have it swapped for another one. Was then informed they could send a truck out with a team to deliver, and assemble the new one and would also disassemble and take with them the defective one. One catch, it would take 2 weeks. As a full time remote student, I did not have that amount of time to wait for a desk. I disassembled the old one myself, loaded it up and went to the store. The store was understanding and while I was unloading the broken one on my own in the parking lot, another employee was looking for a replacement. Once the swap was taking place, they stated they had to charge me and then do a refund. They charged me but forgot about the refund part... Contacted customer service who then basically told me that they cant see anything on their end and the only thing I could do was file a transaction dispute with my bank. After the bank reviewed it the claim was denied (this all has come to a close months later). In short, I have paid for two desks and received no help. I will not spend another penny at an Office Depot.

The staff was polite and helpful although some of the products are gathered around outside of their section we still found a good deal. Jessica at the register helped me get a discount by telling me about the free rewards system. Also The store looks less overwhelming than the last time I went to visit. The shelves are not as tall and Im assuming theyve put more of their lesser used or lesser sold products online.

Very good customer service. Always willing to help you find what you need. Even willing to strike up conversation over random things. So I guess they have unusually good customer service... Will be back!

Wanted a 1TB drive, saw great prices at Staples and Tiger on line, but the prices jumped if you wanted in store and same day pickup. Drove to Office Depot only because the wife has a $10 discount card, but once there learn they have the in-store sale price the same as the others internet only price - COOL!But then they didnt have the color I wanted in stock of the sale item, so they gave me another unit in the color wanted at the same price as the sale item.How cool was that!(now I can start moving all those movies right away!)

Can we say bait and switch. Label on the item was one price and the actual price was higher. Not much but enough that most people would not have noticed. When i pointed out the posted price was lower, the answer was oh some one forgot to change the tag. This was the manager Ramsey. I asked was he going to honor the posted price and he bluntly told me noReally? We he lost a sale. The item was marked 49.00 on the display and actual was 51.99. Isnt that illegal?

Worst customer service ever !

The salesman was wonderful and the only reason for giving any stars. The rest of our shopping experience was not understandable. We wanted to buy a desk that was on sale. Their computer showed they had one in stock, but they couldnt find it. He said we could order it. When we went to order it, their computer said there were none to order. So, we asked if we could buy the floor model (because why would they need to have a desk for sale that they had none in stock and none to order) The salesman informed the manager of our dilemma and asked if we could purchase the floor model. The manager denied us the only available desk they had for sale. Makes no sense ... Why have it for sale at all, let alone on sale, if there are none available?!

Just went to this Office Depot on college parkway and 41 south in there and asked adout a program that would help me with my pitchers, One of the girls said isle 17 or 18 , 4 of them standing there not anyone offering to help us only one other customer in the store, All4 employees joking and laughing not paying attention to anything else so frustrating. So notsure what to get we left, We will not be back there and will not recomend this Office Depot to anyone .

One bad seed in their spoiled the bunch. During a storm, that no one in their right mind would have came out in unless they truly needed something I parked in the wrong spot. The rain was coming down hard and the winds were blowing fiercely. I addressed the clerk and she advised me Id get towed by the plaza. Low and behold, she must have been the plaza because she went outside to try to get the tow truck and told others so I would hear that she tried to call them to move my car. I went in for a box of 8x14 paper. Thats all....... If up to me Id never return to that location. Happy Holiday

Very bad experience ordering school supplies online to pick up in store. 3/4 of what I ordered were missing. I wasted hours shopping for the school supplies on their website only to be told that even if it showed availability when I was ordering and paid for everything, there was no garantee that the items would be there. I would get reimbursed. Now I have to go over my list again and see what’s missing, and if I really got reimbursed; spend time again to go purchase what is missing which 75% of the list. Very inconvenient! Store manager was rude, but the young lady at the cash register was nice. She apologized. 8/10/19 around 6pm.

Horrible customer service! Go elsewhere

Went in to buy a new scanner/printer/copier. Waited & waited for someone to help me. No one did. After waiting over 5 mins for the computer guy who was with another customer to at least acknowledge me, I was told by another Associate to go to the Copy Center. Waited there only to be told by a Manager to go back to printers & wait. So I waited for 20 mins & left, never being helped. 👎

Two sales people offered friendly and helpful assistance. They had my items in stock while competitor did not.

Went there at 7:30 pm because their posted hours said open till 9pm. They were closed.

Dont buy ink here. They wont do exchanges or refunds for their horrible Office Depot brand ink that doest even work. A cheap store pocketing students cash in exchange for bootleg ink.

One stop shop for all office related items. You pay a little extra for the convenience on most items but if you can watch for sales you will do pretty well
