Unfortunately this company can take my money up front and cannot fill orders on time for the start of the school year. Ive order ten shirts and received 6. Unfortunately one of my children has only 1 shirt to wear and this company has nothing but excuses to give me. They’ve blamed the principal, theyve blamed their suppliers yet school started 3 weeks ago and they have not once been in contact with me to update my order. I have to call and get attitude by phone from their horrible mannered employees answering their phones. Not recommend to use this company.

Unfortunately I ordered my sons school uniforms from this company on July 20th, I called two weeks before school starting and spoke with Sarah she told me that my order had not been fulfilled yet, and she dont know when the order will be ready. School are going to start next week and I Still didnt get my order. I called today and spoke to Sarah again and she told me that my order isnt ready and she dont know when it will be!!! when I tried to understand when Ill finally get my order she said that Im rude and hung up on me!!! I tried to call back a few times but shes not answering the phone.This customer service is unacceptable and I really hope our school goes back to our normal shirt supplier.

Unfortunately I ordered my sons school uniforms from this company on August 8th, with absolutely no order update I finally called the week prior to school starting and spoke to Sarah she told me my order had not been fulfilled yet, and she would take my order off of ship and when the order was fulfilled they would be dropped off to the school. Still no update and we have started school, I called today and spoke to Sarah again and she told me my order was shipped and lost by fed ex 🤦‍♀️ And now does not have the inventory to replace my full order as of right now and I was on a list for her to call, this customer service is unacceptable and I really hope our school goes back to our normal shirt supplier.

I found the prices to be very competitive but the service can not be matched. I ordered shirts from Nate Sallee for my band and he was able to have them made in a very short amount of time. He also supplies my familys business. He has a vast selection of pens, apparel, and many other promotional items.........after doing business with Nate for about 2 years I still get great personal service and competitive pricing.
