Amazing place! We went here for our unity glass project for our wedding. The staff was very nice and helpful you get to put alot of input into them making it and they work off what you tell them. Overall it was a great experience and a beautiful reminder of our wedding. Thank you

This was one of the best dates my wife and I have ever been on. So much fun and the instructors were very helpful and happy to answer any questions. We cant wait to go and pick up the pieces we made! Recommended for everyone to go and do!

Forget painting with some wine, how about holding molten glass on the end of a rod in a 2100 degree furnace! The wife and I took the introductory glass blowing class here for date night, and the entire experience was a blast! The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, and have an almost infectious passion for their craft. From the moment we walked in and were greeted to when we left the class the energy and charisma of the crew kept us enthralled. For those on the fence about playing with hot molten glass, safety is at the forefront of the staffs mind. We really cannot say enough of the great experience we had, but we can say we are already planning our next class with the kids this time.

Took the most basic class and made a paperweight and an ornament. The instructors were helpful and fun and it was a great experience. So glad we tried it.

Absolutely amazing place! I learned so many cool things and made some beautiful pieces! Kevin is super rad and really helped my initial anxieties by being patient and thorough with explaining step by step. All the teachers were really supportive and informative. I probably have a new addiction now..... will definitely be back!

I took a flame working class here and I can 100% say this was amazing. My class just so happened to be 1 on 1, which felt more personalized and my instructor (Nick) was very knowledgeable about everything I could think to ask. From the chemistry aspects of the glass to the know how on what to do to get the glass to do what you want, he had an answer.Be warned, he makes it look very easy but as soon as youre in control knowing what to do can quickly exit your mind. Over the 3 hours I could definitely tell an improvement was made though. Im counting the days until next time!

Took my nephew for the Experience Glass Blowing class. It was AWESOME!! The staff was friendly and awesome. The Instructors are top notch, and walk you thru the entire process!! It was an awesome class and I plan to be back for more!! And it was a great time! My glass pieces turned out amazing!

Awesome as always. I have been four times tryimg out the different classes and walk ups offered. This place has great staff/volunteers. They make sure you have fun, while having an active part in the creative process. I highly recommend for your own personal experience but also as a great gift idea. They have come up with great ways to address covid-19 concerns. You are sure to have a great experience!

Great place to experience hot shop and glassblowing. I had no experience prior. instructors are all super nice and knowledgeable, very welcoming. Ill definitely come back again!

In agreement with the other reviewers, excellent class. Very professional and student centered. This is a non profit teaching center hosting classes to the public. They regularly have groupon offers and its well worth it. Hands on and you keep your creation. Highly recommend.

Such a great creative outlet! Break out of your comfort zone and try something new. My wife and I have taken several classes here. She prefers the Flameworking but I really like the Glass Blowing. Give it a try!

Stopped by after watching Blown Away on Netflix. Very cool shop, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Has a gallery for purchases $10-$4000 items. Overall great experience. Some classes arent available to watch or be in during the summer though.

Most fun Ive had on family vacation in a while! We all got to experience glass blowing our own gazing balls with an instructor and it was quite the experience! I had Tatara (sorry if I butchered the spelling!) who was just too much fun while being extremely informative about the process. If I was local to Fort Worth Id be there every week

I bought a Groupon for the glass blowing experience and LOVED it. It was awesome to learn and fun to experience. I have already bought the kiln experience to try now, too. Super friendly staff, I cant recommend this highly enough!

I purchased certificates for this studio as a Christmas gift for my husband. We werent sure what to expect; I have friends who have been to other glass studios for classes but they didnt get much hands on time.We were pleasantly surprised to find that we got to be involved in basically every step of the process at SiNaCa Studios!! Not to mention, I figured we would walk away with some tiny piece of proof that wed done this...in our class, we got to make TWO items each; a substantially-sized gazing ball and a smaller, but still good sized paperweight. The instructors are awesome and very encouraging, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Love that the group is a non-profit and that they want to teach people about glass arts.I would recommend this to anyone; even if you dont consider yourself crafty this will be an amazing experience. I cant wait to go back!

Truly awesome place -- Ive been at least half a dozen times now between walk up workshops and intro classes. Every single time has been great. The instructors are all awesome and very friendly, they will help make sure you dont mess it up too badly lol. Sign up for their monthly emails to learn what each class is making ahead of time, or just ask them, they change regularly (eg furnace flowers in the spring, pumpkins in the fall, etc). There are 3 main sections to the studio during the walk up workshops: furnace (including glass blowing), flame working (torch work), and kiln forming (cold working), so it doesnt matter your skill or comfort level with heat, there is something for everyone! Cant recommend SiNaCa enough!

Had a Groupon to try out the glass working. Really enjoyed it. We made simple paperweights for what had time for; however, from the looks of it you could do a lot more. They had some really neat pieces displayed that students had done. Seems like you can vhoose the level of engagement depending on your comfort level. We chose to be pretty hands on with ours, but they still helped out and watched to make sure we didnt burn ourselves while working with the molten glass. Highly recommend simply for the experience and getting a cool art piece is a nice perk.

Amazing people making amazing things. Magnolia is already pretty cool, but walking by an open air glass-making class and stepping into their stunning gallery proves this hard-working nonprofit studio is among the best of what the Near Southside has to offer.

Enjoyed every minute of ther glass blowing class. Great instructors. Definitely coming back.
