Little difficult to locate bc no clear signage from the road, I liked the security the building offered for the location, they were very friendly and fast. Great visit.

I got here to take my exam 30 minutes early. I waited in line behind 3 people and as soon as I got to the desk, I was informed that they had overbooked and I would have to wait for someone to finish their exam for me to begin my 6 HOUR exam. Very disappointed that a testing center cannot be on top of it enough to book correctly.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! The office space is small, dirty, and completely disorganized! I hated every minute I was in there taking my test. It feels super stuffy and quite frankly it felt like it wasnt even legit but it was. I think they really need to renovate that whole space.

I am very surprised by all of the bad reviews about this place. I have taken 4 Cisco tests and 3 CompTIA tests here over the past 6 months and I have not had a single issue. Ive experienced great customer service each time as well. They are always friendly to test takers and really seem to care about everyone coming through. I would highly recommend this testing location for any proctored tests you need to take.

Terrible service. My computer stopped working two times and had to reschedule. Still trying to get my money back for these tests. Would better recommend Dallas TEST CENTER USA.

Arrived at 10:30 am. Left at 2 pm without taking a test because none of the computers were correctly set up to test MOS. I felt sorry for the lady in charge, spending the entire time on her cell phone with Certiport support. Some computers had no Microsoft Office loaded at all. Computers looked like owner had gone to a flea market to buy equipment - Cheap operation.

Small building, but employee there was really nice and helpful. Google maps doesnt take you to the correct location, but thanks to the employee, I was able to locate it!

Great place to take a test assuming the staff dont come in with the flu and pass it to thier customers. Like they did with me.

It was a little tricky to find because my GPS was saying it was where the Monarch Dental is located on the corner but its actually in the shopping center behind it over in the back.

I thought it was a small place but I like it and the service by the kid was very good. Good place to present your exams.
