I had a pretty great time learning here, the curriculum was challenging yet very rewarding. Our classes instructor answered every question we asked with his immense amount of knowledge on the subject. I had a great experience, learned a lot, and had fun; what more could I have asked from The Ladder Alliance!!

Ladder Alliance has been a Organization that has Benefits to help and to assist Ladies of all backgrounds in many areas. They have many different classes to help prepare you for the job market, also they assist in childcare and many other needs. I am a survivor of childhood abuse and abandonment. I have struggled through the years seeking help and restitution. Now a senior, counseled and educated, I found my self lost in returning to work after years of hardship. Ladder Alliance has improved my hopes for retirement.My story: my health was failing, my savings gone, due to COVID I was feeling hopeless and depressed. Through the Womans Center of Tarrant County, I was referred to Ladder Alliance to a job skills program. There I found an amazing group of people who encouraged me to participate in their Dress for Success Program. Now, post COVID and PTSD. I have been found hope. I was accepted by Ladder Alliance in 2019. As a participant in their computer classes. I thought my chances were gone when COVID hit. My transportation failed, my health and my finances were gone. Since the Success Program, I have become confident in finding a job. Motivated to continue my education and have purpose once again.The computer classes and typing skills have enhanced my skills at a level that is applicable to most office jobs. I had no clothes that fit me properly or was office acceptable. Thanks to the The Success Store, I now have a wardrobe of choices. That is not all, my hair has not been cut in 5 years, thanks to V a beautician who volunteers her skills at Ladder Alliance, gave me a new look by cutting my hair and motivating me with inspirational thoughts. I am so grateful.Recently, I have received an emergency fund to help fix my transportation problem and curve my debit. I have also arranged to interview for several jobs and feel confident that I will have one soon. Thank You so much Ladder Alliance. God knows my journey and the adventures have only just begun! Thank You

Taking this POST Class {Professional Office Skills Training) Class at The Ladder Alliance has been and continues to be an awesome experience which not only is enhancing my knowledge but also, I have had the opportunity to meet some exceptional people and build some great relationships.Being a student at The Ladder Alliance has given me more than just a skill but it has also helped me to understand myself and others, and it has spoken to my needs whether they were emotional, physical or whatever the need was at the time. I am a current POST student at the ladder alliance. I am beyond grateful for having this opportunity. I was disabled for almost ten years. The ladder alliance is giving me a second chance to start over. I plan to take the skills they are teaching me and apply them to my everyday life. This program is not only providing me with the computer skills I need. Every Friday a TCC instructor comes in to teach a Customer Service class. The ladder alliance also offers the success store to all their students to make sure we’re always dressed for success. They are helping me grow as a person and am honored to be in a class with a very beautiful and diverse group of ladies. I am thankful for all of the ladder alliance staff, and donors for making this program available to the community.

This is a great place to learn computer skills, and also to develop the best of yourself as a human being is the most important part of the life (BICB). I was graduated from Cohort 8, I loved this POST program, the staff and their ethic work, blessings to all of them. I cant believe its almost the end of April, and May is just around the corner for graduation day. Very soon Ill be on the hunt for a job, taking the knowledge I learned from these amazing instructors who have taken the time out to help those who need a career change.
