Eric was so friendly and patient. He taught in a way that made all the material easy to understand. At the end, when I got certified, he even helped me search for jobs to apply too. I recommend his class if you want a forklift certification.

I went to receive food today 1/21/21and didnt get anything worth feeding my family there were chocolate chips that were expired and had nothing to go with it like this is a HOPE center I drove 30 minutes to wait an hour in line for what was only worth was some tea, lemonade and a bag of cereal. What hope I had when I arrived was ripped away by the non professional people stuffing meat food products in their vehicles. I can only say I HOPE they get it together because families and community wont get through such a time if your not honestly helping everyone only yourselves. Sorry not sorry.

Well im sure this center helps thoes in need but its been hell trying to get some 1 to answer the phone every time i try to apply for the training classes i get my payment was rejected with a error code very frustrating 8(

Very good forklift program. Straight forward training thats hands on. I struggled with control and confidence at first but Eric was good at walking with me through the obstacles while keeping me focused and moving. Nice people and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of doing warehouse.

It was a really good experience. i had the opportunity to learn all 4 types of forklift. When I first attended I had no idea what to expect, my Instructor Eric was very helpful and patient not only with me but all of his students. We were fed daily and taken care of as if it where our home. Each of us got the one on one training that we needed to focus on in order to not just get a job but fully understand what it takes and how to operate these machines. My experience at The Hope Center program was awesome! Not only were the people great and friendly, I had a great teacher as well. Mr.Eric the trainer is an awesome trainer... He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative about the use and mechanics of all machines. I have taken the forklift certification course, it was very easy to get the hang of things. The instructor Eric give use all the one on one attention we needed to become comfortable with the three different machines. If more time was needed for one I was able to get it as needed. Now I know that I can be successful and safe once I get a job driving any one of the trucks. Thank you for the dedication.

I really enjoyed the class. The instructors were very helpful and very patient. I am wanting a little bit more hands on with the sit down forklift and Mr. Eric said that I am welcome back anytime to gain more experience. I am very confident with the skills I have learned and I am ready to apply them. This is a great learning facility and I would not hesitate to come back and take another course.

I came to the center without ever having driven a forklift before. Now i feel confident in my abilities to get a job doing what i want to do. my instructor Eric Duren was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable learning. They pass out old food from the beginning of the year of 2019 and were in 2020 the new food they received from people they pass it out to the employees and pass the old food to the people thats in need just dont go there because they was passing out pasta with bugs in it until we said something about it and they got upset because we poontpoit out plz dont go here for food

I really liked this class. I hadnt been on a reach truck in 20 years but Eric made learning real easy and fast. Nothing bad to say about this place. And actual class and not just a certificate.

My experience in Forklift training was great. I didnt have any Forklift knowledge and Eric Duren was excellent in teaching the basics as well as teaching on hands making it easy to learn. Very thorough instructions were given in a way that was easy to follow and comprehend, we watched videos prior to any hands on training whichhelped to mentally prepare us. Mr Duren was very easy to work with anddidnt smother the trainees about being totally perfect I would refer everyone to hope church for training. I feel confident about my training here.

Good afternoon everyone! Im really excited today because I successfully completed the forklift operator course offered at The Fort Worth Hope Center. Now I can become a productive member of our awesome economy again. Back in August 2016, after 30yrs of being in the trucking industry that came to an abrupt halt for me with two minor strokes, I was put out of business., so to speak. As far as being a truck driver anyway. After months of sitting around and not being cleared by drs to return to truck driving, I decided to take advantage of some experience in my past as a forklift operator. However I had never been certified in this field and felt I needed an edge considering all of the potential competition out there. Thank God, by His providence The Fort Worth Hope Center had the resources I needed. The affordable course made available by them and so thoroughly taught by Mr. Eric Duren, helped me to be able to go out into the field with the confidence to become gainfully employed within a matter of days after completing this course. It really helps when the instructor actually has practical experience in and a passion for what theyre teaching. The Fort Worth Hope Center has all the equipment necessary for anyone desiring to enter this field as asit down forklift, reach truck (stand up forklift), order picker and electric pallet jack operator. You will definitely get the training and some valued experience youre looking for. As for the resources (money) needed to be able to take advantage of what they offer, theres absolutely no excuse if you claim you dont have any. They have a way for you to be able to overcome that obstacle as well. All you need is to bring the desire, theres a way.

Everyone here treats you like family and long time friends. I will definitely recommend others to come for classes or just to worship. Love the atmosphere.

My experience at the Hope Center this past week has been very Intriguing and most helpful. Ive learned so much in just a mater of a few days with the patience of Mr. Eric. Eric is the Forklift Teacher who works hands on, step by step with you and every individual he comes across. He is a great teacher but he will push you to do better or to get better with the equipment that has been provided.. The lunch here is okay you get your green vegetables, cold drink and protein. Thats all you really need to keep it moving. But im glad I made the initial effort to commit to the class and to better my future. You should Stop by Sometimes. :D

The Teachers were VERY VERY patient with us and made sure each of us learned how to safely operate and control the fork lifts. There was lots of one-on-one instruction too, until we were confident.

I came into the program already trained on all the equipment but after the class i feel like the trainer taught me how to drive safer . I feel if you wanna be a better driver this is the place to do it, and the Hope Center they are good people that really care about helping everyone .

The trainer was very professional and informative. He made sure that everyone in the class understood all of the controls and everything was hands on. All the people in the facility are very friendly.

I took the fork lift class in December, after volunteering for a few months.The class only took 5 days and the teacher , Kevin Thornton , was very profession yet fun and down to earth - made it easy to learn !Texas Workforce paid for six weeks of Work Experience training ,and by the end of the six weeks I was hired as their new Warehouse Manager ! I enrolled for the program practically having very little or no knowledge about forklifts, Mr Eric Duren and assistant took their time to teach and and show repeatedly how to operate the equipment.., if u are out there wanting a better paying job pls get on this program, its worth it. i wish i had signed up sooner
