Worked with realtor Jason Culp. Great experience. We moved from the Denver area to DFW. Initially chatted with Jason back in November of 2019 while in Denver. We moved in the summer of 2020 and decided to rent for a year in order to figure out the best area to buy. Finally bought in June of 2021.Jason was great to work with the entire time. He never pressured us to buy quickly. Had no issue with us renting for a year and then buying. His statement was that we have to do what is best for us and he will work with that. During the time he kept in contact but it was a light touch. Never pressured and never overbearing. Always answered any questions or concerns I had over that year and a half period.We bought in a crazy, fast appreciating market. He read the market right and we were able to submit a winning bid early in the process. He recommended a great mortgage company who was able to get us closed in 21 days.I highly recommend Jason as he knows the DFW market and he is great to work with.

I have not yet utilized Chandler’s real estate services, however I did watch his extremely informative guide to protesting property taxes. I protest annually, however after watching his tutorial, I realized I was being too conservative in my challenges. This year I was able to reduce my appraised Market Value from $798,000 to $727,634!
