I cannot say enough about the instruction I received in the face-to-face courses at Purvis! I did my licensing education here and have continued to take CE courses! I was totally prepared for the licensing exam and felt confident in getting my career started in real estate. The staff is friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. When taking courses in-person, you also get to build relationships and make connections with lots of other people in the business, which is invaluable. I started my career over 2 decades ago in CRE, which of course required classes to obtain my real estate license. The Real Estate Training Institute was highly recommended by several friends and they were 100% correct! I was able to get my license in a timely manner and was able to pass the exam on the first try.Leslie Purvis is an awesome teacher and not only knows the laws but also is active in the local real estate market. This sets her apart from many others that just teach but dont practice what they preach.I highly recommend the Real Estate Training Institute. Doing the class in person is highly encouraged as you will hear real life stories that will help you further in your future. Ive gained a lot of knowledge in the classroom that I would have never received online.

I wanted to take a real estate sales agent course from a reputable school where instructors are knowledgeable about the the Texas real estate market. I also wanted to get to know other people looking to enter the real estate industry in North Texas. An online course from some out of state institute would therefore not meet my personal needs. I am so glad that I chose Purvis! The instructors were great, the course schedule was convenient and the facility is easily reached from the interstate. Most importantly, I feel that I am truly well prepared for passing my real estate exam later this month. Highly recommended!

Leslie’s prep license exam was instrumental on passing my board exam to gain my Texas Real Estate license on my first time and has remained my go to for CE courses for over 15 years and counting.I highly recommend the classroom experience.
