Mr. David Offutt was extremely helpful and professional while I was trying to get set up for my renewal of my real estate license. We had a little obstacle to face, however, he helped me through it with care and understanding. Never have I felt like I was more than a number in online courses, but this was not the case this time. He called me by name and made this experience very pleasant. I will be taking all of my course via the Texas Real Estate Academy from here on out.

David is awesome! I like his personality and he is very responsive to my needs and able to customize to it! I am so glad that right before my license expires, I am able to find his program as an awesome solution to me! I am not a Correpondence type of Learning person, in face I hate it. But because I am a procrastinator, I waited for the last minute to register for class and found nothing is available for live class. I am thankful for David’s new creative ways to get CE done in a much fun way and I also found out he has much higher and Advanced free CE class available necessary for realtors to learn some practical skills in the field but bot even aware they are exciting! So highly recommend to go with TREA to do your License renewal credits!
