I love the school! They teach God’s word and a very loving way! I love to be able to drop my granddaughter off and feel she is safe and cared for! I would definitely encourage other families to check out the Good Shepherd Preschool for their Children

Called to enroll my child in there before and after school care as well as preschool. They do not actually offer before and after school care as I was told by Gary that none of their teachers are able to provide those extra hours so they are only offering preschool from 8 to 4 which is not what I was told when I called the first time to get information and put in our application. We were told this later in the week that they are not going to be offering the service because I would be the only parent that needed it.

The Good Shepherd Preschool is an incredible community and school. My daughter absolutely loves it. She loves going everyday, she is learning and thriving through this Preschool. I am so pleased with the way they run things, their beliefs, the way they teach, their professionalism- I am so thankful we found this Preschool for my little one. Her teachers are amazing and so is the communication between us. It is such a warm feeling knowing both of her teachers are there for her throughout her day, I was able to see multiple times how loving and caring they are to my daughter. Sometimes, my little one will miss me throughout the day, and the way her teachers have shown her comfort and reassurance through that was impeccable to me. I am so pleased knowing she is being cared for and taught by caring people. My daughter never has to feel alone or scared being at school all day because she now knows her teachers are there for her and she can go to them with any concerns of missing Mommy and Daddy or anything of that sort. When the teachers noticed my little one was missing me daily, they reached out to me immediately letting me know and explained how they reassured her she will see me after school. They never fail to communicate anything with us about our child which makes me feel extremely secure. She is safe and loved, that was my ultimate goal. The APP they use is also very pleasing- all day while my husband and I are at work we receive updates and photos throughout my daughters day at school, I never have to wonder what she is doing all day, because I get to be apart of it. It is also a safety precaution- you can personally add on the app who can pick up your child, you can directly message their teacher, you can message the director who both responds within minutes. Communication is key and knowing what my daughter is up to during her day is important to us, we have felt included since our first day and are updated everyday all day. The director, Gary, is also incredible to work with. It is very clear he cares about the children and the way his Preschool is ran, he has been amazing. I truly could not be more impressed. The main reason I am writing this review is because I struggled with finding a school and worrying about my daughter starting Preschool and not being able to feel secure just dropping her off somewhere all day. In todays age, it is hard to trust anyone with your child. I can truly say I am blessed to be apart of The Good Shepherd Preschool and want other parents to see this and know I am just another local Mom trying to spread the word- you will have peace of mind and be very pleased with this school for your child. Another thing I would like to mention is that prior to signing her up, we were given a packet explaining the Good Shephards beliefs, values, views, curriculum and plan for our child if we decided to attend there. This was a great start, reading and knowing what to expect for your child, then when sending her there; everything in the packet was performed. This gives you a chance to see if it is the right school for you and your child prior to sending them. Weekly, there are bulletins sent home, weekly/monthly updates showing and explaining what is going on for that week or month with photos of the children showing special things they did or learned that week; they have done everything in their power to include us as parents. They teach in a way that the children are able to soak up the information and learn all while having fun. Our daughter comes home everyday explaining to me what she learned that day; she is FOUR. I am very impressed in every aspect. It is also affordable. This preschool has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to provide quality care for my child along with being so incredibly professional, friendly, caring, their main concern is the same as mine- my child and teaching her to become an outstanding little lady with confidence and integrity. It is almost too good to be true- I thought the same; IT IS TRUE.

We decided to put my 3yo daughter in a pre school, after long search, we decided to go with this school, I can’t be more happier for the right decision we made, she has improved in so many motor skills, speech. Also the communication between parents and staff is super easier thru their app. We tried for half days and now she goes full days, because she loved be around other kids and Mrs. Megan team. They make sure each kid is well care and success in all the activities they do.

Our daughter has made some amazing progress this school year. So happy with the entire staff.

Brand new but you would never know. They have a way to send photos and message of how your child is doing throughout the day, such a piece of mind for parents.
