Such a fantastic place to bring the kiddos, or all ages and levels, to learn how to swim! Weve been coming for a few seasons now with our 5 yo, and he went from being scared of the water, to swimming freestyle, backstroke, and staying underwater for a short time. This is all due to the amazing instructors who are super knowledgeable and VERY patient. I can tell each staff member really cares about each kiddo and inspires them to succeed. Look no further and come here for the best lessons in swimming.

I DO NOT recommend Safesplash. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. They charge you money and do not provide service.They make you run around to get a refund. They lie and cheat especially the location at little elm.They don’t communicate anything, not honest and the instructors change every week. There is no continuity and they don’t give you a full land even fir a private class for $75.DO NOT go to Safesplash. They don’t treat their customers right. They just exploit people of their hard earned money

The instructors and management here is so professional. they are very helpful and are so patient with kids. I will definitely be recommending this swim school to my family and friends. My kids love all there swim coaches here.

Really great staff! They are friendly and knowledgeable and do a great job teaching the kids what they need to know. The instructors were very kind working with kids that were scared to get into the water and helped make them feel safe.

The instructors are great! They’re encouraging, motivating, strict but friendly, and always respectful when I come in! The management is always on it, and always encouraging the kiddos as well! Love this place so much and would recommend to everyone!

This is our second year with SafeSplash Frisco. We have been pleased with the progress our children have made. They are both confident in the water and processing well in mastering different swimming strokes.

I would highly you give somewhere else for swim lessons. They are not teaching the correct “safe swim” practices but instead swim strokes. My 3 year old needs to know what happens when he falls in the water.I also have had a horrible customer service experience with this company. They charged me an entire extra month after I emailed to unenroll my son from the class. I asked for my money back and still no response. Just horrible.The teachers are unmotivated and my child sat on the step for 80% of class. Giving it one star is being nice.

All of the instructors have done an a amazing job. They were patient with me as I was leaning to swim as an adult. A little over a month and I can swim down a lane all on my own! Thanks Elizabeth, Logan, and Dylan!

Absolute waste of money!!! Do not bother! Youre basically paying for 30 min of free time in a gym pool. Instructors just sit there and do nothing. No instruction no help just heres the pool have at it. Absolutely a waste!!!

The Frisco/Little Elm location has proven to be a total let down. Management lacks the experience necessary to operate effectively and efficiently. There are to many students per instructor, babies in the same classes with 7 year olds, schedule changes that are not communicated, late class start times with no makeup time. I pay for 30 mins of swim time-my child should receive the entire time. I do not recommend this location. If I could give this location a negative star I would do so!

I would highly recommend SafeSplash because the classes are taught by very hard working and friendly instructors. They are a great team and go out of their way to accommodate all students and their needs. I am very impressed with Summaya’s ability to teach people of all ages at various levels.

My kids really enjoy their time at SafeSplash. We recommend this place to everyone we know. They are flexible, friendly and organized. Person from Administration is always available for any questions or concerns.
