My boys love every class!. The instructors are amazing with kids, they know exactly what to do to engage them. They are learning new skills, they help them to get more confident and disciplined. I see improvements at home and at school! Highly recommend Pro Taekwondo!

We were looking for an activity that would help our son with self confidence and motivation along with other things. At first he did not want to go but, soon after he changed his mind. The staff is friendly and the instructors are extremely encouraging to the students. My son has become more confident and is motivated to do more, not to mention that he’s learning quality taekwondo in the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My son (5 yr) loves this place, and he loves doing Tae Kwon Do. He feels stronger and has been building skills.:-) He has also made friends, students are from our neighborhood. As a parent, I really appreciate the focus on Black Belt Respect and helping with chores that is reinforced here. For instance, I was pleasantly surprised when he started calling me Ma’am and picking up his room. My husband is interested in taking a session too since he enjoyed the father son Father’s Day event so much. Financially, their fee is an investment equal to taking piano lessons for a year from a local music shop.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the instruction my daughter has received at Pro Taekwondo. She has shown increased reapect and focus and it has helped her with her physical therapy needs as well. She also loves going to class! My Grandson began attending Pro Taekwondo at the Millhopper studio at the end of the school year. His instructors and all of the staff have been instrumental in good communication, skill building and encouragement with him. The class size is perfect and the teacher child ratio is set in a way that each child gets special attention. In a short window of time I have seen my grandsons self-esteem grow. I would recommend this for any aged child as it encourages mental physical and social awareness.

Our daughter had her birthday party at Pro Taekwondo SW location and it was an amazing experience for the kids and also for us the parents. Staff was very polite and welcomed every person at the door. They made our guests feel comfortable and helped with serving them food, arrange all the decorations and also entertained the kids. The birthday party exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend this place.

My children, girl (8.5) and boy (7) have been attending the Beginner and White Belt classes at Pro Taekwondo since March of this year. Due to COVID19, we had to take a break from classes and are just now getting back into the routine. I have been thoroughly impressed with Instructor Somi and their entire organization. The kids were unable to attend the online classes but have been very excited to return to the (limited capacity) in-person meetings. Our family has no personal experience with martial arts but we do believe the structure, discipline and confidence-building exercises can only serve to benefit our two children. I especially appreciate the way the instructors focus on positive reinforcement by encouraging the students to complete job lists at home/school demonstrating their ability to complete simple household chores, manage their time and do well in school. The entire program encourages a lot of communication and support and involves the parents, taekwondo instructors and the school/teachers.

Just went to observe and Ive been a student for 2 years now! I wanted to supplement my weekly workout routine with a little more intensity and Taekwondo has done that for me. These classes have been such a real gift for my (just turned) 5 year old. The staff was so accommodating for a student with sensory issues and someone who has difficulty understanding and processing verbal directions. I appreciate that there are lots of instructors in the pee-wee class which allows students to have more focused help when needed. This community has helped my son develop self-control, discipline and confidence. I cant recommend it enough!

We originally got our 5 year old son involved in Taekwondo just searching for something to interest him and give him a task to be focused on. In the 8 months weve been attending classes, he has really progressed in his social skills, and his ability to focus on reaching a goal. We have had our low points, but after conversing with the instructors, we have pushed through and he has become better than ever. He understands how to work for an achievement. All of the instructors are great, well educated, and very friendly. They definitely know how to work with and understand children. Im very glad we decided to attend Pro Taekwondo School.

This is a great small locally owned business. The owner is very active in his daily classes. The school is focused on training and not childcare. My three children love classes and times are manageable for a busy family. The whole school and it’s instructors feel like a big family and they all are so friendly and caring. Love love love the program here. My son has been attending since May 2016 and it has positively effected his life. The learning doesnt start/stop at the door. He carries with him a new sense of confidence. His home life even started shifting. He has a better understanding of respect not only for himself and his self worth, but respect of his authorities and his sisters. He now follows thru and completes whatever he starts whether that be homework, chores, etc. He has made new friends, and his social skills are improving. As a mother, I feel like this is one of the best things I can do for my child. Would highly recommend. I also appreciate how they get the parents involvement. You just dont go and drop your kid off for 45 min, but you are encouraged to go in and watch. I just wish my oldest daughter would have signed up when we signed him up. She wasnt interest in it til after she saw him engaging and having a feeling like he belongs.

The instructors at the 43rd location are absolutely awesome! They focus on each child, during each and every class. They promote family, discipline, respect and academics while building confidence and strength of character in little ones. My daughter wouldn’t attend any after school activity with consistency until we were offered a free trial here. Since then, she begs me not to miss a class. I love it here and would recommend it to any girl or boy.

Our son loves going to class. It is a very positive environment. The children are taught respect, discipline, and self control along with Taekwondo. They have short term goals that are achievable. Also encourages them to do well in school.

Taekwondo is the best. The way we became apart of this family is my son won a contest and he has been here ever since. the instructors care and they teach you so much We have been here going on 4 years and he loves it. My son has grown so much since he has been here it has build his self confidence and more. At this point hes a 1st degree black belt and on the leadership team. Also you have fun and a workout at the same time.

My daughter joined Pro TKD at the end of last year. Since then I have noticed a huge improvement in her behavior and willingness to help around the house. Her focus in school was okay, but now it is fantastic. Master Erik and his staff are gentle, but firm in their teaching. Our school had a visit from Pro Taekwondo to show kids about their program- they taught the kids about showing respect and how to focus - Kindergarten and 1st grade students - the instructors kept the kids interest, very clear and fun for the children. The hardest part of finally getting in shape for me was getting started. I found this place through a friend and enrolled in a trial. After a month of going to class I had finally found exercise that was both enjoyable and functional. Self defense is never a bad thing to have some practice with and the improvements in my balance and coordination help with any physical task around the house/at work.The staff are all very friendly and the atmosphere is positive. We had the whole spectrum of people attending. Doctors, teachers, and even a woman who had two children between when she joined and when she got her black belt. Ive been going for 2 years now and it has been a really great experience and has me more confident about everything from my body to business deals.

Emma began attending Pro Taekwondo at Tower Square following a fundraiser at her elementary school back in March. She LOVES attending and despite hurting her knee at Summer Camp, she still looked forward to attending classes and even said she had the most fun ever at her last class this past Thursday. Master Eric greets the parents when hes there, and all of the instructors (Instructors Ben, Ethan, John, Somi, and student helpers) give personalized attention during classes. As a parent, I enjoy that they combine physical fitness with principles of character building and discipline.

We have noticed a dramatic improvement in our daughters attitude in just a few short weeks. She is much better about doing school work and her respectfulness at home is getting better. What can I say about the instructors and this school? We love it!! The instructors are wonderful!My son has been practicing Taekwondo for the past 5 years and he is now approaching his second degree Black Belt!!! He has grown from a shy boy to a confident young man. At first I didnt know what I was looking for, I just thought it looked cool. Id seen TV shows and movies and seen what some people can do, but I had no idea that one day Id be able to do it. Over the time Ive been here Ive grown both physically and mentally. Ive become stronger, more confident, and I have that feeling of safety that Id never expect to have and my life is just so much better. The instructors there were simply astounding and every lesson I went to I couldnt believe me eyes. I came to this school as a transfer from another school, but Protaekwondo welcomed and immediately accepted me. One thing that this school emphasizes is family and helping each other as a community. The instructors genuinely care for each student, they even travelled for two hours just to help coach me in a three minute match.They have so many planned activities for the children at the school and for the less fortunate all around town. The training here is fun and exciting, we have a new theme every month and new training plans every time I go. This is the best place to be!
