Its never too late to start learning karate. I joined the studio training in adult class about three years ago as an uncoordinated and overweight individual. In my time training at the studio I gained confidence, weight loss, coordination and physical strength that continues to improve every week.Sensei Steve Cooper is a very passionate instructor and will do everything he can do to make you the best you can be. I would highly recommend anyone looking to train in martial arts to give this studio a try.

This place is terrific. Its one of the oldest martial arts studios in Orange County. Sensei Steve Cooper and his staff really care about customer service.

My husband and I joined United Kenpo Karate Studio on March 2013. We are very happy with this studio and our teachers, specially Mr. Caswell. They are very friendly, patient and professional, eager to teach you quality martial art. We have a chance to train with highly skilled black belts on kenpo techniques, fighting skills and on overall on our physical and mental development. Personally I admire youth in this studio with exceptional attitude for the age, what proves that these guys are great with kids. And beyond all, its great fun! :)
