While the no-slip shelf liner paper I went for was out of stock, they had plenty of fun stuff I didnt realize I needed until I saw it. Seriously, hot chocolate flavored oatmeal? I passed on that sadly, but got a huge bag of animal crackers and some fun tissue paper. Gotta love the place for crafts and party goods.The store is cluttered and often messy, but the people are nice and friendly. No reason to complain!

Today I went to this store. There was some type of liquid spilled in an aisle so an employee asked us not to go down that aisle. Ok, cool. But when I tried to ask if she could point me in the direction of an item, she didn’t hear me. She had some earbuds in, so I can only guess that she was listening to music or something else. When I got in the extra long line, one cashier called out to the one cleaning up the floor to hurry up, but that didn’t get her attention. She came after another associate called on the loud speaker for her to come to help check out customers! I also twisted my ankle in the parking lot, so watch out for potholes! Get your parking lot fixed! It’s dangerous!

Love the stuff I find at the Dollar Tree but today at 1:30 4/23/21. I had a very rude cashier. I seldom encounter cashiers like this. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I gave this post 3 stars because they carry the aluminum trays I particularly use for parties. Im not saying every customer is always right but be kind if you want paying customers to come back.

Cashier in GARLAND,TX on Broadway/ Centerville was on the phone while assisting customers around 430pm, no one there to help her get the long lines down. This store is unprofessional and dirty.Mesquite,Tx store on Town East is the BEST!!!!

Ordinarily, this is a very good Dollar Tree to go to. However, for some reason today they didnt have any of the refills for the wall sprayers. They didnt have any of the Little smell good things that hang in a toilet bowl. I havent been able to find any wall calendars since New Years. Some of the cleaners that I like to use household wise were not on the shelves. Maybe it was just a bad day that day. I hope theyre not falling off like this regularly.

I think the store is giving better service and pretty much had anything I need if I dont see it an employee didnt mind helping me find what I need and even check the back to see if they had what I need and they did... Like I said theyre definitely giving better service

Great store. Great location. Great selection. Awesome employees!! Bad pot holes on the East side of parking lot!! These ladies greeted us, assisted us with items we were looking for, and had the best attitudes!! These ladies need a raise or a bonus!!

Its gotten so much better in the last few months! Sometimes its still long lines but this store has gotten cleaner, nicer, and a good selection of items.

It was not over crowded, I parked at the front door. Inside was quite and peaceful. I did not have to wait in line to check out; then when the next person lined up behind me, they immediately opened another check out. It was a pleasant experience. The only reason I did not give them a 5-star rating is because they did not have any blank-inside greeting cards.

I love The Dollar Tree Stores the store I went to today is my least favourite. I only go there if I really need to have an item otherwise Ill travel the distance to a better store. The store is always in disarray its not a enjoyable shopping experience I get from cleaner stores.

Not the cleanest Dollar Tree around... But my family and I are into crafts. And they have many paints, canvasses, and tools you need for crafts. We come here all the time. Very convenient and affordable

This place is the most unorganized location I have ever been to! The staff is rude and yell at customers for not having exact change. There are products scattered all over the floor and throughout all the isles. I dont care how far I have to drive to get to another location, but will definitely not come back to this one. I never expected much from this store itself, but the staff really needs to get it together and have the isles free of debris. I have been to other locations, and this one is by far the worst!!

I had forgotten my face masks, inside the car, and instead of having me go outside to get it, the staff provided me with one. Which may not be a big deal for most people, but its a big deal for me, because I have mobility issues.

Its a store filled with all sorts of goodies at a great price. Fun for the whole family.

I love this store!! In fact I spent 50 dollars today. And some of the items were 2 for a dollar. So I walked out with over 50 things. They sometimes dont have the things you had seen before so, if you really want something, I would suggest you get it right away.

Store is clean and good. Just wish people didnt have to complain to get more than one register open. Especially when the line is going down one aisle.

I don’t write reviews a lot but today’s encounter with the women who checked me out was so rude. She had an issue with the customer who she checked out before me and she decided to bring that attitude to me and the customer behind me for absolutely no reason. She was yelling at me and when i asked her a question she wasn’t even listening because she chose not to. When i asked her again, she gave me another attitude. It’s like she didn’t want to be there but working with customers no matter what the issue she has to be professional. She was also mumbling things to her self!! I’m sure not everyone who worked there has bad customer service but she really made me so upset!

This was one of my favorite stores to shop at up until a few weeks ago. The people who I always encountered who worked there were very nice especially one dark haired girl (cant remember her name). I went in the store on Saturday 11/30/13 to get a balloon I had previously bought for my daughters party blew up and get a few more items for the birthday party I was having for her that day. First off the manager gave me a hard time about blowing the balloon up since I previously bought it and then he told me he couldnt check me then quickly walked away. No I did not get a Do you need help with anything else or anything close to that. Mind you I was standing there like ok uh I actually wanted to ask for another balloon as well. I guess he didnt want to be bothered with a paying customer that day, because he seemed annoyed as soon as approached him. Then I proceed to get into the long line. Due to there being a lot of customers there and only one cashier. The cashier (young boy) over hears my conversation with the lady behind me in the line and looks up and tells me would you like for me to go slower, because I can you know. YES he did! Then he began to I guess talk to himself about how he hates people who come to the store and act impatient. I was a bit in shock, because out of the maybe a million times I have been to a store in my life I have never seen a store employee behave in this manner or talk this way. I politely told him he had no idea what customer service was and his personal feelings should not be expressed to customers when it was my turn in the line. He began telling me I didnt know what I was talking about , I didnt have to shop at the store he works at and all type of stuff while checking me out. Then I loudly asked him to stop talking to me and do his job. He yelled at his manager Get this lady out of my face, I do not like this. The manager looks over and nonchalantly tells him to calm down. Like really, being in shock can not even began to describe how I felt at that point. I literally could not believe I was in the store and what was happening. To make a long story short he finished checking me out while looking the other way. I paid for my items and as I began to walk away the next customer approached him. He began to talk about me to the customer while I am still right there approaching the door to leave the store. I am currently in the process of trying to file a formal complaint. I wish I could get in touch with someone other than those who work at the store, because I cant seem to reach anyone of higher authority. This is definitely a experience I will never forget. Something I never thought Id experience! I guess thats what you get for being a loyal customer to a store who will hire anyone.

Everythings a dollar. BUT, you used to get twice as much on a lot of items such as batteries and Fabuloso cleaner. That works out to a 100% price increase!

This is the grossest, trashiest dollar tree I’ve ever been in. There’s trash and products all over the floor and the employees just walk by it. The entire store is just gross and dirty. The employees seem less than interested to help. Bad store.

Theres is one young black guy who works there that is probably the only shining star in the entire staff. Management change is in order and its worth driving a little further for a better store.

Shelves needed to be stocked on this visit and the staff waited on me but never once greeted me, smiled, or thanked me. This store is just not kept up like the other two locations I frequent.

This store has came a long way thanks to the new management. Its now clean and organized you can actually shop the shelves now! Well stocked.

Complete mess. Workers were talking about the manager being racist in front of customers and the only reason I am not giving it a 1 is because one of the workers finally did come help me AFTER she finished her conversation and whatever else she was doing.

This location (Garland, Tx Centerville & Broadway) is ALWAYS dirty. Products are all over the place, the carpet looks gummy and trash litters every aisle.

Horrible customer service. There was this large lady with a bad attitude that was never polite to me from the moment I walked in. She acted like a total B-word when all I simply wanted was more helium in a balloon I had purchased from another Dollar Tree location. She started getting all loud and catching an attitude blabbering about she is not allowed to do that or whatever. I even offered to freakin pay for the helium and still, nothing! Worst, ghetto Dollar Tree location I have ever stepped foot in!

This store is the junkiest least cared for Dollar Tree I’ve ever seen. The floors are just nasty. The product is all over the place. Half of the employees are either yelling an abrupt greeting at you or jamming out to their music in store with no care on the lyrics.

Some name brand items are their and good items to get for Dollar. Also employees are kind.

Amanda was great when I met her at that location. She just brightens my familys day.

I was in this store last week looking for a certain paper plate and the Store manager there told me that they where out and I left her my number to call me when they got in and she did.

They doesnt have consistent stock. The store is always dirty and disorganized.

I go here mainly for their helium balloons. Because they only charge a dollar. Instead of most places that will charge a dollar for the balloon and then a dollar for the helium which I think is ridiculous.

This Dollartree was nasty and not clean.
