Today Sept 15 at around after 2pm I went in this Office Depot to buy an SD CARD. Went in line and no one at the cash register. Waited for almost 5 minutes and even waved at an employee for help and she didn’t even acknowledge me or our presence and she just looked and should have called for assistance as there were also other people waiting. This makes me mad and she needs to learn and be a people person. In my disgust, I just tossed the SD CARD I was suppose to buy at the empty cashier station and left. I will never support Office Depot again. At least, across the street at Walmart I didn’t have a problem paying for it and even cheaper. You need to train your associates people skills. That associate knows who she is.

Horrible customer service experience. Lady at front register seemed bother to answer a few questions. And faxing documents from here is expensive $1.50 per page if u do it urself and an additional $0.25 cents if a rep helps U. I had to send 23 pages (time sensitive) last time doing business here.

A store associate didn’t seem to care about the customer. I told her that it takes so long for the printer to calculate the job so i canceled it. I expected her to come up with an alternative to help me but all she said was “ok” and continued with whatever she’s doing. She also seemed bothered when I asked her about the 5 dollars hold on my card. Never come back to this store if this associate won’t stop being rude and reckless.

I drop off Fedex packages there daily +. 1 out of 3 drop offs do not get shipped out. They dont put it in the box/area where the fedex person picks up. There is a guy who works behind the counter is a jerk. Although its further tom thumb is a better drop off location

The employees in the store and the front end cashiers are always so friendly and helpful. This is in regards to the copy and print center. The last two times Ive visited they dont acknowledge you for a few minutes even though there may not be any other customers. I am not going to cause a scene so I just wait. When they do assist you, I feel as though Im a bother to the associate. I dont know if maybe they are stressed and overworked, or maybe even shorthanded. If possible I will avoid using this location for any printing needs; however, there are no issues with the rest of the store.

Will be coming in here regularly to take care of my business orders. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Really care about your finished service or product that you desire. My favorite staff member there is Mike. Very helpful and can get anything done in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service.

Print shop is a joke at this location. They are highly unorganized and limited knowledge on how to print a quality job. You send one thing and pickup something that looks totally different. They cant even explain how or why. Save your time and money

It was a long wait but customer service was great i think his name was Daniel yesterday about 2:30pm he was working alone. Fyi you guys need 2 pepole at all times in that department....

Fast service every time

Had a large print project that I needed done with a relatively quick (same day) turn around. After an initial print error and hiccup, the store associate solved the problem, got my prints done and got me out the door in record time. Professional, pleasant, and exactly what I needed. Mr. Michael, the printing services manager, was beyond exceptional with the customer service he offered to my fiancee and I. He went out of his way to make sure our wedding invitations came out to our expectations; to be honest even better. If you need any help, ask for Mr. Michael. He will get you taken care of.

Simon at the print department was very patient and very skilled in her work. She did an amazing job of creating the outcome that I wanted.

LAZY AND RUDE ! Your printing department needs a massive customer service training ! With this pandemic you guys need to be thankful you have jobs because a lot of people are far more deserving than your rude ,arrogant staff answering your phone .

I came in to get my laptop repaired, and they did a very shabby job. I do not recommend anyone to go here for a simple fix. The fan of my laptop is still really loud, there is a screw missing, another screw isnt even properly secured, and there was a complete lack of communication. I was never called in to pick up my laptop. I had to call them to know when I could come pick it up.

Sad experience . I went in to do a simple return and the customer service area was too busy doing god knows what . But a friendly cashier told me she could help me . I go to her and she is about to give me my money back but the cash register didnt have enough money . So she calls the manager and we wait . 15 minutes later she calls him again and we wait again . Then she calls again and he tells her to put it on credit or on my card do something. And she explains the transaction was made with cash so she wouldnt be able to do it and I guess he was mad because she said Im telling you I dont have enough thats why I am calling you for then we wait again .then she calls again because time is just going by and we were just waiting there like idiots . Then when he finally comes he does not greet me nor look at me at all and he has the worst attitude ever .he didnt even tell her excuse me and just squeezed in front of her to get to the cash register and check if there really wasnt enough money .then he goes to the customer service cash register and just got it out from there . Then he put the money in the cash register where I was at and just left . His name is RYAN by the way . And then she proceeded to help me and I felt so bad for her because by his facial expression he seemed he was fixing to fire her .which made me feel really bad and I told her Im sorry I caused so much mess .at the end of the day the cashier was a nice lady the manager was very horrible . And the customer service people had this faces too that they were bothered . Horrible experience never going back I suggest no one ever does because horrible customer service should not be tolerated .

This is a great Office Depot and very convenient off the highway. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars from me is the slow checkout times. Usually there is only one cashier, and I believe the problem could be remedied by adding one additional. Everyone is very friendly and the store is easy to navigate.

Office Depot is my main office supply store. They have good prices and their website is great and you can get things quickly delivered that arent in the stores. They have a limited offering of software but have a good selection of printers and ink and general office supplies. Employees are usually friendly and helpful. It can be hard to find things sometimes but help is available. Their rewards program is basically useless and overly complicated. After shopping here for years, Ive still never benefited from it. Computer selection is small but the prices are competitive. Better than Staples.

I agree the copy/print center could have quicker customer service. I always thought it was just understaffed, although I remember some times when there was more than one person there... they always looked busy to me though.I just love this place because the staff have always been very friendly and Ive had some really excellent computer service there. Plus they support Girl Scouts and I always appreciate that. : )I just allow extra time if I need to print/copy.

I emailed an order in to printed. They didnt print it so I still had to wait for it.. if I wanted it wait for it to be printed, I would have sent it to them while in the store. I had to ask another associate for help because they had a line but he wasnt able to assist me. Ugh. Im not sure I would use them again.

Literal scammers at this location. I paid for a new printer for pickup at this location and they sold it a couple of hours after I placed my order. Office Depot took my money and wont return it. Ive called this location, and Im directed to customer service. Then customer service refers me back to the store. Watch out for this location.

Carol helped me out very much so and I appreciate his help. I am a teacher and I was very tired at night and he guided me through the whole process. I really appreciate it. This store really knows how to handle the tax-free situation that as teachers have to deal with. I really appreciate everyone at the store.

The staff here was very helpful. I needed to return an item because of a mistake on my part, and the staff was friendly even though my receipt had to be looked up (facepalm). Despite the experience was embarrassing for me, I am definitely coming back here for any office supplies that I need in the future because of how well the staff handled the situation.

Someone asked if I needed someone to come help me and I answered yes. 15 minutes later nobody showed up. I finally found what I was looking for and the associate never came back to help or even check if someone showed up.

Called to check to see if product was in stocked the 1st person said they didn’t know but was going to find out. Waited 5 mins no one ever got back with me.

The young lady at the printing service is a bada**.... There were alot of people waiting and she was so fast. Even knew without me asking that I email a document and she printed without asking, she just knew... A true bada**

Im not really sure why when there are three people standing behind a counter in the copy area only one can help customers. I stood there for 15 minutes watching one woman help two people in front of me while another employee shuffled paper around and a third dug in her purse. Im even more frustrated that they couldnt spiral bind my job and completely blew me off. I used to work at a copy place and know this job was doable. I wont be back and I think the customer service was extremely poor.

Fully stocked even when busy. Pricy compared to other places. Long lines eased by staff walking around with mobile checkouts.

I will not be doing my printing here anymore. Incompetent and impolite. Got my order wrong, told me I ordered it wrong, then couldnt even do what I ordered in the first place: a simple 8.5 x 5.5 saddle-stitched booklet from PDF.

No complaints. Good positive service. Could be a little quicker.....overall good place.

It can be busy, so please be patient, because the printing staff are very kind and did a fantastic job with a complicated and large print order of mine. It is worth the occasional wait, I keep coming back here.

Dropped off a package to be delivered by USPS. The cost was nominally 20.50 something but with Office Depot Rewards I paid less than $6. Very pleased with the service!

This is the third time I have tried to print something from them and I will never return again. Their printing center is the black hole of customer service. The only thing this store is good at is disappointment. Three strikes and Im out. I would suggest everyone to do the same.

Friendly staff, good selection and sale prices. Only issue was a long checkout line, but thats to be expected around back to school time on a weekend.

Not great bo help from employees what so ever and when I finally did find someone to ask they just didint know and didnt seem to care to find out so I just left.

With shopping options for office supplies shrinking, I have to frequent this place more often than I would like. Unfortunately, the choices here are limited begging the question why bother with brick-and-mortar stores.

I dont shop here very often but the store is well organized and the staff seem friendly. I do wish Office Depot would do away with the rewards program. These programs slow down check out when people have to find there card or recall a phone number it might be associated with.

Was a little short staffed and some of the specialty pens were out of stock, but they had most of what I needed. Could use some bound journals for bullet journalling for sale instead of $100 spiral journals from last school year.

Next to impossible to get someone to help you. I could not find anyone, and the girl at the register could not find anyone to help me either. She talked on the radio asking for someone to help me 3 times before someone showed up. Then they could not find the items shown in the add. Left there without what I came for.

This is a VERY small office depot and it is claustrophobic inside. The sales teqm os too large and will attack you when you turn a corner. The cashiers do the best they can bit they dont seem to reqlly want to be there

Does what an office Depot do. The service can be a little slow and unimaginative at the copy counter. They dont offer alternatives and seam to be single minded. Also a bit slow to process requests (it even questions)

Staff not aware who is waiting in line. Waited on someone who just walked in the store and did not get in line. Cashier that checked 7s out not aware we left behind an item. We had to go back inside store to get it.

Poor customer service with the printing center. Associate refused to bind material that I brought in per a managers rule. However, their sign states they do that and I went there because I had heard of this being done there many, many times.

I dont understand how this place stays open. No one cares to even acknowledge customers. There was one customer service rep that sat in a chair facing merchandise just feet away from us. He never said a word.
