North Garner was a great middle, I as well as my 2 brothers attended. Of course there was bullying, but its middle school & you wont find a middle school where bullying doesnt occur. I loved all my teachers & the principals were great. My teachers in middle school were the people who inspired me to go into education!

I am a student here and I can safely say the only good things here are half the staff and select students. It is so dirty and the kids are really mean. My best friend got attacked by another student and the attacker was only suspended for 3 days. Some of the teachers dont care. But the other thing is that there is nothing better than this. North Carolina has crappy schools.

Cant say enough about the great staff, teachers and principal!!! I feel as parent I know whats going with my child at all times. Communication with teachers and principal awesome. Any questions I have are always addressed within 24 hours. Thank you!!!

Some issues with bullying, and some teachers werent that caring about all the students. But some were very nice. If you just work hard and focus you can be successful. Also choose your friends very...very...wisely.-Student

This school is not equipped for the special needs kids, ADD ADHD etc etc.... You email and email and email. And maybe get 2 or 3 teachers responses. I love the year round calendar school, but the majority of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They dont care, and dont want to be bothered. There are a few good teachers and staff. But not enough to give any more the. 1 star

Its pretty dang boring. Not hard enough. Most of the classes I dont even have to think twice about assignments. Admittidly Im smart and know a thing or two but the advanced stuff needs to be more advanced because (not to be rude) but many people in my advanced classes are overall idiots and shouldnt be in 8th grade in general

This school has horrible food and the 6th graders get crappy left-overs and some teachers dont even grade things and kids here are jerks and dont even bother to do their work and sit around and cuss and make sexual jokes and are just bad kids. The only good thing here was Ms. Gradus who left the school but was the best teacher ever and Mr. Jones who was just very nice to us.

Hi Laura My Best friend goes to this school and she says its tough but sometimes sweet, if you find the right staff and friends and stay out of trouble your year will be ok . the school though is very nasty and lots of the teacher are mean/rude to the students. i hope it gets better. I am a freckwent vistior to see if it gets better.

The teachers are amazing and nice but kids at this school eat in the halls and it brings the cockroaches in the school and in the bathrooms.

I think this school has too many cockroaches. East garner is better. Go there.

I had fun here though it wasnt the best. This school was disgusting and horrible for a learning environment. Multiple fights every week, roaches and spiders where ever you step and limited resources for learning. The only thing that made this school a good experience was the friends I made, band and art.

I had Quite a few good teachers that were really nice(dont know if this is because im a cis white male)but overall the school is a mess and the students dont care, Wake county will pass you no matter how dumb you are and how low your grades are so most kids dont care at all.

I only went too that school for 6th grade only because our teacher i dont know his name but he was a bad teacher and let everyone do what they wanted too. and for gym it was horrible having too change clothes under 2 minutes and the food is just gross we had leftovers so i just started packing my own lunch, the kids there are even worse everyday there was a fight and sexual things and chats, even some people date wich is not apprroite for 11 yr olds oki im done

Terrible experience- the teachers dont care, theres cockroaches everywhere, fights happen basically weekly, and drugs all around. The bathrooms are never clean or stocked with what we need. The principal and teachers have done nothing but shout at us and threaten us with ISS. So glad Im leaving.

I went to this school for 6th grade only and already dont like it!! Mrs cross was always yelling at somebody for no reason and ms jones was always in somebody business!! Now mrs curtis always wanna bring up something that nobody even cares about go somewhere dang. The students here are terrible theyre slow and dont wanna learn. This school is too much. You cant wear nothing without having to go to iss. Now ms Roberts is mean. If u have iss she always talking bout another day noo another day for me to never come back how about that. Dont send your kid here Im telling you. This school is racist they dont like the black kids. And expectally ms yarn. If youre gay she wont let u in her class which is wrong because its not her job to tell people what they like. This school sucks. The food nasty and the bathroom is always dirty this school needs to get it together before opening again for 2017-2018! THE TEACHERS DONT EVEN CARE. mr micheals dont even give homework and he dont teach nothing. This school gotta go

My bookbag was in the hallway and the janitor just threw it away so ig they dont rlly care abt anything. Also we attenpted to freed brandon and it didnt work but it was a good meme.

Had my daughter enrolled. She had issues with A.D.D. She was getting terrible grades and I tried to set up an appointment to see about getting her help. The 6th grade counselor scheduled with me and then forgot to tell the others and so it was never scheduled with the school. I had to go out of my way to get help to manage my newborn so I could make this appointment. But this happened repeatedly. Then, one day at Walmart shopping, I saw this same staff member and she started chatting with her friend who worked at the Walmart. Her language, her slang, her gansta behavior totally turned me off. This was not who I expected to teach my child. On top of that, there were two teachers who acted like bullies. I pulled her out and homeschooled her. Now she is thriving.

I went to school here for one year and all i can say is it was hell the teachers dont care they even record fights and chant who they want to win this school sucks and should be shut down if you are a parent and are reading this take my word for it and never send youre kid here
