I dont know how much luckier I could be having found this place. The teachers and staff here are professional, well trained, progressive, thorough and meticulous. They have navigated a public health crisis efficiently, carefully and with innovation and the best available evidence. The price is well worth the quality of care and peace of mind. Every concern and question is answered quickly. Curriculum is fantastic and age appropriate. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for top notch child care.

I ruined my whole daycare shopping experience by touring Glendale Heights first. They are the example I was constantly comparing against and everyone else fell short. Seriously, theyre that good!My kids love it here. We all love the teachers, and the leadership team is exceptional. Since entering COVID times they have worked out protocols that have proven to be effective and they are very frequent and clear communicators.On the more fun side, Glendale Heights has helped them grow and develop in ways that I know I wouldnt be capable of even if I werent working full time and going to school. They are constantly doing art projects, imaginative play, getting outside time...you name it.Im so happy we decided to trust our precious babes to Glendale Heights!

Glendale Heights has been a second family to us for 7 years and 2 kids now. The administration and staff really show they care about our kids and their success academically, socially, and physically. This was particularly evident in how theyve managed providing support for virtual learning in partnership with the school district. I also love getting updates and photos sent of their various projects and educational play. I know my kids are in good hands when we drop them off, and thats such a relief!

This is a wonderful child care center! The business is very family oriented and the teachers truly care about the kids in their classrooms. Its an incredibly hands-on learning environment and they really do prepare the children for the future. Cant recommend enough!

I’ve been more than pleased since sending my 1 year old and 3 year old sons here. They started attending during this pandemic, but nonetheless it’s been so comforting to send my babies somewhere where I know they are well taken care of, safe, and most importantly, loved 🙂 all the teachers show so much compassion in what they do and treat my babies amazing. We couldnt be happier with Glendale Heights. Our two children wake up each day excited to learn and play with their friends. Glendale Heights has addressed the challenge of the pandemic head on and weve reaped the benefit by way of our children having a safe, welcoming environment to attend on a consistent basis. And the staff are some of the hardest-working and caring people youll find!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Glendale Heights. The teachers are so caring and really know my children. Even the front office knows my kids by name! The communication is fantastic, and we even receive pictures and updates about what the classes do each day. My kids continually come home with academic skills that they have learned through fun activities. We are so happy that we decided to enroll our children at Glendale Heights.

My daughter has been attending Glendale Heights since she was 8 months and from the start everyone has been so wonderful and helpful. There was a waitlist for the infant room but instead of turning us around and making us wait, Michelle worked with us to come part time until a full-time spot became available and my daughter was able to attend full-time within a few months of being there. Each classroom takes pride in their childcare qualifications and are phenomenal with the children and helping the younger ones like my daughter to learn to use and express their emotions. Communication is great throughout the whole center and I have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable sending my child each morning, and she has never showed signs of being uncomfortable during drop off or pick up, which makes me as a parent feel that much better. I would absolutely recommend Glendale Heights for your childcare needs.

We love Glendale Heights! The teachers are wonderful the office staff is amazing. Our son looks forward to going everyday. The balance they have struck between safety and welcoming during the panic has been beyond what we could have hoped for. Thank you for all you do!!

Our daughter has had a great experience at Glendale Heights. The staff is caring and extremely responsive to all of my questions. They send daily pictures so I can see what my daughter is up to throughout the day and what she is learning!

I love that I get updates every day about what my child is doing! It really puts my mind at ease as a first time mother putting my daughter in child care for the first time. My daughter loves her teachers which makes me feel confident in the relationship she’s building!

We have been very happy sending our toddler to Glendale Heights for the past 2 years. Very caring personable staff and the teachers are engaged with the kids and their work. Classrooms are large in size and the outdoor play spaces are great.

Great center with amazing staff! Kids are loved, learning and having fun. Extremely lucky to have my children in such a wonderful (and clean!) environment while I am at work!

Love working here, I dont have kids of my own but if I did I would be happy to have them cared for by any of the other teachers here. You can feel the love when walking these halls!

Glendale Heights has taken very good care of my two children for the past four years and has handled the COVID situation with skill. At one point I visited quite a few other daycares just to see what the comparison was, and I really realized just how great GH is. I highly recommend GH.

The teachers and staff are so caring and attentive. We were so impressed with the professionalism and care that everyone demonstrated, beginning in the baby room and continuing on. I cannot say enough good things about Glendale Heights!

My 2 and 4 year old attended this day care for about a month my 4 year old absolutely loved it she had the pleasure of having Ms. Angie as a teacher and was accepted and welcomed with open arms and love and I can tell she was treated very well. Shewas excited every day to go to day care and was sad on her teachers days off she also enjoyed being around Ms.Taylor and the other assistances that were in the four-year-old rooms. My 2 year old had the worse experience. She was in Ms. Beccas and Ms. Sherrys class. Both lazy. How do you have a 2 year old teacher with a broken foot? How can you attend to children with a broken foot? She didnt. She was sitting down giving children commands everyday. Ms. Becca walked in one day I was on the floor and She didnt realize. She made a remark about not wanting to be at work. After that I was encourage to drop my child off and not stay. The setup is very nice and the center is clean. However there are not any cameras in the classrooms. Sometimes I would pick my 2 year old up and they never knew what class she was in or I was lied to as to where she was. Also if you bring your children after 10 A.M. they will refuse them for the day. A lot of the office staff is gossipy and unprofessional including Ms. Michelle and Ms. Courtney. Please consider reviews before enrolling children.

They are so creative, patient, nurturing, fun, professional and have taught our son so much! The center is clean and we greatly appreciate the safety measures they have in place. Have you ever heard of a daycare that quits on a child and kicks them out? My almost 3-year-old daughter was kicked out of Glendale Heights. She had been hitting and acting out for months, but they didn’t say anything until February. They were supposed to give me time to get her evaluated for “social-emotional behavioral issues,” but after the second conference just a month later, gave me 2 weeks to find a new daycare! According to paperwork, they were supposed to give 3 chances and only gave 2. They didn’t give enough time to get her properly evaluated, which normally takes 60 days, even for a private firm. They instilled a “3 strike” policy on her daily and tried sending her home nearly every day once that rule was put in place. They said she didn’t transition well, so now they expect her to transition to a new daycare and then in fall, transition to a new school for K3! When another child bit her, she was written up saying she antagonized the other child. But when the roles were switched and my daughter was actually the one behaving initially, she was written up for doing the biting. She was very clearly targeted.I am disgusted by the actions taken by this childcare. After 25+ years in business, one would think they’d have enough sensitivity training to deal with a child just trying to discover the world around them. But instead, my daughter was labeled “a safety risk to students as well as staff.” Surely she is not the worst child they’d ever dealt with, but I guess if a child isn’t deemed “perfect,” they’re not welcome at Glendale Heights. They get the boot instead of working with them. Oh well—their loss, another daycare’s gain.

My daughter has been at Glendale Heights for two years now and we love it! The owner and the teachers are amazing and take good care of my daughter. We feel like this is her second home. Love this place!

The teachers at Glendale Heights are so amazing! My kids have been here since they were tiny babies. They have learned so much and are excited to go everyday! It is such a comfort to know that they are so well cared for when I am at work. Highly recommend!

Glendale Heights is a wonderful and great place for learning. My children have prospered so much from the caring and dedicated staff there. We have been nothing but impressed by our kids development and continue to be amazed by how much they have grown.

We loooooove Glendale Heights!!! As parents of 7 and a previous teacher, quality child care is very important to us. GH staff treats the kids as if they are their own, communicate very well with parents and keep the kids engaged and active in learning all day! My son is happy to go to school every day and has lots to talk about and show us on the ride home, I couldn’t ask for anything more. If I can’t be home with my child everyday, I am so very thankful to have GH nurture, love, teach and support my baby (hes 4) when we’re away!!! Thank you GH!!!!
