I read the reviews before my “tour”, they concerned me but I wanted to give the place a fair chance. We only met with the director Sylvia and didn’t receive any such tour. She wasn’t upfront with much information just asked us if we had read up on the place and if we had any questions. I wanted to hear about the place from her own words and what she had to say didn’t sound impressive. They didn’t have space for my 2 children which is a blessing in disguise. During our meeting, my 2 yo got bored and grabbed some markers she had on her desk. She seemed extremely annoyed that he did that and said “he will learn not to do that here”. It was an uncomfortable situation as my husband at that point felt the need to explain our sons behavior. We left the place after our son threw a fit and Sylvia looked at us like she had never seen a little kid throw a tantrum before. We definitely did not have a good first impression. I did mention to her about negative reviews I read and her tone changed when she asked me what I read. I didn’t want to specify that the complaint was directly about her so I said “genera negative reviews about the staff” and her answer to me was “

This daycare is the best reliable and most trustworthy daycare I have ever seen. First started going here when my daughter was 3 she is 7 now and now my son goes here and wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else!Love it here 😍

If you have a child with disabilities please don’t send them there. They told me that my son was a “flight risk” and that he was “too needy”. They told us we had to find another daycare for him because they could not accommodate him. We’ve already shared our experience with our case manager and ECI. They have removed them from the recommended schools for children with disabilities. This was truly heartbreaking experience. They spoke about my son as if he was a bad kid. They said they were concerned with the other children’s safety, but could not reference a time that he harmed another child. At first i did not understand why this was happening, but then i realized that this was NOT the correct place for him and I’m happy that he is gone. He is where he belongs now and is excelling in his new class and with his new classmates. However, if you have a child that is disabled, don’t go here. The staff is not trained to handle certain disabilities. I contemplated writing this review but hopefully this helps someone else from going thru something like this.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to allow their child to attend this daycare. I took my daughter here for less than a year and was disgusted with this facility. My child was constantly being bit. I cant even count how many incident reports I have had to sign off the top of my head. Other occasions I would find bite marks on her when we got home, so when I addressed it the next day they asked, are you sure she didnt bite herself? My daughter cant bite herself on the back! Diaper changes were a disaster. Multiples times a week I would get a daily note home with only 3 diaper changes in a 9 hour day and my daughter would have severe diaper rashes. Every week there was always something I was concerned with and my daughter cried everyday I dropped her off. I have high standards for the quality of service to watch my daughter and it makes me sick that their other parents confining to bring their child here!

We have had our daughter enrolled for 3 years and our son has been enrolled since he was 12 weeks old. We have enjoyed the center and staff. Our children have flourished due to the hard work of the staff and the curriculum. I would recommend this school to anybody.

THERES NO CAMERAS!!! I cant express enough how terrible my experience was with this location. My son was there for about a month and a half and THEY KICKED HIM OUT!!!! After 2 weeks of being there he caught the flu and was out for a week and a half. Once he returned he had difficulty readjusting he doesnt know how to talk AT ALL and for that to be his first time around people other than me and my family and they had no patience. They NEVER tried to talk to me. I went up there multiple times to try and work with them and help them warm up to each other and they just keep saying he should go somewhere else. For anyone who has been working with children for 40 plus years this should never have been acceptable but it was the head person who was the ring leader. The cordinator there Sylvia is very unprofessional and honestly she a older woman and I feel that her patience has just ran out and she doesnt need to be there anymore. Anyone with eyes can see she doenst need to be working with children especially ones to young. When the teachers need help its her responsbility to redirect the child so the rest of the kids dont get effected and every time she was asked to watch my son she was calling me from work to come pick him up and by time I get there he was fine. I finally called the director Jo and the same day they gave my son 3 inccident reports. A few days later wrote 3 more in one day and called me on the phone and said he couldnt come back the next week. They dont build relationships with the children or the families. There are some good teachers there sadly my son and I just didnt get the chance to interact with them because they worked with different age groups. I had spoke with the staff and they were complaing about Sylvia saying that the numbers have been low lately because of her. I called district director and apologized and said he could stay as long as he wants but Once someone makes you feel weird you dont wont to leave your child with them. What they offer is great but energy of place has to match and it is to many older folks just wanting to finish their years out til retirement and it shows.

I decided tonremove my 5yo son because they are in partnership with Childrens Courtyard, they are BUSINESS driven, not care for your child, be ready to pay for the whole week and have them call you to pick them up because they are moving too much, they refuse to work to earn that money that you have to earn to pay them for still do nothing, very dissapointed
