I went to this school for 5 years. The school might be old but it is an amazing place. The teachers are nice, though there can be a little of bullying but I cant find any other bad things about this school. If you get to go to this school you are really lucky!!!!!!!!

The staff, adminstrators and children are EXCELLENT!!!!My PRAYER for Sumner Elementary is for this school to get BLESSED with an OVERDUE MAKEOVER!!!!! hint hint Guilford County School Administration and Board. Even though this school still has the original everything as for as the building structure and is in desperate need of UPGRADES; the staff, students and administration are not complaining or making excuses, they have PRIDE and RESPECT for their school as well as each other!!!! They deserve to have the type of facility, books and etc. as other Guilford County Schools. The students are very respectful and high achievers. #team Sumner
