Terrible phone policy, why cant we use them during break and before school? Also, a once decent parking lot has been ruined with gates being closed and a random cement block in the middle of the road.

1st the school looks like a prison. 2nd it has a awful cell phone policy. 3rd its too preppy. I honestly just do not like Northern at all.
