I love Dollar Tree and every branch we go I always like the staff/cashiers. Most are respectful regardless of race. But except for today in Gresham branch. This cashier seem sad and rude. She punched my item 4 times and I only have 3. When I got my receipt I double checked it and showed she charged me 4 times. She said that she didnt charge me on other item and asked me if I want to count my items which is 28 items in total in a sarcastic sound. I know it is just 1 dollar but that is not about it. I work in customer service but this is not the way I treat my customer. In the first place, when she mistakenly punch my item 4 times, she should have inform me about it so there will be no more questions. I am just glad that I happen to be in a minority group otherwise, she might play the race card on me. If she happen to have a bad day that is why she acted that way, then I am sorry for her but she cannot put her frustration out at other peoples expense.

Shelves could be stocked a little better. But this is understandable since covid has hit and left so many lacking in workers! Love dollar tree for so many of our household needs and crafting supplies!!

Use to work next door for years, Ive always liked this location. The staff is almost always helpful and they have a good stock of items for how small the store is. They try and keep it as clean and organized as they can.Clips and cake covers below.

If I could rate a zero thats what Id give this dollar tree. For years my family and I go to this particular location and the cashiers are so rude! I bought bags n the same transaction for my items and the cashier told me that I had to bag them myself because it was too much work for her!!!! I work in customer service and this is unacceptable. Have some manners! My entire family will no longer shop here. Train your cashiers to treat people better. Its not like theyre working for free. Oh and then she kept looking at her watch too!!!

Good selection of product, always changing front line deals, I would give it five stars if they would open more lines. There is almost always only one checker and the lines get backed up

Dollar eating Dragon struck again! (Twice this week!) Can always find such amazing things for just $1... Go in for just a couple items, spend at least $20... So, they do add up quickly.Cashier on Saturday was superb! Friendly, smiling even with the long lines he kept his cool and was amazing!Lines at check out were a bit long both days I was in there this week. But they moved along fairly steadily.I was able to get prizes for games, coloring/activity books to go with the party favor boxes, punch bowl, punch and lemon lime soda... I was able to get all the extra little things I needed to throw my daughter an amazing birthday party!

Clean store, polite cashiers, everything was easy to find.

Fully stocked for christmas! Can not enter store without face mask. Clearly posted on front doors. Customers antsy today. Cashier was wonderful.They appeared short handed as there was only one cashier working. Because of this the line to check out was long. She did a great job and was very friendly and professional.

Bought 1 red gatorade, but it was already unsealed when I got home to open it, threw it out. if you buy drinks from here, check them first in the store to avoid this problem.

For Everythings a Dollar. For the most part. The new manager knows how to get after it. Especially when the lines to get long. Always got way more than I need.I wish they sold moderation, or self-control for a dollar.

I keep telling myself to drive the extra 5 mins to the next one but I keep giving it a try. First if all please update your Google hours. So not fun scheduling your morning around your opening time only to get there and you dont open for another hour.Second the store is usually clean and organized I do appreciate that thank you, but it always takes forever to check out. Today there was one cashier open at almost 10am with a line of over 15 people and the slowest cashier. I counted 3 other employees out on the floor while shopping not one went to help with check out. I ended up putting my items back and leaving. It would of taken over 45 mins to check out at the rate they where going. I would say its covid times give them a break but this store has been this way for a few years now. This was my last visit to this specific store, ill take the extra drive time ill still get done sooner.

The store was very unkempt and disorganized (more than your typical Dollar Tree). The cashier looked like she was medicated and took it upon herself to yell at my kids who were trying to reach the balloon strings. I let her know next time she needs to talk to the parent first before taking it upon herself to yell at someone elses child. She looked at me dumbfounded so Im not sure much got in to her head. Avoid Christina. She needs a warehouse job in the back of the store....and probably a drug test.

Push Carts availability!?!?There are very FEW push carts in this store.Only hand baskets available and no one found around either by carts or baskets area to SANITIZER EITHER ITEMS!!Dollar Tree should add a stand with sanitary wipes dispenser...Add more carts and a sanitary stand since their lack of cleaning.Also...Bad judgment call from the malelead/supervisor?!There were 2 cashier lines which was changed to 1 cashier line while I was waiting in a short line. When putting my items on the conveyer belt there was only this 1 cashier, 4 people waiting when then the lead/supervisor came over to close this line telling customers to move to register#4 where he was going to assist them (now about 6 customers). The customers didnt respect the order that people were waiting in and moved up front... nothing said to those patiently waiting.The customer that had his 3 items on the conveyer belt after me was also asked to move to the other line. Seeing that he would be last to move to the other lane, he was not happy with the way the male lead/supervisor way inconsiderate about the service so he left the 3 items and walked out.COVID-19 IS STILL HERE !Protection needed to ALL!Lead needs re-schooling

The people here are very helpful to individuals with disabilities. I am in a wheelchair and its difficult to reach the upper shelves and all I have to do is ask someone and they will help with whatever you need to get help with. They are wonderful people. Sometimes you dont even have to ask. They see you coming in the door and meet you, asking how may I help you??? That happens quiet often for me.

Despite the fact that its quite busy most of the time, and the organization is only slightly above average. The employees at this establishment are polite, and has a great selection of items for its size. Much better than the one in Cherry Park.

Roxanne was very helpful, beautiful and sweet. She was very polite. And even when I asked her out and was turned down, she did it in a very nice way. Five stars for this place, great customer service all around.

Trash. Erica was extremely rude at check out. Wont be going back.UPDATE: so I decided to give this place a second try. Erica checked me out again. She was extremely rude to my friend and yelled at him because he bumped the shelf accidentally?? And then proceeded to RUB MY ARM AS I WAS WALKING AWAY to talk about a new half sleeve tattoo. Extremely unsanitary and a great way to cause an infection in what is basically an open wound after handling money?! She touched me with no consent and I feel extremely violated. You can go back and check your cameras I was there around opening. I will be contacting the store if I need to seek medical attention.

Found what I needed, they had one cashier and a long line.

Merchandising is very poor in all Dollar Tree stores. Its obvious that the employees are not there because they enjoy interaction with their customers. Some employees greet only customers they know; otherwise, the customer has to give the greeting first. Most have tunnel vision where they are only aware of their immediate surroundings and oblivious to what is going on outside of that radius. As you walk around a Dollar Tree store and look around you realize that management isnt proud of their store to be visible and interact with their customers.

Employees are nice and store is always clean. Not the biggest Dollar tree but there is a good selection of products. I would give 5 stars, but I bought some bread there last week (I usually never buy food there) because it was organic and a good brand. I got so sick! Burning chocolate lava for days. I don’t recommend buying bread from here. Tossed it out and I’ve been fine ever since.

I had great experience. It was really busy being the day before valentines day. They cashier was really friendly.

No other way but this to add that yes, this Dollar Tree accepts credit cards. The quick review only gives the option of agreeing or disagreeing with the posted options of cash-only, debit, or pay by phone. Otherwise, great place to buy party balloons, pool noodles, etc

They dont carry what I went in for anymore. I Used to get scar gel for 1 dollar. Its 10 dollars for the Wal-Mart brand. I heard that Dollar Tree most likely stopped carrying the scar gel because too many people were stealing it. Too bad. Theaves ruin a good thing once again.

Plp say DT batteries are bad, think they are comparing DT carbon or heavy duty(non-alkaline) to elsewheres alkaline. If you buy DT alkaline there comparable to others, maybe not the big 2 tops, but there not 1 buck for 4 either. And people, main reason they say dont mix batteries is putting a new good bat with a old bad dead one is best scenario for one to explode, and another good reason not to do so is soon as you do the good battery is turned bad also.

Waited over 10 minutes in line! Only 1 register open. I asked the cashier if they could open another register because the line was half way down the aisle and all she said was she didnt know where he was....Also the store was a complete pigsty! Carpet hasnt been vacuumed in weeks!

This is the smallest dollar tree Ive been in. Theres seems to be alot of employees working but only 1 register open no matter how long the line. Its also the messiest.

Its dirty, i heard a child say upon coming in to the store. Id been in the store for about 10 min then, trash and merchandise strewn about the floor. Also the carpet was spotted in drips of ?what throughout. Pity.
