It takes a lot for me to post a good review for any company. So, if youre reading this... I came in to get business cards made for myself and in the process of doing so a few mistakes were made from the print shop off site (no mistakes by anyone in the store). Also, not at this location but Shawnie went above and beyond to make things right with the situation. She had an amazing attitude and customer service skills that are out of this world. I wish all businesses had people like Shawnie Blocker that worked at them to take care of their customers. Thank you for being awesome.

Office Depot stands by their return policy. I purchased an HP printer today and, after setting it up and running through some features, ended up absolutely hating it. I called and they said bring it on back... which I did. 100% hassle free return! Kudos Office Depot. I am now and always a loyal customer.

Waited in line expecting help at the copy center and received a lot of push back.Trying to ship a laptop and was told they dont have laptop boxes, then was asked if I had looked at the pack and ship section....Instead of thinking of a creative solution like I would have, I was instead told I now needed to Double box laptops so if they are damaged the insurance covers them.I was frustrated having seen this employee bend over backwards and over ride coupons on a non-applicable for the previous person only to stone wall me with bogus policies.I askes to use 2 lids from paper boxes and was told they were reserved for business orders......Thats fine, I wont be coming back to this location, and I dont recommend you do either unless you know the staff personally, then I suppose your set.I did give them a 2 star instead of a one star because the entryway had some good deals, but I suppose Ill order from Amazon instead.Thanks, and best of luck.

Stopped in to check out shredders and were promptly helped by the assistant manager. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also had the pleasure of working with their Tech Associate, Lana! Amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable about cell phones. She went above and beyond. She will go far! Thank you for everything! We will be back.

Needed some last minute printing services. Shawnie, the print supervisor is an absolute angel. Made the process extremely streamlined and went out of her way to make sure our experience was amazing, and we got what we needed in time. She was short staffed because she sent a sick employee home (which never happens in retail), and still ensured that our service was fantastic. This is the only place I will use for printing services from now on.

This store lost a $500 sale on an executive chair because of their customer service.

Ill be honest, this isnt the nicest Office Depot in the world. But its fine.Im giving five stars for the staff. They were all friendly and happy to help. I was also sincerely thanked by two separate people for coming in. They seem to have a lot of pride in their store. And that really matters in a shopping experience.

I usually go to staples but Office Depot was closer to me at the time yesterday. I went in to print a few copies of my resume after calling and asking the prices. (The prices actually turned out to be much more expensive in person) After waiting at the counter for someone to finally show up and help me, The woman working the print station was way less than nice to me as soon as She walked up. I ignored the attitude and told her what I needed. When she printed out my resume, it was completely distorted. (Good thing I checked because she sure didn’t) I showed her all the random markings on my paper and instead of trying to fix it, she’s just like “oh that’s never happened before. I don’t know what to tell you. Maybe you used the wrong format.” So then I SHOW HER that my file was a pdf like she ASKED FOR. She just acted like she had no clue what to do and like it was my fault somehow. I still ended up having to pay for these faulty prints more than I was even told on the phone. I’ll stick to going to staples from now on.

Great selection still even though it was the day before school started! Great staff with smiles on their face despite the chaos. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Its a standard Office Depot. Big parking lot and it never seems busy in here. 99% of the time I know what I want and am in and out of here in under 5 minutes. People working here are always nice and helpful.

My fiance and I came to the store for a bookshelf. We found the one I had my eye on and found an employee to help fairly quickly. At checkout they applied 20% off one of my items (I think) and even helped us load into our vehicle. Exceptional customer service. I will be bringing my buissness back to this store.

Erik was fantastic helping us find the right product for our needs. Even when he was being pulled in 6 different directions he stayed with us and helped with every question. He understood that without customers, there is no Office Depot.

I needed something quickly and while they were not very helpful in finding it, they did carry it so I didnt have to search other stores.

I went in there today and had a bad exchange them theyve usually always been pretty good. I went in and the guy at the copy and print center wouldnt look at me or address me I stayed for about 10 minutes. I didnt realize he was helping a lady in front of them and she was looking around like Wednesdays going to be done. So ask the guy hey can I pick up my order. My order is an easy pick up order. The guy looked at me rudely and said as soon as I am done. So I looked at the orders on the counter and neither of them are mine I was going to take it and take it up to the desk to pay. I didnt have much time to get to work so I just left and he stared me down the whole walk out. As if I did something terribly wrong vandalize their store. So I called his boss Vicky who didnt seem to have a care in the world about it she said that they talked about it and that he was helping a lady in front of me however he never mentioned that when I was there. I dont think that you should ever respond with an email to a loyal customer please take your business elsewhere. And his boss should definitely show more care when somebody calls in with a complaint. Im all about protecting my workers but if theres a misunderstanding in someones completely rude something should be done. Ive spent 200 to 300 dollars of a copy and print center my business has probably done a few thousand in business over the years. I should be able to do business wherever I please. Especially when theyre normally really good at what they do.

I just wanted 15 flyers. I sent my images and all the info. They printed a test print and I asked for them to send me a picture of the test print ( a quick snapshot from their phone) because driving to pick it up, placing my order, and driving back later seemed ridiculous to me. She told me “I’ll do it when I have time” this task literally would have taken 2 minutes, 5 minutes tops and I would have immediately placed my order after seeing that the print was how I wanted it. It’s been 5 hours and still no email. I’ve now resorted to ordering from fed ex because I feel like Im bothering the employees every time I call. I started this process yesterday morning. It should not take this long to get 15 flyers printed.

Went in for paper, pens, and White Out. Workers are so friendly at this location and they direct you immediately to the items you are looking for.

Ordered an item online. I arrived at the store and they couldnt find it. They had me pull up the order which had a status of Held for LPR. They said that meant my credit card was flagged and it wouldnt be resolved. They said to call customer service (which was closed). They said there was nothing they could do that warning wouldnt be resolved on its own. I had used an online coupon and didnt want to pay full price at the store. So, they did nothing. Later that evening, I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Complete waste of time!

Just ran into the store to get a couple cases of paper and receipt books. Not a red customer cart available for me to put case paper in. I picked my few things and went to check out and told the cashier that I needed a couple of cases of paper that was on sale for $39.99. He did not know which paper was on sale and asked another employee which paper was on sale. The other clerk said they were out, I correct him and pointed to the pallet of paper. They acted like who is going to get the two cases paper. Never the less I left with my $38 purchase, would have been $118., less any cases of paper. No carts, No paper sale, No service.

The clerks that were there to help ,were very knowledgeable. Just need more clerks.

I have a Car Stereo Store Outrageous Audio down the street and I always come in with a job that is a RUSH. These people ALWAYS are kind...listen to what I want and get it done fast and economically. I called and inquired on a desk by phone. Lloyd was able to find the desk I was looking for and provided excellent customer service. When I arrived to the store to pick up my item he had left for the day. However the furniture manager was just as friendly and helpful. Him and another employee loaded the desk in my car and I was in amd out in about 10 mins!!Thank you!!

I purchased an Epson printer which is working great. I was sold the wrong printer cartridges twice. Its hard to return after wasting nearly $100.

Went in, first time to buy a office chair. After sampling many chairs i find one i like, the employee told me they have one left in stock. He left me at the counter for 15 minutes while he looked. Comes back and tells me they really dont have it. I asked to buy the one i sat in, the display model. Apparently they are not allowed to sell that one. Seems dumb to me to tell me you have one and not double check first and or sell me the one i sat in. Never going back.

I was the only customer in the store, so that was weird. The staff was helpful. They didnt have the product I needed (printer ink 1 pack) in stock, so I had to buy the 2 pack.

I returned two Canon ink packs worth $95. I did not have my receipt and the cashier was hesitant to give me a refund but after talking to the store manager, she agreed to do so. At first she wanted to put the refund on an Office Depot gift card which I did not want. She then agreed to put the refund on my debit card.The following day I checked my bank account & there was no credit posted to my account. I called the store & they said that it could take 5 business days to post to my account?Not a good way to do business!

If I could give less than one star I would. As my mom picked up a chore chart, to help my autistic sisters with keeping daily routine, the manager turned to the cashier and said thank God my kids always behaved.
