The books store is well organized. It is organized by the code of each class alphabetically then by number. If you have a bag they do ask that you take it off when you enter and there is a nice bag storage rack. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bought a $10 packet for my class wrote my name and a single answer on one page. Literally one page and realized I bought the wrong packet. Went back and tried to return it and they said I couldnt because I wrote in it. I asked them you cant just re-print one page? And they said they couldnt cause it was a separate distributor that printed it. Which is BS because it was a packet made by the teacher who teaches the class and its just a bunch of loose papers with no binding. Theres no way they cant re-print, Ill reiterate A SINGLE PAGE. Dont buy from here, theyre a bunch of crooks.

Their prices are insane as all bookstores at school are. Their lines are long, their cashiers are sassy, and their policy of never moving onsite printed booklets from the magical land where they come from (it takes almost two weeks to get a 80 page workbook made?) to the shelf they belong on for students to buy them. Coffee shop is ok but also kind of stiff and impolite. I just am not impressed with the bookstore.

Everyone is very helpful, books and extras are easy to find. When we went, the check-out was quick and the experience was great.
