I have two kids who go here. A 10 month old and an almost 3 year old. My daughter has been going here since she was born and my son transferred here when he was a year old after a horrible experience at the last daycare. The center director Mrs.Lafaye and her partner Mrs.Lee are AMAZING!!!! There recently was a health concern in the center and they were so proactive about notifying us and communicating! Everything they knew, we knew also! The whole staff is friendly , caring, and FAMILY. If you’re looking for a safe place that you’ll never have to worry about your kids being loved, this is the place for you. I can’t thank them enough for loving our babies and giving us the peace of mind that seems so rare in these crazy times. Mrs.Lafaye even made personal phone calls to every single parent to let us know the new steps being taken to reopen the center and welcome the kids back. These are the sweetest people you’ll ever work with and I can’t sing their praises enough. Just all around a fantastic group of people. ❤️

My son has been going here since he was 6months, he is now 2yrs old. My daughter who is school age is also enrolled during school breaks and Summer Camp. My children love this center as well as their teachers. The communication is EXCELLENT, so I never have to be at work worried about my children at KinderCare of Hampton, they are in great hands. Ms. Lafayette and Ms. Lee are great center directors.

I love this facility. The ladies and staff here are friendly, professional and overall, outstanding. Miss LaFaye was incredibly kind and worked with me on everything. We were able to enroll my daughter part time to socialize.In the 2-3 year old class, Miss Priscilla and Miss Lee were amazing with my daughter and helped me complete potty training quickly and easily. Once my daughter was ready to move to the next class, they began transitioning her to the 3-4 year old group.Before my daughter left this facility, she was allowed to come and visit her friends and teachers a final time to say goodbye.I want to say thank you to the staff here for making our first experience with day care such a good experience and memorable.

My 5 yr old boy goes here, hes fairly new but he loves it so far. He has some behavior issues that have actually gotten him kicked out of centers before but Ms. Lafaye and her staff seem to be great with him. I also very much love the daily updates and pictures I get in my email regarding his day. I love the communication. He is always happy to go to kindercare and is always super excited about his day!

I think they are already aware of how much I appreciate them. My son started at KinderCare with Mrs. Carrie & Ms. Qiana, then to Mrs. Pat & Mrs. Sabrina, Mrs. Priscilla helped me get him potty trained and was patient with him in the terrible 2 stage, now he is in the Preschool room and talks about Ms. Brittany, Mrs. Kenisha and Ms. Ashanti. He started off very stand offish to new people now he’s blossomed and is the KinderCare “greeter”. Thanks to Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Betty, and Mrs. Sabrina for taking care of my daughter and allowing her to talk to them about anime and expressing herself through art. Thank you to Mrs. LaFaye & Mrs. Lee. This Center is amazing. My daughter absolutely loves it. I have a very active child, they are very patient with her. They take the time to tend to her along with the rest of the children. I strongly recommend this center.

This place was amazing!! We are a military family, and had our 2 year old daughter here while we waited for a space at the daycare on base. She absolutely loved it, especially her teacher Ms. Sabrina! The whole staff was so helpful and nice, and Ms. LaFaye did everything to make us feel so welcome and valued. We were so sad to go, and we will most definitely use them again if we have the opportunity!

We love the staff at Big Bethel Kindercare! My daughter loves her preschool class and her providers. I know I am leaving my daughter in good hands, because the providers really care about the children and it shows. They have great curriculum and you can tell they stick to it! This is an amazing daycare/school to send your children while working.

Very nice daycare. The facility is clean and well organized. I really like the staff, they actually do activities with the children. My son loves it! I have no complaints.

Hands down great place. Staff is amazing, my children(4) are always excited when they leave. Most importantly they teach my children like I would at home.

My son has been going to Kindercare for almost two years and it has been a great experience. He’s always thrilled to go to school and his teachers are friendly and very attentive to my child.

Absolutely love this place! Most of the teachers have tenure which is great because my three year old that goes here sees familiar faces on a daily basis. She loves going to preschool , when its time to go She never wants to leave and she will even ask me on weekends if she can go to preschool which i take as a great sign that she is in good hands. Her teachers go above and beyond, she has learned so much since she started and always brings homework packets home that she asks me to help her with. The staff is so friendly and welcoming makes it really feel like a second family.

My kids have been going to Big Bethel Kindercare since they were six month old. I love the staff and they have truly taken care of my kids. Everybody is nice and friendly and they keep me posted on what is going on with my kids. They love going to school and have learned so much over the years. My kindergartener was ready for elementary school and my Pre-k is preparing now. I would recommend the daycare.

Ms. Priscilla, Ms. Shelby, and Ms. Lafaye are all wonderful. I couldnt have picked anyone better to look after my little one.

I went into the facility for a tour. I called in a day in advance to give them a heads up before my arrival. I spoke with someone named Lafaya (if I spelled it correctly) and over the phone she sounded pleasant. The next day I arrived for the tour of the daycare and to speak with the director to get more information. At the time they scheduled my appointment, they also were having an inspection as well as food delivery. When we walked in we spoke to the Pre-k teacher Ms. Williamson, whom told us all about her classroom and what we were to expect once our child tranistioned into her class (being that she was going to be turning 4 soon). When she tried to direct us to the classroom she would start in the teacher Ms. Liz stopped her from the start. Ms. Liz is the assistant director, she was not helpful or pleasant. She not once greeted us, offered to help or answer any of our questions. She kept telling Ms. Williamson that she couldnt do this, or couldnt do that. The vibe my finance and myself got from her was horrible and un-welcoming. We had made a decision before we even left that the facility we just toured was not the facility for our daughter. If you cant stop and address the concerns of parents, how are you addressing children. I under she was busy, but so was the other teacher, that mind you was ONLY an employee not assistant director as Ms. Liz is, so you should be willing to multi-task to help when your help is needed. Although Ms. Williamson did her best to assist us, she wasnt sure with the information she was giving us and was trying to refer to Ms. Liz for help. This is only my experience and encounter with the staff that was there. We never got to meet with the director because she was busy in another class. Overall the tour was unorganized.
