Few minutes ago I was in this Dollar Tree and Maria gave me a bad treatment. First, she put the receipt in a bad way on top of the counter in other words with attitude . Next, I told her that throw away but I didn’t tell her why. She continued asking I throw away ? I didn’t answered her. I just walked few steps and walked back asking her name in a very nice way( Can you tell me your name?) Guess what?she started screaming Maria do you want more details about me? several times in a very bad way. She is not in the park. She is working in a store serving people not animals and still animals deserve respect. I called to the store and the lady that answered the phone told me that the manager was in the back. She did not want to put her on the phone but I insisted so much and was next to her. When she answered I ask her name which she did not want to give at first and she tells me that her name is Mercedes. I dont know if its true or not. But the manager of this store need to teach to their employees How they are supposed to treat customers. Thank You! God Bless You!

This place is a good place to shop, I only have 2 problems with it though.. the first one being they always have only one check out lane open and the line is so long it takes up almost half an aisle. The second problem is the bread they sell there expires right away, they usually expire in 2 days?? Like.. thats very short for bread (also didnt want to say this but I saw them selling a bag of moldy bagels.. disgusting.) So I would recommend getting your bread somewhere else! But other than that I enjoy shopping here.

The viriety is really good . But I had this horrible incident with one of the worker of the cashiers, a woman names Aime ,blond and in her 50 s maybe . I asked for cash back and she gave it to me then I asked for 2 bills of 5 she refused and a very despicable manner . She said you should stop talking on the phone , to me . Thats is of her concerns and on the other hand another worker younger immediately gave it To me. Such a person is not capable of working with customera. I feel sorry for her. This happened on a Saturday of January 23rd 2021

What can you say about a Dollar Tree? Its either a 1 or 5. This time it was a 5. I found what I wanted and there werent a lot of people and a good amount of registers were open. All good.

One of the workers by the name of Sergio was yelling at a customer. Sergio was being really rude to the customer and others in the line. He told us that the register was closed but proceeded to checkout two more after telling us that. The manager also began yelling at the customers because she was siding with Sergio. After trying to calm him down, he proceeded to mistreat everyone else in line and did not want to scan the items. He threw them to the side and told us that if we were in a hurry, we shouldn’t be shopping. Terrible customer service.

Every single Item just 1 $ dollar !! GREAT deals in Cleaning supplies , crafts and season decorations.

So this location on Google Maps says its open till 10 but its not its wrong and closes at 9 p.m.

Witnessed a rude customer a.k.a. Karen. Being very rude and vulgar towards an older cashier near the manager and the manager did nothing to protect the employeeHow can you expect your employees to work hard and be happy if you dont protect them? But what else should I expect of Hialeah.

My first time visiting this location last week. Big and spacious like I like them! That means they have more stuff!The staff was nice and the store itself had a huge variety of stuff. It was a little messy but thats typical for a Dollar Tree. Everything is probably best when they first open. All it takes is one customer. Lol.Overall I liked this location and when in area again, I would visit again.

For everything being a dollar, its pretty darn good. They have everything (mostly offbrand, but not everything). Love going there for paper towels, chips, glasses and plates, and best of all, school supplies.

They have really good things when youre on a budget. The only reason I gave it three stars and not 5 is that its extremely hot. The bathrooms are usually dirty and most of the times it doesnt have paper. But the people working there are nice and very helpful.

I go there once every two weeks. Great deals always brand items at cheap prices. Except refrigerated foods, stay away. Wish it was cleaner and more spacious, its always a mess. Nice staff tho.

Im going to keep short & simple, cockroaches everywhere. Momma roaches & baby roaches, lots of them. Shopping here is like being on an episode of fear factor. DONT SHOP HERE! (Other Dollar Tree locations are better)

Favorite place in the world...why? Me and my girlfriend love going to the store do to the fact that for us is like a mystery box, you never now what you can find and still only pay a $1 per item , also has many good book for what? $1 thats right, if you like book, I definitely recommend going !

Poor customer service.. no one speaks english so no one could help me.. and the lines are always long with 5 workers but only 1 cashing people out.. they need to do better

The service in this place is disgusting. Everytime I come in there’s a long LINE. Not lines , only one register is open. Not all employees are rude but there’s an older lady with dark hair that yells at the customers and calls them names. One customer asked her to ask for back up and when they opened a line she’s like you see you guys ask for back up and no one moves you’re all ridiculous. There was a tiny old lady walking to the line, people are going to push her to go first, she has no patience. Always a problem here.

Its primarily Hispanic which is fine but they were screaming across the store in Spanish to each other. The cashier sung a entire song in Spanish while helping me. Pretty annoying.

This is the place to go if your on a budget. Anytime I have a party this is my to go place to buy party decor, playes, party favors exc...I also shop for my Holiday decor, you can find cute stuff for a great value.

THis place is my favorite place to go buy somethings like materials, some snacks and drinks. I go there very often and I like the place and the atmosphere there is welcoming.

This place is always packed, it has a lot of availability and variety but the lines are always so long, you can expect to spend over 10 to 15 minutes just standing in line. The staff is nice but is short staffed when it comes to the cashiers.

Not enough cashiers at checkout..the store is orderly and a large collection of merchandise/school supplies are available. Tax free weekend coming up. Check your mailboxes.

Thia store is small but very well stocked and picked up compared to other stores. It just got lots of Halloween decorations and some thanksgiving and Xmas. Found whatt I was looking right away.

Whenever I arrive it is a place that is very crowded by the wide variety of products that I can get is very useful for the community of the area, any cleaning item, home, office, school, food, crafts, beauty, pharmacy, toys , beach, decoration, cars, clothes and some more, the prices are very economical, their workers willing to help, and being so much in demand it would be very useful to increase the number of ATMs to make the wait for the process shorter time to pay, I think its as I said before very useful
