I went to the family dollar today to buy two plastic boxes, the question was we need to grab a box that is on a shelf because there was only one on the floor and it was not to my liking, I ask a lady if I can grab one of those who was upstairs and a blonde girl named RACHEL answers me rudely whose rachel yells at me those boxes cant be sold I said miss if the one on the floor is the same as the ones upstairs because they cant be sold, The other girl who was holding me in the box tries to explain to me and RACHELs answer was: you do not have to give any explanation, she replies that this is not a way of expressing herself towards the client and continues to speak rudely to me, I told her that she I used to talk like this to all the clients that every time I go to that store I hear her speak to customers with rudeness, RACHEL tells me, yes, I speak rudely but who helps you with the coupons because I give you this And doing a favor, that bothered me a lot and I simply replied that this is her job, which is her obligation that the family dollar corporation pays her so that the clients leave satisfied and this is not how they are leaving, hopefully and this is not keep happening because they will lose many clients like me when they see that a worker treats them very badly.

Merchandise is good, and so are prices,but everytime I go there, theres 10 people in line,and 1 rude cashier. The ones on the floor, are too busy with their phones,to answer questions.

Customer service was a missed class for these employees

The store did not have what. I wanted plus the cashiers was loud and unprofessional speaking in thier language I walked back out the store after putting back something I wantef.

This place sucked they dont speak English and could not tell me where the closest other family dollar was too pricey and broken items

Lines are always super long only one cashier in the front . No one knows in english . Cashiers are super rude . They dont have any shopping carts for you to put your stuff in . Lagniet Hernandez assisted me as a cashier she had a horrible attitude . No customer service what so ever . I asked her if there was any carts she said no with a attitude I asked her for her name she said , my name ? Lagniet you want my last name to ? With a huge attitude people in there got no type of respect been coming in there for 4 years the staff just keeps getting worst .

It takes far too long to go thru the cashier line. Sometimes customer lines are 8 or more people but no one comes to open an additional register while other employees walk around with seemingly no concern.

This store is full of rude employees. The lines are so long it takes 45 to buy anything 1 item!!! AND the WORST part is that they are supposed to be open until 10:00 pm but at 9:30 they lock the doors and dont let you in!!!!! I am going to call and report this store it the worst and a waste of space honestly with horrible rude employees that dont speak English!!!!!!!! Hate to say it but ...... Its HIALEAH!!!!!!!!!

I agree with some comments about the managerial staff, who lack respect with the clients ... Worst experience, they treat employees badly, they are rude, they scold the cashiers in front of customers. They are disobedient. The worst attention, has no cordiality or humane treatment, they are the worst. The managers do not speak, rude, nor do they give the employees time.
