I have recently transferred my children to Town Center KinderCare from the Park Meadows location after being there for 2 years, and it is like a night and day difference. The Park Meadows location has majorly gone downhill and now that we are at Town Center, I am seeing a huge difference in my children’s behavior. They are so much happier going to school and coming home to tell me about their day. As a parent, I have felt a major relief knowing that I moved my kids to a solid, well run, happier daycare center.We are already familiar with a lot of the staff at the new center, and my kids are still greeted with open arms and smiles every day. I truly feel like they are getting such a higher-level quality of care than what they were receiving at the other center.The communication from the staff is incredible and I was very impressed by the efforts the teachers all made to introduce themselves to me within the first week. There is never a lack of photos or comments in the app so I can truly see what kind of day my kids are having. The director, Christina, used to run the Park Meadows location back when it was a better environment, and we are so happy to be with her again. She knows how to run a good daycare center!All in all, this center is very impressive and well run. Your kids will be in great hands here.

I love this childcare. I always know my little love is not only safe but also learning and playing fun games. Even at just a couple months old they have games that help them use their senses. I know this because I get pictures and updates throughout the day! Pick up and drop off is easy. They always seem excited to take my child in. The staff is welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this child care center.

I love Kindercare. The whole staff is awesome and have great communication. We love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day and have complete trust that our child is in good hands. Definitely recommended!

I am so grateful to KinderCare. I have had so many bad experiences with child care and finding KinderCare has finally set my mind at ease. I love all the staff and my daughter is finally advancing in her education and personal skills. They are patient and loving with her and with all of the kids here. I highly recommend this daycare. If you are looking for love, patience and comfort than this is the place to bring your little one. Thank you to all the staff here for all that you do everyday. :)

We couldnt ask for a better place to send our daughter to daycare. The teachers love her just as much as we do. Shes always happy to go to school and eager to tell us about her day when we pick her up. Such a great place!

I have my daughter at this location. The staff is wonderful, she loves them so much. The kids, the activities, everything is great... except... the cost.My daughter is 18 months old and we pay 1500 dollars for her to attend daycare. When we put our new baby in as well that brings the cost up to 3000 dollars a month. 0.0 I know people who pay 5000 for their 3 kidsIf you can afford this facility - it really is wonderful.

My son loves going to school! The teachers and directors are so great with the kids. I couldnt be happier! Highly recommend

We are so grateful for the positive experience we’ve had with KinderCare during the first six months of being parents. The Town Center KinderCare is clean, energetic, and the infant teachers are caring, patient, and kind. We are glad we are able to send our daughter there.

I feel so happy about where my grandson is everyday and with all the staff that is taking care of him. It is a wonderful feeling to know he is VERY WELL taken care of when he is not with me. This is a GREAT place for your child/ren!

Absolutely wonderful! My son (now 3) has been at this location since he was 10 months old and has grown and learned so much thanks to their amazing staff. He has made many friends, and is always eager to tell my husband and I about his day when he gets home. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

My child went here for about a month and a half maybe less for before and after care.. Ive overheard teachers in the afternoon talking horribly about other children and their parents parenting skills. I have also stopped taking my daughter there and put her in private care. I told them two weeks in advance I was pulling her out n so on her last day I was told I was gunna be charged for the upcoming two weeks... I told them so how come Im still having to pay?? This center needs to get itself together. This is the only center that goes to bear canyon for before and after care which is such a shame. Smh.

I don’t agree with the lower ratings. I have an infant and a two year old and have been trusting them to care for my kids for two years. I love the teachers and my kids love to go to school every day

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Apparently if theres inappropriate touching by another student , repeatedly, they will do absolutely nothing about it. Policies and procedures are old school.. hush hush sweep under the rug mentality. If you value the time someone spends with your child while you are away then run, run, run fast away from Kindercare!!!!!

I have two young children at Towncenter Kindercare and we have been very happy with their care and communication! Highly recommend!

Yesterday was the second time that my granddaughter came home with bite marks on her body and not one call to inform us of the incident. Someone has to be held accountable for this and at the least inform parents when their child goes through painful incidents etc.

Went in for a job interview, first off the right thing to do is give the person youre interviewing your undivided attention.... thats just respect. Lets just say they were more worried about getting my one year old signed up and normally who youre being interviewed by at the end has the decentcy to say thank you i will call you to let you know what weve decided. Note to self people like that is why its hard to get more employees. Took a walk around because i thought hey dont let it bother you, and the place just looks dirty and dumpy im not saying they dont clean thats just my opinion. For the price to add a child in isnt cheap for any single hard working mother i wouldnt pay it period which is why my daughter will never go there. All around just lack of respect makes me think twice about it all.

Couldnt be happier with TC Kindercare. My son started recently and it is always hard to change daycare, as a parent you want your child to make friends and love his teachers. Guess what? This is exactly what has happened. My son is doing so well, he looks forward to school, and he is learning and progressing so much. Kindercare isnt babysitting, they really work with the kids and engage them in learning. Very happy.

My daughter really enjoyed going to this location. All the staff was so friendly but the price was hard to swallow

Rude staff
