Worst place every most of the time is spent on some things that dont involve karate, they do it to charge you more. It is also overpriced 2000+ a year.

This is the place I look forward to going everyday am scheduled. Work can be a drag, but when I get there all my earthly worries fall away and I sleep the night blissfully! I wish I could go everyday! I enjoy my workout when I go there. I am pushed to become better but never to the point of injury. My instructor is knowledgeable and kind. My fellow classmates are great and fun to work with. I love going here as often as I can go. I got to break a board for my green tip the other day/night😊. It was an awesome experience. I love the amenities. I love the atmosphere. I love every single aspect of this place. Master Mike is the best! Respectful and welcoming! 💯

I took part in the 2018 summer program which was a great price! Two classes each week and I had never trained in martial arts before so all was new to me. The staff was phenomenal and eager to help and understanding whenever there was an issue. The instructors were full of knowledge and disciplined technique. I enjoyed my time there and would ultimately recommend to anyone who is interested in taking classes to give this place a shot if you want to commit to learning. I learned so much in just the summer program. The overall environment was great. Getting there after work, this helped me to unwind , get a little exercise on, learn some techniques, work on my discipline, and meet other people.

My son is 12 yrs old and is now going for his second degree blackbelt. All i can say this place is amazing for traditional weaponized Korean martial arts, fitness and the instructors are outstanding and they really take alot of care in teaching. This place is a gem in the Meyerland area. I highly recomend this dojo.

Weve had a very positive experience at meyerland martial arts. Have one in little dragons and the other is intermediate level. Good exercise, teaches discipline, good values and facilitates success.

My wife and I began training as novice adults in our thirties and I can honestly say that my experiences there were some of the most positive of my whole life. When our daughter was old enough, there was nowhere else we would have ever thought to send her. She is now a second degree black belt. Our family has been intimately familiar with MMAC for almost two decades. It does not matter the ability of the student, the instruction is properly tailored to meet the needs. I watch men and women over age 60 with arthritis conditions training very safely but having a fantastic time, thoroughly enjoying what they are learning...all the way down to the little dragons who are taught in a very different style appropriate for their age. Not only are the masters that own the school outstanding educators, communicators, and leaders, but they screen their other instructors very thoroughly to ensure that all students are receiving the highest quality experience. Thank you for all the lifelong fond memories we have made at MMAC.

We had my sons Lego Ninjago (yes, I had to look it up too) themed fifth birthday at Meyerland Martial Art Center January 2015. Eric and his crew made the day incredibly special for my son and his friends and not to mention, very easy on me. The facility was all set up when we arrived, balloons and signs included. Eric ran a 30-40 minute class with the kids, teaching them kicks and simple karate movements. We had about 20 kids at the party and Eric made it a point to address all of them by name during the class (no name tags either!). I was impressed, as I had admittedly still not learned them all. After the class, Eric coordinated a few games with the group (relay races and duck duck goose). The kids had a blast and the parents were cheering right along with them. My sons shining moment came towards the end of the activities when Eric taught him how to break a board with a swift punch. My son literally jumped up and down with excitement when he broke the board! We had a large room for lunch and cake, which comfortably housed the entire group of adults and kids. Having been at many a party where I stood squished in a corner, the facilitys space was a big selling point. The price is very reasonable for the facility and the efforts of the staff. We were extremely pleased with the experience!
