Firefly academy is a great place, my little girl loves her teachers and the school we been part of the firefly family for 5 yrs. They honestly love all their students and do all kinds of things activities and events for the family

My niece has been going to Firefly Academy since she was a very small child. The people there are very kind and loving to all of the children who attend their Academy. My niece has learned a lot from attending Firefly Academy, so I do recommend this Academy to all parents.

Highly recommended, my 2 year old is happy to attend and loves his teacher very much. I appreciate the patience and dedication of the teachers who are always involved.

I highly recommend this day care ! My two kids attend there 3 (up until she was 4) and an 8 year old . They absolutely love it and so do I ! Great job and hands down on the management and owner .

Today I found a poor little 1-1 1/2 year old on the parking lot close to a ditch and a busy street. My heart broke that they never knew the little girl was missing.

Being an early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience I knew what to look for when trying to to find a child care center for my son. Now almost two years later Im happy to say my son loves going to Firefly. Its like his second home. The staff at Firefly always work diligently to help my son with any issues that he may have and to inform my husband and I on whats going on at the school. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking a loving and educational environment for their child.

My daughter has been attending for the past 3yrs and she loves it... The director Roxanna and Mes. Alma are awesome with all the children.. very caring and loving. I would recommend Firefly to anyone and everyone in need of a quality daycare

Well what can I say about this place, its trash, Not a good place to bring your child, I only put 1 start, but honestly I wouldnt put any stars, this place smells bad as soon as you enter the center. The teachers they do their job theyre loving and caring, The owner of the day care is never there, she is never aware of anything and her excuse is that she has a director thats in charge or everything. I dropped my kid off and there was No one in the front desk. So if I were you I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

My little one been coming here since he was 1 hes 5 now. Yes, i know it kind of gets frustrating with kids. They handle Problems pretty well. They help my son with his homework which is Great!. My son doesnt have anything bad to say about the Teachers. Yes do recommend this Daycare for your little ones.

I would not recommend you use this daycare center. My daughter attended here until I had to say enough is enough. On many occasions, they left my daughter to sit in her dirty diaper. Her father, my father (her grandfather), and I brought our concerns up to the director and owner and they did apologize and used such terms of dropping the ball. I just could not take the fact of me having to come in the daycare center and immediately seeing her diaper full, cleaning her up myself to even feel comfortable to transport her home from the daycare center. The hygiene level here is very poor and your concerns will be taken very light and have a zero chance of being corrected. They also have too many young workers there that are just into themselves and not into the proper care of your child.

Totally love that my daughter loves her school! She has always been skidish around new people but they took the time to love her and allow her to get comfortable with them. The new curriculum is amazing. She comes home knowing more and more spanish every day. All I can say is that my daughter has blossomed at this school. No complaints what so ever!

There’s a lot of great and awesome things that I would like to say about the day care. My son has been going ther since he was like almost 2 since then he likes to see all the staff specially ms.alma and ms.roxan . I have recommended my 2 sister to the daycare . Will continue to bring my son here

The owner Roxana and director Dolores could care or less about children or parent concerns. I NEVER had issues until ownership changed. My baby had been there since he was 3m, when the change took place I took him out at 28m. Constant issues: my child came home with bite marks and no incident reports, bruises and scratches that no one was aware of, when I addressed it Dolores nor Roxana showed any concern. Dolores will lie and say you never brought anything to her attention and Roxana uses the sorry excuse that she isnt there all day, shouldnt you rely on your director to fill you in on whats going on in your absence? When I took my child out, Roxana offered that I was welcome to come back if I was not happy leaving, I could not be happier to have kept my baby where he has always been well taken care of. This place is the absolute worst, I do NOT recommend this place!!Only rated 1 star because I had to, not what you deserve!

My son loves going to daycare every morning and cries when he has to leave. The teachers and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The teachers are very friendly and truly care about the kids. Its clean and the kids look happy to be there
