I can’t say enough about how wonderful this center is for early childhood development. We’ve been at Brimhurst since my LO was 2yo, now 4yo and loving it. The Director, Martha, is a wonderful leader, incredibly loving & invested in every student. Support staff & Teachers are also exceptional. We love our Brimhurst family & will always be thankful to be a part of it.

Love love love Brimhurst KinderCare! My daughter loves her teachers and we adore them, too. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. Ms. Shima, Ms. Holly, and Ms. Maria have been our daughter’s teachers this year and we couldn’t have asked for more caring individuals to love and care for our baby. We feel so safe sending her to school each day. Ms. Martha, Ms. Irazema, and Ms. Lizette are all wonderful, also! Adore all of these amazing people for doing what they do to keep our little ones feeling loves and safe.

Out little one loves going here, and we love it too. The staff are super-friendly and we feel comfortable that shes well taken care of, happy and healthy.

Our experience at Brimhurst has been exceptional. My daughter adores her teachers (Ms Maria and Ms Marelia) and I feel very happy to leave her with such kind, professional people. She has developed a wonderful relationship with her teachers. There are interesting activities for the kids everyday, we get great updates through the app, and meals and snacks provided are nutritious and generous. She also gets outside lots to play which is important to us. My daughter loves going to the centre and she has benefited from being there. We are delighted with our experience. Management is excellent; efficient and friendly.

They are doing an incredible job protecting the kids during this time while keeping the parents in the loop as much as possible. We have been sending our son to Brimhurst Kinder Care since August and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, recognizes both my husband, my son, and myself. Even staff that my son has not had as a teacher know him by name. When I pick him up, he is always super happy and sad to leave his friends. The facilities are very clean and organized. Even throughout COVID, they have remained very responsive, diligent in cleaning, and flexible with the continual changes. We love the staff there, and are thankful to have our son at such a wonderful place!

We have been sending our children to Kindercare Brimhurst for several years and love the care they give our kids. Management and teachers are professional and caring. Our children have grown to love their teachers and talk about them often! We couldn’t ask for a better daycare.

Very, very happy here. This is one of the few centers that still have it under control after the last 7 months of chaos.

We have been going here for now 2 weeks and we have nothing but good things to say. Mrs. Martha and Mrs. I are wonderful. I never think twice about my daughter because we get updates all day long on the APP. Enrollment is very easy and smooth. They provide you with a tour and orientation which alot of places are not doing now because of COVID. Speaking of COVID, they only allow one parent in the drop off with masks and only one child at a time. The school age kids go in a different entrance so not to cross contaminate.If you are looking for the best care, i think you would love this place.

Brimhurst KinderCare is such an amazing place. Both of my boys thrived here. The Director (Ms. Tiffany Napoleon) is the reason I decided to bring my children here. She takes time with every parent and child to understand our needs and expectations. She makes you really feel like family and always has a positive attitude no matter the situation. Her love is genuine!! Her teaching experience is a major plus and she ensures the learning curriculum is fun and engages the children. Her staff also has great personalities. KinderCare grows their own vegetables too. The children help plant and water the garden...my boys really loved that. As a parent, finding the right care for your children can be overwhelming and scary...but TRUST ME...Brimhurst KinderCare is awesome!!! I was really sad when school started. We will surely be back on spring break, Christmas break and summer again. Thank you everyone at Brimhurst for the amazing experience!!

New management do a lot of improvements, including new teachers. Teachers are doing amazing job on everyday basis. Very patient and positive people with 100% effort towards our kids.

During the middle of COVID, Kindercare Brimhurst was the only childcare provider that I felt comfortable taking my children to. Ms. Martha and Ms.Irazema were amazing to work with, made sure my children were safe and were easy to communicate with. They are a wonderful team to work with and the staff is awesome with the children.

When I first enrolled my son it was great! He was in the A room with Ms. Maria and Ms. Paloma, they were just amazing along with Tiffany. Always on top of the game with the kids.When he was switched to infants B room everything went just horrible, teachers never paid attention to the kids, 2-3 times my mom went to check on my son and he was always crying and with boogers all over his face because they dont even clean their little noses, so he started to get sick to the point he had to stay at home for a few weeks. You expect better care for $300+ a week.When we try to go back we find out Tiffany and most of the original staff is gone!! Paloma was amazing and she isnt there anymore, was the only one who cared for my child as it was hers.Sent an email to see if my son´s spot was still available, no reply. But better off that way. I dont think no one is going to take care of my son the way Maria, Paloma and Tiffany did.

Brimhurst KinderCare is a great option for care. My two children have been enrolled for many years. We recently left KinderCare because our family needs have changed and my mother is able to pick my daughter up from school and help her with her homework. My son is at home with my mother as well. The thing we will miss most is the love and care we received from the staff. My children loved KinderCare. I did too. You can tell that the staff at Brimhurst love children and love their job.A T Clark

I usually don’t write a review but i’d like to make one for Kindercare Brimhurst! My 3yr old daughter started attending here since last year May and she loves coming to school.Martha is the director and her communication is super clear. Always responsive with prompt manner, i can have peace of mind specially under this Corona situation, i can totally trust her professional skills and rely on her. All the teachers are sweet and caring, Ms.Holly was my daughter’s teacher and she is always patient and caring :) and all other teachers are teaching and playing with kids, i can see their smiles all the time!! Very friendly :) they take/upload pictures to the app (so i know how my kid’s day is going on) which is very helpful.So if anyone is searching for a school, please check Kindercare Brimhurst :) your kid will love it :)

My two kiddos have been going to Brimhurst Kindercare for over a year and we have loved it the entire time.Communication from the director, and teachers, is excellent. The classrooms are always kept up and are inviting and clean. The activities that they prepare for the kids have always been engaging, and the kids love to tell us what they learned at school.Since reopening during Covid, the staff has been exceptional. The temperature checks at the door, small class sizes, and attention to cleaning and detail are excellent. I have never worried bringing my kids to KinderCare as I know they are in a safe and fun learning environment.

We are so happy with the kinder care. My daughter is going there since she is 6 months old. All the teachers are extremely good and the rooms are spacious for the kids to play. Director Miss Tiffany is very good. She takes very good care of my daughter , gives all the updates and empathizes our concerns.

I give Brimhurst five stars because they are amazing with children of all ages.... My daughter is 6 and my son is now 3 both has attended Brimhurst KinderCare and I love it....The staff is amazing....My son started at 18months he was potty trained before he turned 2 and now he know how to spell and identify his first and last name....my daughter is now attending school full time as a kindergarten but now her school is transitioning her into 1st grade all thanks to KinderCare....the best Early childhood development Center ever....

I currently have two my kids enrolled in the before and after care at this location. We have loved it. Breakfast is available for them before the bus takes them to school and upon Returning my boys are offered a after school snack, as well as starting up on their homework. Ms Shasta is very good in explain the work so that they understand. They also have projects the Kidd work on as a team. My boys have enjoyed it diluting the Summer monthes . once a week they have a splash day where water activities are offered . The field trips are very educational and fun , keeps the kids engaged in activity and friends.

As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessing to the staff at Brimhurst KinderCare every day, and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance my children receive. The teachers and director look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My children attend before school and after school and they love it.

Wonderful daycare with amazing staff.We have had our daughter here for almost three years and have had our son here for about six months. We have felt like a member of the family since day one, and have always felt that our kids are truly loved. I toured other facilities before choosing this one, and you could just tell that the focus is put on the kids at Brimhurst Kindercare. There is low staff turnover which is important, especially for the little ones. Center director has always be available and has been updating a slightly dated facility.My only complaint is that they lack technology for the repetitive tasks like daily activity sheets and check in/check out.

Tiffany and much of the original awesome staff is gone. Plus the food there is starting to be horrible. One would expect way better food when paying over $300 weekly for care.

My family just moved to Houston and we scheduled a tour and immediately fell in love with this facility! The staff is amazing the Director Tiffany is so hands on and her bubbly personality spills over throughout the team. She seems to really make sure that you are comfortable with the care they provide and they operate and deliver beyond my expectation. Ms Hussain, Ms Penny, Deja, and Jonathan just to name a few have really made my children’s first daycare experience an AMAZING one!!

My child has attended child care since she was six weeks old since I am a working mother. Hurricane Harvey flooding closed our center and left me wondering where and who was going to care for my daughter. KinderCare Brimhurst was our best option. They have their very own curriculum that is age appropriate for each age group. The children there seemed to love being able to learn through play.My child transitioned very well with the help of Ms. Holly S. She was very open to learn about my daughters previous schedule and center and did her very best to work with me on her transition. Thankfully they have an open door policy so I was able to check in on her when I wanted.

My daughter has been at KinderCare Brimhurst since she was 3 months old. Our experience has been nothing short of awesome! This location had to accommodate many families after Hurricane Harvey flooded another KinderCare location and hence had to deal with many adjustments staff-wise after the other center got reopened. However, things quickly got lined out and the consistency of the teachers for each class improved tremendously. The one thing that I love most is how accommodating and understanding the teachers and staff are to each of the parents/kids needs. They know everyone by name and are all SO very helpful to us parents. My daughter just turned 16 months old - she is growing and thriving thanks in large part due to the amazing teachers and management staff that they have at KinderCare Brimhurst!

We love this daycare, they are like family to us, there is no better place for our son.As a new mom it was really scary to leave our baby with somebody else but once we toured the center we felt in love with it. Everybody from the Director Tiffany to the staff, Mrs Irazema, Isabel, Maria, Emily, Paloma, Brianna, they are all top notch.You can see they joy in your kids face when he sees them, that is all you need to know he is not only being taken care of but loved. They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and informed about my kidss development. I called countless times when I knew he was feeling down and they made sure I know how he was doing and every time I got a informative and welcoming answer.Taking our son to Brimhurst KinderCare was the best decision we could take, I go to work everyday peacefully knowing he is learning and being loved.

After meeting the center directors and all of the staff, I felt confident in leaving my child at Brimhurst Kindercare. I can say that every teacher there treats every child as if they were one of their own. They love them and guide them in all that they do. I am especially happy with my sons teachers, Kya and Ms. Penny. They take everything with ease and allow the children to explore their curiosities. My son is growing to be a very sociable and confident child, which makes me feel proud to have found this daycare and the people who work in it.

I knew this was the place for my child as soon as I walked through the door! The warm welcome the staff gave us was truly heartfelt!!! I knew my precious gift would be safe, nurtured, and taught!!! He looks forward to going everyday 🙂

Brimhurst Kindercare is an amazing daycare my son started in the infant class at 7 weeks and ever since he started the customer service has been phenomenal and the teachers (Mrs. Maria, Mrs. Emily, Mrs. Paloma and Mrs. Rhianna) are so amazing and very loving, The director Mrs. Tiffany is awesome! She definitely meets our needs and expectation she makes you and your loved ones feel like family the i love the curriculum they do with the infants its very hands on. When we started kindercare my son was not on a schedule but within the first 2 weeks my son started on a schedule that worked with the school and home which i am sssooo greatful for thanks to the wonderful staff i want to give a huge thanks to Brimhurst kindercare for everything you do for my son!

I highly recommend Brimhurst Kindercare. My two kids (ages 10 and 7) have been going here for the last 7 years. The entire staff is wonderful, and many of the teachers have been there a long time. Holly, the Center Director and Shaadi, the Assistant Director, are exceptional and always go above and beyond to help out. They are always open to feedback, addressing any concerns in a satisfactory manner. I have complete confidence in them caring for my kids.

Worst center ever!! I just received a bill stating I owe fees and have not taken my child in over 4 months. I will be reaching out to DFPS & BBB. When my child was enrolled it was a complete disorganized place as the original teacher had to leave due to death in family. I went in one time and they couldnt find my son and I was terrified and he was outside. I was freaking out!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE. So many parents have pulled there kids out. Poor safety for the kids and they learn absolutely nothing!!!

I am so happy at this place, even when I was working I was able to keep breastfeeding him whenever I wanted to go and see him, the people there is great, they take good care of your child, every time I walk in it feels like family.

This place is horrible. I would have given it a negative rating if I could. Tried to destroy my credit by sending me to collection even though I did not owe them anything. Online payment is not accurate. Charging you incorrect amount over and over again. Center Director is horrible. Cheat, lie, and not do the job . Would not recommend anyone to come to this place.

I volunteered at this lovely establishment and I had an amazing experience. My time spent here with the little pre-schoolers and staff was just so much fun. We both played and learned! My niece truly enjoyed her time at Brinhurst Kindercare. She learned a lot so much, her academic, emotional, and social intelligence grew to my surprise. She would tell me stories of what she was learning when I would come to pick her up. She would express her excitement for the upcoming class events. Ms. Shadi, cared for my son as an infant and worked her way up to Assistant Director! The Director, Holly, is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The entire staff at Kindercare are like family to me. They have taken such great care of my baby, and Ive always had a peace of mind that my baby is in great hands. Hence, my son still attends Kindercare. Now Gage is in Ms. Maggies room. Ms. Maggie is so very loving towards Gage and all her students! I signed Gage up for Soccer Shots and the kids play every Friday. Gage and my experience with Kindercare has been only positive.
