If I could give zero stars, I would. My kids attended here for quite some time only because I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and of course it was affordable. These good reviews are probably all from employees and their family members because this daycare had been by the far the worst. I do not recommend to anyone. The employees there are just there for a check, and according to a few employees, they don’t get paid enough. They have a huge turnover. Everyone is always coming in and out and they do not care for the kids whatsoever. A new person bought out the business, they tried to change the name several times to bring customers in but it is all ran the same. If you want someone to do the bare minimum (if that) for your kid for a fair enough price then this is your spot.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’m not one to write reviews at all, but i need to say how uncomfortable i felt when I’d drop my son off at this daycare. They’ve told me “we love when parents call, it shows they care” but stopped answering ALL of my phone calls and never called me back. My son would cry all day while being there and I’m sure it’s because they didn’t comfort him and just let him cry. I’d pick him up with red puffy eyes. The last straw for me was asking why did they all of a sudden cover up the kids window and never got a response. They’re sketchy. You get what you pay for! My son absolutely loves his new daycare. He has always loved being around new people, but not at star kiddos. He has not cried once at his new daycare. That shows a lot. Me, my sons dad & my best friend all felt uncomfortable with my son being there. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our son has attended Star Kiddos for almost 2 years now and it has been a great experience. He’s so excited for the summer now that he’s old enough for field trips!Thank you to the staff and management for your hard work and love.

Our daughter fell in love on the tour and did not want to leave. Great value and clean location. Good mix of teachers and very welcoming environment. We feel safe leaving her in their hands, giving us peace of mind to go about our day. Thank you!

My grand kids have been going at this daycare since a year now and i can say that its the best daycare in the area (including price and care) New management has brought many good changes with in the curriculum and i can see my grand kids learning a lot in fun ways. Love all the staff over there. Its second home for my grand kids.

We’ve been here for 5 years & continue to be impressed. Our son is now 8 and misses being there all day. The staff is friendly and responsive and I love the projects he has brought home over the years.Definitely worth a tour to become part of the family.

Most of the staff there are very professional. The manager and this new lady are con artists. I would not have given them one star. Responsible parent, that was cute. Being a responsible parent is something that you can not take from any of the parents who drop their kids off at this place.So speaking openly, your policy states under Absences- Tuition is based upon ENROLLMENT. Make-up days and/or credit will not be given for absences (sick, holiday, etc.) Termination of ENROLLMENT- Without exception, a two weeks notice must be made of your childs withdrawal from Katy Kiddos. Two halves tuition has to be paid if Katy Kiddos has not been notify in time in order to dis-enroll your child. The issue here, my child was never ENROLLED he was a DROP OFF which is a big difference. If your owner was not a coward we could have this conversation without him having to hide behind his secretary who could not get her name right unless it was pinned to her shirt. So now these guys will TRY and hold my money without giving me a credit or even showing me in their policy where it states anywhere about any child that was not ENROLLED. So lets try to be a Responsible Daycare.

We love the new changes in the curriculum! My teenage daughter loves that her 2year old sister can count with her in Spanish :)Clean environment, affordable prices and a great mix of staff make us proud to be Star Kiddos :)We did our research and are glad we did!

We researched alot and found Star Kiddos the best childcare in the area with affordable prices, good curriculum- my child has learned a lot in past couple months. he comes home happy and full. He wants to go to daycare (eesscool) even on weekends lol. I wish they were open on weekends.

Great place, great staff! This is the first place my family and I have been treated with respect and caring. I am thankful to TKA for embracing our challenges and making my kids love learning. We always leave with a smile and a snack :)

My son has been going here for a few months now and we are very happy with this place. Everybody is nice and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Not only are my husband and I very happy with this place, but my son loves coming here.

I like this place and the staff is very friendly. However everytime I pick up or drop my child, they are ALWAYS watching television. I dont think that is appropriate for a learning academy. But the prices are very affordable and they are attentive to the parents and know your child by name.

This is the first daycare my daughter has attended and they have helped her adjust well. They seemed to have been going thru a little growth spurt at first and didnt seem to have steady teachers but they have overcome it well. The director really cares about the kids and always says good morning to each and everyone of them.

I was there at Cullen Park with my children at the splash pad. Texas Kids academy was there as an outing or fieldtrip for the day. The whole time I was there the teachers were very unattentive to the children. The children were running and throwing mud and spitting water at each other. My friend and I had to correct the children several times when that is the teachers job not ours!! The teachers should have been on the side supervising the children instead of sitting far away under the gazebo talking & on their phones.

This is my daughters first and only child care center. She started going her at 6 wks old and i was soo worried about how she would adjust. She is not a little over a year and a half and she loves it. I like the teachers and the owners are wonderful. They do seem to change out teachers often, but they really care about the kids. She loves going to daycare. I never have a problem with leaving her with them; she seems to be very comfortable. Im soo happy i found this place.

Beware do not leave your kids in this place ! The teachers do not pay attention.The kids there are out of control the teachers dont know how to control them. As soon as you walk in smells like baby diapers, looks dirty, my son got lice twice because of the day care they dont pay attention to kids that scratch a lot. The kids fight with each other too much. If I could I wish I could give the 0 stars. And you cannot bring your childs own blanket my son kept complaining the blankets are small and was still cold.
