I was really hesitant on where to place my young son but Sproutstart has been the absolute best school. He’s 2 years old and Ms Bessy is a wonderful teacher. The kids do educational activities and have crafts that come home almost every day. They keep the kids busy and minds engaged. My son has loved being in Ms Bessy’s classroom and talks about her and his classmates when away from school. He’s excited every morning to attend and I love that the teachers use gentle words and redirection for discipline. This is the best place.Note! The school is not affiliated with the church they’re in. They just rent the space. They do a Christian based curriculum and tell them about God. My son came home singing cute Sunday school songs. They have a great relationship with the kids, and encourage them to love one another and treat each person with kindness and respect. We truly are so blessed to have found SproutStart and would recommend them to any family or friend. I’m a single mom and I cannot say how important it was for me to find a safe haven for him while I worked. This was it for us and I hope you will give them a shot. They’ve exceeded every expectation I had.

My son has been attending SproutStart for a year now- he is 15 months old and started at 3 months old. We love SproutStart! The facility is always clean and the teachers are always friendly and warm.I have not had any issues with any of the teachers around my son and he truly does love them, which makes it so much easier for us as first time parents to leave him in the care of someone else all day. Any adjustments Ive had to his schedule, etc. Ive addressed with them and theyve made the corrective actions on their part no problem. They are very communicative through the app where you can see the daily updates, pictures, videos of the child. They have come to me with concerns theyve noticed as hes grown and Ive always appreciated their commitment to keeping him safe and happy. I love that they dont suppress his feelings, but rather let him know its ok to have emotions and guide him through the big feelings hes having until hes ready to move on to the next activity.I would definitely recommend SproutStart to other parents needing childcare.

The experience with the staff at this daycare was great and my son clearly loved his teachers in the infant room. I still have the sheets that were provided at the end of each day stating how much they had to eat and when, and most importantly what activities they had done during the day: I was using the information to practice at home (especially the songs).I loved that they would give us pictures and art that I could keep or send to the family. It is rather small but works well for the number of students.Such a shame that we moved too far to keep him enrolled in this daycare.

We are so thankful that our neighbors referred us to Sproutstart. Our sweet baby girl is 4 months and we are so impressed by the level of quality care our daughter receives. She is adored and truly loved. We highly recommend this academy. Were trying to convenience them to open another in Katy!

We are extremely disappointed with this facility and found then untrustworthy. They appeared to be friendly and professional at the tour and interview but they kept failing to meet the commitment to provide basic care for the children.1. They do not actively feed the baby. It appears they make one attempt at the feeding time if the baby is fuzzy, they stop to try. We found our child constantly going back home with most of lunch and snacks leftover.2. The facility lacks of basic equipment for kids to develop motor skids and allows babies to play around doors or cabinets unsafe areas. My baby kept getting incident and they said “accident can happen all the time to all the babies”3. The first week our baby went to this facility, she came back home with two bruise on her head. One being unexplained. And also got hands feed mouth diseases with visible blisters but the school claimed they didnt see anything.4. The onboarding process is awful. Theres no communication prior to strat date about which class to start, what do we need to bring or even how to access the building. We made several attempts prior to the start date but could not get anyones attention5. They insist the child needs to stay at home for 3 days once sent home for ANY health conditions and will NOT take dr.s note for them to return.

Words can not describe how we feel about Spoutstart. We have enjoyed our entire experience and are thankful for all our daughter has learned and the friendships she has made. The teachers and staff really do care about the children at Sproutstart and that is visibly evident. Your activities, curriculum, and behavior modeling techniques are amazing. I sincerely hope this is not the last summer she spends at Sproutstart and as excited as I am for our little one to move on and continue to learn and grow with new experiences and friends, I am so sad to see her leave. Thank you once again for our amazing time at Sproutstart. Our family wishes your business the best in success and growth, so that wonderful things can continue to happen.

My son attended this academy for a few months and our experience was poor overall. I will point out the positive aspects of my familys experience first. The facility itself is clean. In fact the cleanliness and small class sizes is what we initially liked about the school. That said, the lack of staff control in the morning is alarming, the inability for staff to follow the simple instructions pertaining to feeding time, and the fact that I found chewed up chewing gum in my sons car seat(im allergic so my wife nor I have gum in our home) upon picking him up from school was the final straw for our family.Regarding the lack of staff control in the morning. On several instances when my wife dropped our infant son off in the morning prior to work, the student to instructor( not enough teachers were there yet in either instance) was high and she struggled with controlling the students. In one instance another parent had to stop a child(not hers) from running out the door. When we informed the owner, her response was thank god that parent was there. Oh and there was an attempt by the director via letter sent home to acknowledge the chaos in the morning and that the school would work to remedy it going further. After addressing several times the miscommunication with feeding times in the infant classroom, the staff did create a daily checklist for parents to complete and staff to keep a copy of. We were excited because it initially appeared as if our concerns would be addressed with a tracking tool, even though it required us writing out daily specific instructions. So you can imagine our frustration when my wife had to repeatedly inform the staff that they werent following the instructions. (e.g. We provided a plastic bib for feeding times, yet repeatedly the bib wasnt used-we were told that they would work to improve this). But of all things, the final straw for us was the chewing gum I found in my infants car seat when picking my son up for the day. Being that Im allergic to gum, I initially was mortified upon realizing that fully chewed chewing gum was in my sons car seat. I immediately notified his teacher, who informed me that though she was chewing gum, she didnt drop any chewed gum in his car seat. I found that odd because I was merely making her aware of what I discovered, and relieved that my son, who I was holding at the time, wasnt yet placed in the car seat to find the gum and put it in his mouth. After gathering my child and leaving, I sent an email to the owner, well at least the owner, who I later found is one of many owners. This owner promptly called me and apologized and asked what solution did I have in mind and assured me that it was an accident and had to have belonged to a parent who also placed their childs car seat in the same area, or a child accompanying a parent, or Im sure you get the never ending drift. She assured me it couldnt have been one of her staff because due to the rules of the church whos space they rent, no staff is allowed to chew gum. I listened and then informed her of the comment my childs instructor made pertaining to chewing gum and it wasnt her, to which the owner mumbled and then reverted to explaining how it wasnt intentional.Intentional or not, this school, which also never teaches the spanish or sign language, or other programs they list when you sign up lacks on control and accountability. Youll get a lot of follow up via email, and pseudo professionalism about how theyre there to help you. But there wont be any consistency, follow up or accountability.Stay far away...
