8:30 & they had the door closed and the employee said through the door they were close?! I understand if they clise 15 prior to close time but seriously people!? They suppose to close at 9pm as advertised! If not change yalls time to 8:30!! Not waste my time!

Please help this poor manager.... She is so friendly. And she works so hard. But, her store needs more organization. And, more crafting fall decorations. This manager knows her store and her product with a great personality. She just needs help from corporate or better employees. God bless her.

New management really shows!! The staff is clearly working hard to turn this store around. The place was always a mess, nothing was ever stocked properly, and there was a literal hole in the ceiling at one point.You could usually find the essentials, but had to accept that this location was a victim of the neighborhood.However! The new staff and manager are always super friendly and welcoming. The manager makes time to chat with every customer in the building and went out of her way to make product recommendations. Not to sound pessimistic, but I am simply not accustomed to this level of outstanding service from this location.I really like it and I hope that the staff and manager dont go unappreciated. Please be nice to these young ladies, they are clearly trying so hard in such a tough neighborhood. 💙💙💙💙💙

They ladys at the morning shift had made graduation balloon bundles. They were very helpful on making them and helping us out to get what we need for a party. The ladys did a great job going out there way to help. Thanks ladys 5/22/20 around 9:30am

Great place to shop for plastic eggs for easter

They are alright some times this one for sure because of what they have to deal with.

Everytime I stop by here, the store is always a mess. I put the blame mostly on other customers who dont care and throw stuff back or those who cant be bothered to control their kids. Wish they had more staff to be able to keep up with the amount of traffic this place gets. Cashiers are usually friendly, although this last time it took forever to get checked out. Unsure what the hell was wrong with the cashier, they didnt respond to any questions from others in line and scanned things extremely slowly. Needless to say, I wont be coming back to this place.

This is a nice store for building wise but it is not organized or stocked properly.

As far as Food items, to be honest I cant trust their healthiness and quality. But their prices sometimes beats other store. I am a frequent shopper of small everyday items now and then! Looks like they need help with staffing!

A lot of people shop at this location so inventory sometimes cant keep up with demand. Its best to learn or ask when theyll have fresh inventory because items literally fly off the shelves here! No sanitizer via COVID-19 here, but must wear a mask upon entry.

This Dollartree is consistantly understaffed and does not know how to serve the customers waiting in line for a long time simply because a customer who wants to get balloons cant seem to make up their mind which ones they want.I really wished the cashier would tell these customers to take their time and choose which ones they want...and to inform the cashier on duty when they are ready to receive them while they go and ring up the waiting customers.It would be nice to have this store have more than just one employee running the cash register so they can serve the customer and the customer can go their own way.

After patiently waiting over 15 minutes in line and understanding its the holidays therefore it being busy, as soon as I got closer to checkout behind a young lady also patiently waiting. The sir at the register who has long hair and glasses without saying anything turned off his light without explaining if he will be back and after 5 minutes a lady behind me asked another employee if he was coming back which she said he was confusingly. Okay, so the man came back and directed everyone to move to line 2, which the lady at that register already had a long line of her own, at that point I left 30 plus dollars worth of purchase as It was no longer worth my time to wait even longer especially since I was with my toddler. This store is in need of a greater authority to put this store back in place. Not only is this place disorganized which I overlooked because Ive purchased here before but the employees need major help communicating with paying customers and better organization skills within themselves. I will not be returning to this store.

Dollar Tree #3998 has very chaotic shelves; the entire store looks like a collection of rummage bins. And who sells a stapler but doesnt sell the staples!?!? This location could use the help of a professional stock manager.

Have been shopping there a lot lately, all the employees are so friendly!! and every time I am in the store I experienced the Manager I think her name is Iris, Always check n on the cashiers for help and breaks. She several times came up to take customers so they could get a break or go home.This caught my attention because she is always busy putting items out herself but stops to ck on them.Yes I am in there for long periods of time shopping! lolThe you tube DIY for Dollar Tree is addictive!!

The reason why I say that is because nobody was there to open up the door for me because I am in a wheelchair. Second of all when I was going to leave I asked the lady that works there to help open up the door for me she said okay but automatically she turned around and gave me a rude remark and I did not like the way she treated me because it was very rude and childish.

Store 4428, I am from out of state and the cashier that attended me was super rude, I told her why are you throwing my stuff and she said I am not throwing your stuff and I wont apologize for throwing it either, so she admit it. How rude and ghetto can that girl be and not customer friendly should look for a different job and deal with animals not people

I visited this store over a year ago and the place was totally disorganized. In search of some permanent markers, I decided to stop in and see if it had improved. It hasnt!I have written almost 250 reviews and have given only a couple of one 🌟 reviews. I really dont see how this location stays in business.On several aisles it looks like the merchandise was just thrown on the shelf. New management is desperately needed here.

That store is a mess! There was only one girl working and she was doing her best to just be a cashier. She was lovely. I honestly felt bad for her. The store is in need of some help for sure.

This is the nastiest Dollar Tree Ive ever visited. Nothing in this store is in order, stuff just all over the place, even on the floor. I will not be visiting this location EVER again.

Not my favorite dollar tree experience. There were three people that I saw working but none of them were cleaning or organizing any of the shelves. It looked like a disaster area all around the store.

If I could give less Stars I would dont go its ghetto its crazy the manager fights with people and she just stands there while theres a long line instead of taking care of the customers because the cashier was blowing up balloons she started fighting with customers we didnt get to check out we just left the day after and a lot of other people did too it was a mess its so unfortunate this shopping center has every store you can imagine but it is so ghetto and its so crazy so dont go! I USED TO BE EMPLOYED AT THIS VERY LOCATION IN 2010 AND IT WAS A DURTY STORE THEN. I QUIT BECAUSE OF THAT VERY REASON AND NO OTHER STORE WOULD GIVE ME A CHANCE BECAUSE OF THAT LOCATION. I WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. THAT LOCATION REALLY NEEDS A MAKE OVER STARTING WITH THE EMPLOYEES!!!!!

Dirty and unorganized

Got some weenies from here my 2 year old son and his dad ate them same night my baby threw up white foam a handful of time by the time we got to the E.R he was throwing up yellow stuff and then my husband atarted throwing up aswell cant even feed my baby hole foods right now do not buy atuff from here they mishandle products n sell expired food

I found what I need but its a mess a lot of things in the floor. Its nothing like the one at Aldine mail and Aldine Westfield.

There are not enough checkout lines.There is usually 1 checkout line open and like 5 or 10 people at least in 1 line.There are always at least 2 other people working there at the same time that could be opening up another checkout line or 2 but they just stand around in the front corner of the store near the checkout lines looking like theyre doing nothing.Youre paid to do your job not stand around in the corner not doing anything.Not okay.The work ethic and incompetency level of some of the people working in these ghetto neighborhoods in horrible!How are any of these people even allowed to get jobs if they act like this at work?So unprofessional!
