Great experience shopping here. Tons of parking, relaxing atmosphere, affordable reasonable pricing, friendly staff, tons of Selection, and a nice all-around experience. I would highly recommend this for any office, schooling, or similar needs! Great place to shop.

Great location and has ample parking space. They have all the basic stuff easily available. The scanning machine tends to be very slow though. However, employees are very helpful and ready to assist if required.

I appreciate being able to go to a store vs online to look at things in person. But if I get bad customer service, I sometimes walk out without buying and just buy it online. But today, I bought in store because of my excellent experience with the staff. Upon entering, I asked where the planners were. Someone WALKED me to them. Then while looking, I couldnt find what I was wanting and ALEXANDER dropped what he was doing to help me search. I felt like I had a personal shopper! My request was unique and Alexander LISTENED to my unique needs and he helped me search, and we found the perfect one!! He even asked if there was anything else I needed after spending like 10 minutes helping me, whereas many people in customer service may not have put in as much effort and just focused on stocking the shelves. No point in stocking if you dont have customers buying, so he gets the idea!! Then Bryan was awesome and so helpful at checkout and price matched the online price for me. It was a great experience! The stores outside appearance is kinda old looking but I would come back to this location because of the people. The people make the difference and theres a large selection of things in stock. Thanks for a great experience, it makes a difference!! :)

Very unprofessional. Had been waiting 15 minutes prior just to get told some services weren’t available. The employee I dealt with was very rude and not helpful at all, sadly I didn’t catch his name but some red head boy. Very rude.

I came in to the store to purchase the laser jet ink. I had the paper in my hand that described what I needed to make my purchase simple. however I stopped paused and decided to ask the employee/ cashier for the assistance. I was then handled, I expressed my discontent and they seemed to say that I came in waving the piece of paper no it was in my hand. they seemed to try to profile me as an angry black woman ...the manager shared with me that in order to speak with an employee/cashier I had to stand in the line I just was pointing out that there was no one in the line and I felt that I could ask the question...SMH

I have to recommend an excellent guy in the business department: Son.I was in a hurry, and needed 2 big maps to be printed. I called first, he answered and reassured me hes there to help me.He then waited for me, with all the materials printed in high quality as asked.People like Son, make our world better👏

I’m a little divided on this one. As far as this corporate branch goes, they’ve got one of the best inventories I have seen. So good for them! But the customer service was pretty lacking. One of the employees let me know that he was busy and that I would be waiting for a while. Well, I didn’t wait. I found what I needed myself, although it took a while. The line moved pretty slowly. Perhaps worst of all, the print station was really not that helpful either, which in all my times of using Office Depot print stations was a first. I waited and waited, only to hear that what I was trying to do was not possible at their location. While I waited, I watched others receive the same answer for their requests.

I came to get some business card and it was a Simple information but yet the lady that was working in the copy section said she wasn’t able to help in the store. She said I had to go online to design my own business card and that she wasn’t able to help me . But yet I have done it because in the store . And other coworker said I had to go to another Office Depot and see they would help me . Like who does that . Never coming again to this location

Staff in this location is well trained and professional. Nicely introduced me diff computers and softwares. If they have out of stock items, they looked up availability at diff Office Depot locations for me. It’s worth it for me to drive longer distance here than the one across the street from me.

I ordered a desk chair online and requested the free assembly and a text when ready for pickup. Within an hour I received a text saying your item is ready.Although I actually went to the wrong store, I was still given prompt attention and excellent customer service. Sam gave me the store information where my item was ready for pickup. He answered all my inquiries about the chair and other items of interest.His level of professionalism and helpfulness was quite refreshing. I left and went to the other store where I thought my item was waiting for pickup, only to find that it was not assembled. I was very frustrated because I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and want not sure if I could make the bolts tight enough. I called Sam as soon as I arrived home to explain my situation. He told me to bring the chair back the next day and he would get one built for me. This may not be a big deal to others, but I just appreciate good customer service. Thank you, Sam!!

BOUGHT THE BLACK INK FROM MICRO CENTER AND NEEDED AS WELL THE 3 PACK COLOR WHICH THEY DONT HAVE.PROCEEDED TO OFFICE DEPOT AND PROCURED IT ON THE 4TH OF JULY, INSTALLED IT IN MY PRINTER, PRINTED 5 PAGES OF COLORED REPORT. RETURNED OVER THE WEEKEND AND THE COLORED INK FROM OFFICE DEPOT WAS ALL GONE, WHILE THE BLACK INK BOUGHT FROM MICRO CENTER REMAINED INTACT.RETURNED TO THE STORE, TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER, WAS TOLD TO CONTACT BROTHER. I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT HAD TO AT THIS POINT TO PROTECT OTHER BUYERS OF BROTHER PRINTERS INK FROM OFFICE DEPOT, THEY SELL FAKE INK. We want to give a shout out to SAM at this store location. We had a very positive experience when he helped us decide to purchase a stand up desk. He helped us get the facts and was really amazing and helpful. When we had trouble fitting the dest into the car he took the time to see that we successfully were able to drive away with our new desk!

My experience here with the printing service department was absolutely unacceptable. It took 15 min for the employee to come to the counter to help, then was of no use once there. He sent me to the self-serve machines, none of which worked. Once it was all said and done, it took me over an hour to print 20 pages of documents.

This place is always out of material.The advertising says that if you request a work to be done the same day, the order has to be placed before 2:00.There is no material for a banner, they dont call you to inform about the situation and tools (guillotine) are out of service to completed the job.The only good thing about it is the friendly service of the store manager.

Don’t. Just don’t. Waited an hour to have a service for my work materials. After waiting for an hour and multiple customers coming in to print or check out, I had enough. They’re so incompetent. Managers or whoever is on the radio just speak on the radio 24/7 so NO WONDER they don’t get any work done, sounds like drama. Unbelievable. I’d rather drive an extra 15min than to never experience this nightmare of customer service.

Absolutely excellent customer service from various team members this morning (8/14/19). They helped me find everything I needed (sale items such as notebook paper and highlighters, etc), loaded up my basket, and later assisted in a difficult request regarding a return.

Talked to them about a print job and was given email to send everything over. Not until calling multiple times the next day was I told my email had been received, but the job had to be done in person at the counter with a credit card and then maybe it would get done in 24-48 hours... Somehow in other cities this isnt a problem.

If there is 0 star, I will choose it. Office Depot sucks!I bought a L-shape table about 1 month ago and kept it in the box for twenty days. Recently I want to assemble it but found that there was one small but important part was missing. So I came back to the store I bought it, they did nothing useful but only left me with a Go to contact the manufacture. Rude customer service and stuffs. I suggest every one dont go to this place! It really sucks!

I called in advance looking for a specific office chair. Gave product number, and was told that it was in stock. When I get there, approximately a half hour later, Im told the display chair is all thats available. Its pretty scuffed up, so they knock off 10% (probably should have been more). After I pay for it, Im told I cant have an allen wrench to disassemble the thing to put it in my car. And those come with the chairs! Im told they dont have one anywhere in the store. So, after driving there for that chair, but having no way to fit it in my trunk, I have to return it. The staff, meanwhile, is completely unhelpful, disinterested, and generally confused. The manager eventually came down to tell me that they have no tools anywhere in the store. wow.

I placed an order online to be picked up in store because this Office Depot is relatively close. I waited at the pickup counter for a good 5 minutes, while there was no one else in line, without so much as a glance by the employee. After an ordeal trying to find my order, I get home only to know the box had already been opened and the product was damaged.Shame on you Office Depot for putting forth such lackluster customer service and selling a damaged product on top of that. Like others have said, I will go out of my way to avoid this store and gladly pay the $10 more at Bestbuy.

Check your prices before checking out!!! Just left there after voiding the order. Went in for a small box of cheap #10 envelopes and 1 pack of 150 avery labels. Total rang up to almost $100. Thats 3x what was on the shelf tags and when we questioned it all we got was i dont set the prices. I wonder how many others have gotten scammed. Beware!

Went there 12/5/17 to pick up one specific thing. Before I was in there a minute, an employee asked me what I was looking for. I told him, he took me right to the area where it was located. I picked the one I wanted, headed to the checkout when another item caught my eye and I stopped to look at it. Again, within a minute, another employee came over and asked if I needed help, told him I was just browsing. Went to checkout, two employees on duty both serving customers, with two waiting in line.Took about 4 minutes to get to a register, where the employee was friendly. My experience was certainly quite the opposite of the many people complaining.
