I purchased 6 shorts for my boys, rounding up a total of $97.36. The boys had tried the shorts on and they fit good. I had no intention of returning the shorts. Due to COVID I washed all the 6 shorts. To my dismay THEY SHRUNK! I wanted to exchange the shorts,, even if it was atleast 3 pair. The lady at the register called Paul (the owner) and were giggling about my situation, claiming that I was fighting. I am out almost $100! Paul made his money! This isnt like all the other years, we are in a pandemic. Of course Im going to wash the clothes. If I would have known that the shorts were going to shrink, I would not have made the purchase. I will be taking my business somewhere else. And Paul, believe in the law of karma sir.

I liked coming to this store to get my scrubs. They are really affordable and good quality. The store itself was very organized and it was easy for me to find what I was looking for. Love that they have a lot of different colors on the scrubs

The embroidery services offered here are a joke. I dropped off items almost a month ago. I was told that they would be back in 2 weeks. I called after 3 weeks and no one knew what I was talking about. I came in today to try and get clarification on when I should expect my stuff back. The clerks could not give me any information. Apparently only the manager can pick things up or give any information on embroidery orders, and they are out of the country. I asked for the managers name so that I could file a complaint and they told me they are not allowed to give that information out. I was a dedicated customer but as of late the customer service is lacking and the debit card machine hardly ever works. Once I get my items back I will never give them any of my money again.

I will never buy from this store again! They dont refund if you dont like the clothes. You have to exchange or get store credit. However, their online policy is different. You can get a refund. I called the store to ask and the person who answered said it was not true. It clearly states you can get a refund.

The worst uniform store ever ! I purchased shirts to go under my scrubs and didnt realize the no return policy , I then went back to the store to see if I could exchange and they dont even carry the size I needed and was looking for. Spoke to the manager Lori about my dilemma and she was non shalant about helping me ! ! Will NEVER shop at this off brand store again! Better off paying more for better quality! Dont even waste your time there. !

I was also pleased with this store having a dressing area i thought that was a A+. Being that my kiddos are diffrent sized with almost every fabric out there!. So thanks for that.
