I am a new student entering the Medical Assistant (MA) program and I have just completed my first module. My instructor was Dr. Pasha, whom I enjoyed, lovely person all around. As someone whos coming from a university studying business Finance, I would never have thought I would enjoy the medical field as much as I do. Dr. Pasha is a hands on teacher and will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable as well as learning, not just passing to get by. I am looking forward to MOD 2. I initially started at CHCP in December. I started classes online thinking it would be easier, but it didnt really work for me. Recently I decided to switch to in person learning. WOW! The experience is 100% better. Dr. George is by far the best instructor I have had in a really long time. He is very knowledgeable and the course material is thoroughly explained. He has definitely made learning fun. I appreciate all his time, effort, and patience he puts into teaching his students. Thank you Dr. George for being an outstanding Instructor.

Dr.George was the best instructor ive ever had LET ME TELL YOU! i have never enjoyed school and never made above a B plus but after taking my first module with him i past all my first 3 classes with a perfect score of 100. His teaching style is amazing, he makes you feel like youre not alone, and he loves when u ask questions so if youre like me and hate asking questions he makes it so much easier its awesome. Amazing is the word here, with the abundance of information that is given in a short time, words can only describe that Dr. George is the person for this. With his skills and education, takes a great person to be able to get all the information across in a matter that we can understand. Dr. George was a lot of fun and a great teacher. He is helpful and there if you need extra time on assignments. I really enjoyed the 4 weeks with him but was nervous about starting but as long as you pay attention and use your resources youll be fine.

My Instructor, Dr. George was very professional. His teaching manners is very good and was very helpful and great at explaining the material. I started CHCP in august and so far i love it!! I got Dr. Pasha as my professor and she is the best, she’s easy to access when you have questions about any assignments. Her lectures are easy to understand and if you don’t understand something she’ll make sure you do.

My experience at CHCP was amazing. Everything that was taught by Dr. GEORGE was on point. He is a great instructor, listener, go backer if dont understand. If you need help he will help you if you ask.Sometimes you wont have to ask he can just see the look on your face in be like let me go back over, And make sure everybody got it. Out of all the colleges I’ve visited I’m glad I chose CHCP! I’ve completed my first 4 weeks and Dr. George was an amazing instructor. He makes sure you understand what he’s talking about and he will answer any questions you have. He is patient and makes learning fun! Other instructors look very energized and always have a smile on their faces and all have had positive attitudes since I’ve been there. Front desk ladies are very welcoming and greet everyone with a good morning which is nice. I believe it’s always good to walk into a positive environment. So I appreciate it. I’m excited to continue with the program I chose and can’t wait to see what I’ll be learning next.

I attended this campus for my medical assistant back in 2013 and it was great! staff was reliable, very knowledgeable and educators really went above and beyond for their students, however this year I decided to look into their sonography program and the experience has unfortunately been all negative, advisors don’t seem to care , give you the run around, say they will contact you back and never hear from them and when you do they’re to busy shopping at Burlington, as the advisor stated himself! Missed my deadline for the second time this year because the advisor failed to contact me with the information needed, I was really looking forward to seeing what this campus and program had to offer but seeing how poorly they are handling things makes me reconsider attending this place again!

Dr. George was my first instructor starting here at CHCP, and he made my very first experience here the best. His teaching ways and hilarious jokes are two things I will never forget. The school is pretty cool overall, everyone is very helpful. I cant wait to attend my other classes.

MOD 1 could not have went any better! Dr.Pasha was awesome, she was very helpful and patient. I loved having her as an instructor and i am so sad that we could not have her for the rest of the MODs.

CHCP is a good school to start your MA, even with absolutely no background and kids. Ms.Sanders made starting very easy and Dr. George has been the best teacher. he breaks everything down and is very patient. I look forward to meeting the other teachers here on my journey.

I absolutely recommend this school . Dr George is phenomenal!!! I wish he taught all my classes . The other teachers are great as well . I just have a hard time adapting to new things once I’m use to someone. The school is clean and teachers make sure you learn . My son recently graduated and completed the surgical tech program all before turning 21. The owner and teachers assisted my son with rescheduling his retest. Hopefully when he passes they will assist as promised with job placement. So I will definitely update this review once the entire process is completed.

I was apprehensive at first with going back to school, however now Im comfortable and confident. Dr George is so helpful, he helps in every way making sure you get whats going on.

Dr. George is a great instructor, hes extremely patient and thorough. CHCP is a great institution. If you do the readings and keep up with assignments, youll definitely do well. Ive never made less than a 95 on any assignment, even tests, and Im a poor test taker. Studying is easy because most notes you take in class reinforce what you do for the reading, and the quizzes help prepare you for the tests.

I have been attending this Trade School for 4 weeks now and I must say it has been an extraordinary experience. My first day here I was introduced to Dr. George as our module 1 instructor and let me tell you he is one of the BEST teachers I have ever had in my 24 years of life. He instills a level of confidence in his students that pushes us to go harder everyday. Im disappointed I wont have him as an instructor throughout the entire program but he has assured us we are in good hands!Will update on Module 2.

I am so thankful for CHCP. Because of this school I was able to get into the career I wanted to be in, and reach my educational goals. Not only did CHCP provide me with a quality education, they provided me with practical training that I could apply with the duties and task I have as radiologic technologist. The entire faculty and staff provide assistance in so many ways and they really do their best to take care of you as a student, and I personally recommend this school and their programs if you are looking to get into a career in the medical field!!!

I am in MOD 1 and I enjoy the learning environment. If we need help Dr. George helps the entire class understand. Dr. George gives us real life examples so that we have a better understanding. It doesnt matter if its about OSHA, HIPAA or Anatomy. In the beginning I was unsure of myself, if I could really do this, with having to learn all this vocabulary and locations/functions of the body but Dr. George found ways for us to remember and have success. MOD 2 here I come.

I have been attending CHCP for about a month now. Just finished MOD 1 in the Medical Assistant program. Dr.George as my MOD1 instructor definitely made the transition to start school again, after so many years of completing highschool, very easy and made us feel very confident since day 1. He is very supportive and always available to help with any questions I had. He is hilarious! Has a very genuine and caring soul, makes everyone feel at home in the classroom. I wish he could be my instructor for the whole course!! Will definitely miss being in his classroom!

I have been attending this college for almost a month for Medical Assistant, and Dr. George has been one of the greatest instructor I have ever met. I entered CHCP online with the online division in 2016-2020 where I earned my Associates & Bachelors degree. Working with Manuel Arreola from career services has been a blast since we started. He’s super friendly, great communicator, & is always there for you even after you’ve been placed within your career. CHCP is an overall great place to attend and have people who are always there to help you from start to finish!

Began attending CHCP a few months back. Just completed Mod 5 for my MA program with Dr. Terrance George and he was honestly the best! He made learning fun and made things a little competitive. He lets us know that being curious and asking questions is a great thing. He gives the class great stucture. Hes such a wonderful professor/teacher and doctor. CHCP is beyond blessed to have Dr. George teach at this campus.

When I first enter into the program I was promised that I would have a job that benefit into Medical Assistant by the end of the program along with externship. Ive already graduated from the program last year in May 2020 and yet I havent had any luck into finding a job as an Medical Assistant. I had many interviews that my recruiter have set up for me ,but even then Ive not gotten any call back to hiring. Since then my recruiter have not kept in touch with me about more job interview which led me to job search and set up interviews on my own. Its about to be 1year since i graduated from the program and my MA license is about to be expired nexts month which means Ill have to retake my MA test in order to renew my MA license. For a program that I had to financed $22,000, how will I be able to pay off this loan if I am not working. Overall the school is great with front desk work position ,but hands of training such as blood work, injections, surgical preparations the school could have done a better job with focusing more on hands on training work than computer work. Communication is also a big issues with the school because it will take weeks to maybe a month to get a response back. For a program that cost so much there isnt much benefit after the student graduates.

Dr. George is a wonderful teacher and he do not mind responding back to your questions in a timely manner.

I am in Mod 5 Dr.George is amazing , he cares about us and wants us to learn . The knowledge he teaches us will definitely help us long term and in life. He always encourage us to do more and advance in the medical field, I am sure that I would not be as happy if it was not for taking his calls. I attended CHCP in the 2019-2020 in the Medical Office Specialist program and boy was it a challenge with Covid-19 and everything else. I hung in there and completed the program , but wondered if I would receive a job in my field coming straight out of school, I wondered who would give me a chance. Thanks to Judy Pitts I’m now employed at Cy-Fair Cardiovascular Center. I have been employed almost 3 weeks and I have used every skill I learned during my program such as vitals, checking patients in and out, insurance verification, scheduling, billing, and even something I had no training in such as EkG’s and Treadmill Stress Test. Since I have started working I feel like I truly accomplished something and followed through. I am grateful for the opportunity and I hope it leads to bigger and better things. I thank all of you at CHCP for everything.

I’m in the MA program here and I have to say this experience is amazing. The teachers take time to make sure you understand the material. Dr. Pasha was an amazing instructor. Im studying to be a Medical Assistant here, and Im absolutely in love with the program. The staff and teachers really go out of their way to assist you in any form possible. Dr. Terence George is an amazing instructor who takes time out of his day to have one on one time with you online or in person. Whatever method you prefer. Hes very detailed in his lectures and has creative ways to study for quizzes and tests.

I can honestly say I have learned a lot with the school is still continually going to school with CHCP online for my BS in healthcare management I did give up on Friday the eighth January 8, 2021 but I received the interview the same day when I was sending a email to my advisor and then he end up calling me and telling me he had a interview and I got hired so advice from me To y’all is never to give up it might be hard but always never give up

Even through all the chaos that is going on right now with the whole Covid-19, CHCP handled the campus classes to online very smoothly. We were giving specific instructions and even shown how to log in to our classes before the classes started online. And even better they handled the transition from online back to campus magnificently. I loved that they asked who wanted to come back to campus classes and not forced. We were given the chance to choose and were not penalized if we chose to still have the classes online.

When I started at CHCP everything was great and I loved getting the hands on experience, but soon after a pandemic hit and me and many other students then had to attend class online. Although things changed rather quickly and was a bit more complicated my instructor at the time (Mr. Nguyen) made things as uncomplicated as possible. The lectures were always good and full of important information that we would need. Thanks so much for giving us your all and having faith in us even when things became tougher for us. It has been a great experience and has given me a lot of insight about whats to come in my future as far as LMRT is concerned.

Through the two teachers that I have had the experience has been great so far. Both of my instructors are very knowledgeable in their field. Mr. Nguyen is a very cool down to earth guy who will help any way he can. Even if class is held through online. He prefers to have the class in front of him to see reactions but can tell my class interacts on the daily. Dr. Hernandez help learn some what of the anatomy by breaking down the system. Either way if you go for lmrt you will not regret it.

Im in the LVN program at the NW campus. The professors are great, they really want us to learn the information. They are always there to give extra help with understanding the material if needed. I can tell they take their job serious and are dedicated to us students. The campus could have better equipment for labs though, and the administration could be a little more organized. Other than that, everything is pretty much good and I feel this program offers everything I need to become a great nurse.

I am a medical assistant student at CHCP. Attending school here has given me the opportunity to learn from some amazing and dedicated instructors. Dr. Pasha is one of those instructors and has a teaching style that is almost impossible NOT to learn from. Dr. Pasha has the ability to pull the information you need to learn from you, even when you are not aware that you know the information. Dr. Pasha has a passion for teaching that engages her students. She personally drove me to push myself, sometimes breaking my brain, but in such a great way. Going on 10 weeks here and I love it and the people here. The teachers and employees are very determined to help you pass. They value their students. Also classes are small so that everyone can get hands on learning.

I graduated recently and I graduated with a secured job all thanks to my professors and especially my career advisor Mrs.Judy Morris she is truly amazing , she is honest, hard working and caring. I am very happy and satisfied with my learning experiences for the Medical Assistant program at CHCP, Northwest. I have learned alot and thought going to school online might be more difficult. My professor Dr. Pasha is an awesome teacher. Shes patient and takes the time to make sure her students knows the material. Shes also concerned about our personal lifes as well. They really do go out of their way to help you understand whats being taught. Honestly, if it wasnt for their encouragement and push, I wouldnt feel confident and pushing for bigger goals. Mr. Matthews came in when I was getting ready for my last mod and he was tough, but he always pushed the best out of his students as well. Everyone in the LMRT department are just really amazing and Im so glad I went for this school/career. So thank you to all the staff and especially the instructors.

I have had a great experience with all staff and instructors. My classes are great and I look forward to coming class each day. I highly recommend this school if you are planning a career in the medical field.

I am studying at chcp to be a medical assistant and i was very iffy about attending this school due to reviews i had seen prior to attending. Needless to say when i attended this school i was very unsure and really thought i made a mistake. I then met my teacher Mr.George and everything fell into place. to the way the teachers teach and how they make you feel sure about your answers and the way you learn. I did not start doing classes in the school, due to covid everything was online. Even having classes online my teacher made it a point to show us and teach us in the best way possible. I would say if your having doubts there is no need to because this school and the teachers are fantastic.

Im in the LMRT program and Mr.Nguyen some how got me to understand math without being in a classroom. I call that great work! Overall the class is great and he keeps things real, which makes it easy to learn.

If there was a 0 star I would give it to this place.. Please dont go to this school, they are only after your money, after school is over dont expect any help from them to obtain anything.. Worse school ever, they get you to apply to loans and get your money after your done with them you dont hear from them anymore..Go someone else to get your education

I graduated from CHCP in 2017 and it was an amazing experience. My instructor Miss. Holt was always helpful, loving, and willing to help me. Leah Harris was so helpful and amazing at her job. She quickly helped me find a job that fit my personality and ambitions. The minute I called her asking for help she started searching for me and calling me to update me on everything that she was doing. Their MA program is excellent and they are lucky to have Miss. Holt and Miss. Leah.

CHCP has amazing, supportive and encouraging professors! Dr. Destrade was an amazing instructor with our mode 1 group! He made lessons fun and very engaging for everyone and made sure no one was left behind !

I highly recommend this school if you have the passion and drive. I received my Associate in Health and Medical Administrations. Also came back and recently received my Bachelors in Healthcare Management. All of my instructors were great, I had the ability to contact them at anytime and they were very understanding when I needed them. I currently work for the business office for Christus Health hospitals, thanks to my Associates for opening that door. I’m really looking forward to what my Bachelors will bring to me. When you graduate, they have job placement but you have to also search yourself to increase your chances. CHCP will well prepare you to go out their, it is up to yourself to have the drive and how bad you want to be in this.

If you are looking for a great cardiovascular sonography program, I suggest to come here. Mrs. Pearl Vera is the program director and has chosen great instructors to teach us other subjects (Dr. Imam, Dr. Bo, & Mr. Chipchase). Mrs. Pearl Vera herself is also an instructor. She is very detailed and very knowledgeable of her material. Her passion and dedication shows through her teaching.My overall experience is great, financial aid is there to help, always answering emails and returning calls. School hours are great for those that need a flexible schedule. Class sizes are kept minimal to have a better one on one. Tutoring is always available with your instructors. It is a fast paced course which makes it challenging but rewarding.

I’m currently in the LMRT program. As of right now everything about the program and school is amazing! They really care about our education and my instructor is constantly helping the class in become more knowledgeable of the material.
