My children have attended Primrose Huntersville for the past year. This is my first experience with childcare for my youngest and a full time transition for my oldest, I couldn’t be more pleased. My children both have had amazing teachers. Not only are they learning but I can tell they’re being genuinely cared for which puts my heart at ease. I would also like to acknowledge the administrators for being so welcoming and available when needed! We love Primrose ❤️

With COVID and schools out- we really wanted our daughter to have an in-person Kindergarten BUT with 100% focus on safety. Primrose met our needs and have locked the place down to anyone from the outside (including parents!) and children wear their mass and practice reasonable social distancing. They also do temperature checks at the door. Our family feels our child is way safer here than at public school right now. The price, in our opinion, it also very reasonable and our daughter loves the multiple snack times!

We have been with Primrose since 2017. We absolutely love our teachers and staff. We appreciate that this school has been open during the Covid 19 pandemic to help parents who have to work, be able to work. We are so thankful and could not be happier!

I was terrified to return back to work after having my first child!! The Primrose teachers and management staff were so sweet and sincere! They sent me pictures and videos throughout the day to help ease my anxiety. The Director stays ahead of parents questions with constant communication. I could not imagine a better group of teachers to care for my son!! Primrose has been like part of our family and we love how much our son loves going to school!! If you want the best, you want Primrose!

My niece and nephew have been attending Primrose for close to a year now and every time I pick them up the staff is always very welcoming and warming my niece is always excited to tell me about her day at school which makes me happy Im also impressed by everything that she has learned.

This is not the center with the Covid-19 cluster. That is another Primrose in the area. Ive had both of my children at Primrose since they were newborns . We couldnt be happier with the care and love from the staff and management team. We completely trust them with our children and would not go anywhere else.

My review is based solely off my interaction when attempting to get information and enrollment. Director didn’t take the time to get on the phone and answer questions. The receptionist though friendly and professional didn’t know much and had to keep putting me on hold to ask the director. Why didn’t she just take the call? I was told that she would send me an email with information. During this time of covid 19, you need more of a personal touch. Parents can’t come inside that makes tensions worst when deciding on a school. Than after she sent me the information she emails to tell me due to my child’s age she won’t be able to go on that class. That is the first thing you check is the child age and the appropriate class to ensure space. Seems unorganized and unprofessional but looks great from the outside.

My son as been attending the summer camp program at this location , and has had nothing but wonderful things to say . Since covid-19 has happen they have taking great precautions to keep my child and the other children safe . I get constant updates on my child through out the day and the line of communication is very clear . Primrose of Huntersville is also NOT the Primrose that has been in headlines about covid cases . My child attends and we wouldve been well aware if this was the case ! Though every center has its ups and downs , I have nothing but the best to say about the primrose of huntersville.

This particular location is so unorganized. Since 07/19/18 I had applied for an Ad that was posted for a position as a Teacher. I went there, to find out that the management could not located my application & handed me a paper application that I had to filled up once again.Until today, Ms.Lisa Jenkins was avoiding me....to finally telling me: I had 4 interview to go through.How about honesty?If I could rated 0 star, I would. Sad situation. 🤔
