I brought my niece in to get a facial for her 16th birthday. It was her first facial and she LOVED it. Kristin B was great with her. She told her everything she was doing before she did it and answered any questions she had. She had a great time and loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back

So I went hear two days ago ti get my hair done first off its beautiful inside also bailey did a amazing job and she had a broken finger she was vary nice and good with people I definitely recommend her she talks to you and is a good listener and she showed me pictures of her dog me and my mom thought she was wonderful highly recommended tricoci thank you guys

The students deserve better than this school has to offer. The building itself is disgusting and needs cleaned. Some of the equipment doesn’t even work. I received great service, but it feels like students are being exploited by making them pay to do work, and not providing an adequate environment for them to do it in.

Shae was my student esthetician for a back treatment. Shae is nice and sweet young lady. Good conversation with her. I was back there for an hour. Came out very relaxed. I would come back again

Maya S. At Tricoci did an absolutely AMAZING job on my hair. I have the most beautiful blend of blonde colors in my hair that you would think I went to a veteran blonde specialist. She will be a VITAL part to any salon she works at. She is outgoing, fun, and SO GOOD at what she does!

I got a facial on 6-25-21 and it was one of the Best Facials I have ever got in my entire life, I’m a 64 years old woman and I will definitely book again . Kristin Blunt was very professional and she communicated very well ,she explained a lot about the products which was very helpful in making a decision on what types of produces I should purchase to use on my face . My skin feels like it literally can back to life.

Hello my name is Anna on 6-25-21 I had an facial for my first time and it was absolutely wonderful, my aesthetician Kristin Blunt was magnificent , she used great products on my face , my skin is very sensitive and she asked all of the right questions before starting my facial. Kristin made me feel very relaxed doing the procedure, soft music, she was so Professional, and she communicated well , I will be recommending family and friends to come and enjoy that fabulous experience that I had with Kristin Blunt.

My review is about the school and staff, not a service I received.Please do NOT spend your hard-earned money or student loans on this school. It is one of the most disorganized and unprofessional beauty schools in Indiana. And, they charge some of the highest tuition rates in the area.The instructors cannot be found half of the time. They are called away to meetings when they should be actively working with the students. Many of the classes are done as Zoom classses. Yet, the students are still paying full-priced tuition for maybe 4 hours of instruction or class time out of an eight hour schedule or class day. And, Tricoci does very little to get clients through the doors so students have people to practice on and complete services on.Lastly, this school has been very lax in their Covid-19 protocols. Students and staff are not held accountable when they do not have masks on. We have a state mask mandate and you can find half of the school without masks on. Also, there have been several cases of Covid-19 at this school. Students are not informed right away when one of the staff or other students are Covid-19 positive. And, the school is also not abiding by proper isolation and quarantine protocols either.Do your research on beauty schools and stay far, far away from this one! Not worth the frustration!

Usually very impressed with their work and professionalism. Not today. I had an appointment at 9:30 am for an eyebrow wax and facial. I was instructed to wait outside. After 30 minutes of nothing, I went back in to check on the status of my appointment. I was instructed to keep waiting outside and they would come to get me. At 10:15 (45 mins of waiting) I told the front desk to cancel my appointment. I can understand waiting that long if I was a walk in, but not for an appointment right when they open. Annoyed.

Mine and my daughter and my mothers experience was wonderful and it always has been weve been going to them for over 3 years and they are awesome we have not had any bad person at all

I am extremely disappointed. I have been in twice. The first time was to have my bleach touched up. I was there for 6 hours, and my hair turned out orange. The bleach also dried out multiple times, something that has never happened to me in the 5 years I’ve gotten my hair bleaches. I went back (still had to pay), and my hair is still orange. They tried to get me back in, but I would still have to pay. I should have not gone here and paid for an actual salon to do my hair because that would have been cheaper for me. I do no recommend. Save your money. Go to an actual salon if you want good results.

I decided to give this beauty school a try after a referral and because I couldn’t make it to the normal salon I go to. The staff was very nice and professional. I went in for a eyebrow wax overall I am pleased with the service I received. However the day after I noticed my skin was was ripped off on both eyes. Which burns and stings if you touch it. My eyebrows look pretty good but with ripped skin. I probably won’t return for any waxing services.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. this place was an amazing, affordable way for me to get my hair done (and also my dream school). i dont know what happened in the last 2 years, but everything completely changed. the front desk is often unmanned, no one is ever on the same page, and ive been disappointed twice in a week over making an appointment.an hour on the phone, discussing my needs for my hair and making an appointment, was wasted because the woman talking to me had no idea there were no appointments scheduled on wednesday and the hours posted online do not advertise that. i made another appointment, showed up, and the lady at the desk remembered speaking to me over the phone but could not find my appointment ticket. then, an instructor came out and asked what i would like done, followed up by, well, thats a long process and i dont have anyone who can service you.an appointment wasted, my TIME wasted. im done.

Sammi did such an amazing job on my hair! I look and feel beautiful! If you have thought about going here do it and get colored by Sammi I promise you will not regret it! Also don’t forget to tip the men and women doing your hair!!

How do I give a 0 star review? I was a student here and wish I didn’t have the student loan debt to prove it. The staff is very unprofessional and management was less than helpful with any matter at hand. The whole place is like watching Mean Girls with the cliques and gossip, which was very toxic. Tricocci took a good, honest school (Honors Beauty College), and ran it into the ground. They fired all of the great instructors and brought in useless, rude, and uninformative instructors that would rather smoke, do drugs, or hide in the bathroom than help their students. They certainly charge too much for what you get and won’t even blink an eye. They don’t properly staff the front desk either which leads to a lot of unanswered phone calls and incompetence. If you’re thinking of a beauty school, go to Aveda, because Tricocci would be the wrong choice. If not, you’ll find out $20,000 too late.

This place is a joke!!! The students pretty much have a free for all and are messing people’s hair up and leaving them to walk around with messed up hair. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Apparently the instructors at there for show. 6.5 hours in the chair turned into my worst nightmare!

Nightmare , it was hell!Instructor racist and unprofessional, disappointing. I also reported it to director and did nothing , only upset the instructor.things got out of hand because instructor influenced students to harras you, wasn’t getting credit for the work I was doing. All I experienced was racism “ discrimination “ and unprofessional instructor. She basically teaches me Nothing and when I had questions, she refused to answer me and said read the book or YouTube.So I guess it’s cheaper to just buy a cosmetology book online, and free on YouTube.People don’t go to school here.

No kidding, this school is a joke. They care nothing about the students and only about the money. I am a student here, and it is nothing but a headache. I’ve done nothing but stress here, instead of a learning experience that I deserve . The tuition is definitely way too high for what we have to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this school to my worst enemy. The prices are sky high, and clients do not come in. You’ll just struggle the whole time trying to get your own clients in for your mark offs. Please save your money and time. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn’t have chosen this school. Also FYI. The school let a child molester attend!! This guy had a long criminal history!!!!! He inappropriately touched another student, and she no longer attendes the school. The director told her that she probably was asking for it, and he never reported it he just left.. This school is money hungry, unsafe, and selfish. I seriously regret wasting my money here.

Do not go to this place! I had appointments for an entire bachelorette party to get ready and they cancelled our appointments the day of. Indy was supposed to get some snow (about 2 inches) so half of their staff didnt show up and they were closing early. Im glad they are teaching their students about commitment and honoring someones business. So frustrated. I had a group of girls that had all planned on getting ready there. Will never book another appointment here.

My girlfriend went here as a model for nails and Barb at the front was so rude that we almost left ... Then when it came time to pay The price for the nails was on the receipt... then Barb slowed everything down by being rude because she didnt agree with the price .. But because Barb thinks shes knows Everything she stopped the whole payment process to go bother her boss only to be told that she was wrong, and the price on the receipt was correct... So rather then appologize and try to save face Barb said a unnecessary comment that price wont happen again ... smh... All in all.. for what its worth the place here is good... The people actually doing the work are for the most part nice and do their best ... But Barb at the front makes it not worth coming here.... ...but if you can find a day when barb isnt here then go for it.

I had two appoints for myself and husband and we were using it as a get away from the kids/date Night had sitters lined up and everything and minutes before they canceled on us. Lots of their students/stylists did not show up. Beware if you dont want this to happen to you. They offered no other help or options just canceled our appointment and did not try to get us in. Very Upset!!!

This is an excellent school to attend for the esthetician program particularly because of the night teacher katelynn is an 👼 I love her so much..she should be getting paid double maybe triple she is worth it..the students in my class were so amazing I loved them ALL too every single 20 or so of us were very different from eachother but we all vibed together very well and ALL support and help eachother ..honestly my teacher and class mates were some of if not the best people Ive ever met since I moved to Indy in 2016 ..hurry up and enroll while tricoci still got their hands on her your dreams are waiting..have fun n dont give up. when talking to other students mostly everyone obstacle was their car n the distance but no matter what dont give up be like me at the end of the program I gained courage ..some days I took a leap is faith and rode on gas fumes n triple a gas calls or put my pride n I have a big ego Im a Leo lol and asked for rides and borrowed money for gas.. get to know eachother and maybe carpool the school could use some new equipment is why I didnt give it a 5 ☺❤

Why are all your students not wearing masks, that is crazy

There is NEVER a licensed esthetician watching over the students performance. As a matter of fact some classes dont even have a teacher! Theyre constantly out of products so more than likely theyre using something completely different on your skin as well as supplies so yep you guessed it, they double dip in wax with the same implement. Dont let this place fool you, theyll tell you one thing and do the complete opposite with a smile on once they get your money! I wouldnt recommend this school if your life depended on it! Youll get terrible service and at least wait for 30min to get back all with unprofessional staff! I AM A STUDENT HERE AND REGRET THE $17,000 I have to pay within 9 months. Weve complained over and over and not one thing has been done! This place is a joke and Im sure they might delete this! If you dont believe me just ask 1 student that attends this school. All staff are smoking outside or just leave in the middle of class. Fights constantly, personal things stolen, kits dont come with everything you bought and dont get me started on the sanitation!! I paid $3,000 for a used ipad when they said its new. Everything in your contract is false which sucks for them because we all just plan on suing. Ill keep copying and pasting this just in case it gets deleted. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY NOTHING ELSE! THE MOST TERRIBLE EDUCATION IN INDIANA!!!! We teach ourselves for almost 20K and even corporate does nothing! RUUUUUUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
