Personally, it is an institution with the right teaching for my children!I love the way they work because I feel a safe place for them and the Respect that exists in the campus is very good!Regarding the education of teachers, I do not want to refer to one in particular! Because they are all an important part of a good teaching team ..Starting with the good work of the principal !! And from there the good work of all the teachers, I think I am grateful with their performance ... and their time and understanding for my children,I sincerely believe that there are no better teachers or better schools ... but I do believe that there are those who love their work and know how to do it. I feel very grateful to everyone :)

Great school. Ive been coming here since 6th grade and I can tell you that the teachers are great. The education is extremely good. would 100% recommend for your children

I absolutely love IMSA West my son has been there since Kindergarten and I’ve been in love since. I plan on keeping him there for the full run. I would have to say Mr. Strong is by far my favorite teacher of his. He’s always nice and telling me amazing things about my child. IMSA West is the BEST!

I wouldn’t choose this school its not my first pick but I will definitely come But one teacher 5th grade mrs. Simmons is the best teacher. She isn’t like everybody else she is strict she does yell but she taught me everything I know. I don’t like the fact that we have to wear certain uniforms,shoes, and hair. This school is kinda basic. This is definitely a good school it prepares you for collage. The bus system is not bad. It takes you where you wanna be. You SHOULD send your children here it’s a fun school. It’s a distinguishing school. We have homework everyday it’s good for our brain.

Before I thought that this school was the better for my son , but now I think it’s really bad , why? Because they don’t call parents when their kids are in trouble , they just suspended my kid and don’t give him the right to talk about the incident, my kid felt intimidated for the principal in charge , I think children’s have the right to speak , and they don’t respect that 😡I always recommended this school but I changed my mind , I really like some teachers but, the principal in charge of elementary school is very rude I tried in the past to talk to her about something that her said to my son and she refused to talk with me , she allegedly don’t had time for that .

My child goes to Imsa West and she loves it. It has great schooling and the teachers are great. All the teachers are nice to my daughter and they are all amazing examples to my child. I recommend that people should come to this school. There are several teachers that make my child good, including Mrs.Simmons, Mrs.Melrose, Mrs.Tilford, and ect. Those teachers always help my child and are very nice.

I just applied online for my kids because i have seen the kids from IMAS west! they are awesome, intelligent and amazing. hoo my goodness! i was so amazed when i spoke to one of the kids from IMAS... I am so happy to enroll my boys. keep up the good work IMAS west!

When my daughter was to start school, was contemplating on whether to bring her or not cause bringing her will be to withdraw her elder brother from his previous school. I have always heard about this great citadel of leaning from friends and I never for once regret ever bringing in my kids to the school . The teachers are awesome and very lovely and friendly.The school is very safe and secure. They ensure the students are well taken care of. They show the students love and supports in all areas ( academically, socially and morally) and teaches the students to be well decipline and to be respectful. The school have a good and conducive classes for their students to learn in. I love the school so much that am planning on leaving my children till they are done with grade school. I really dont have a specific favorite teacher because all the teachers are awesome and my children love going to school everyday. They are doing great with their scores which makes me well pleased. IMSA!!! Is the best I have come across. One thing I love about the school again is that there is an App with which you can communicate with your childs teachers any time of the the day even after school hours. I will recommend the school to anyone that wants to build a child that is well structured and decipline. IMSA will give you nothing but the best.

IMSA has been a life changer for my daughter and I. My daughter transferred from public schools to IMSA, because of safety concerns, in the public school, she was attending.Ms. Shane, the Middle School Assistant Principal, was so very understanding and helpful. My daughter is no longer afraid to go to school. She is now very enthusiastic about school and is thriving at IMSA.I am so very thankful for IMSA. I see my daughter becoming the scholar, I had always hoped she would be.Thank you IMSA and all the great staff members, for making my daughter feel safe and for helping her get the education, she deserves.

Its centered for learning,creative,and discipline. They are doing awesome.. they are excellent in learning,discipline and characters. Its a place whereby students are safe and secure. Once you dropped off your kids in the morning,they ensure safety,and guards your kids until they entered. School premises is nice and clean. Classes are well organized, teaching materials is efficient,and staffing is accurate. Less I forget, imsa has a unique teacher in Person on Ms Hill. She is a disciplinarian,a reserved, a good mannered,And a good teacher worthy of emulating. She discharge her duties at her best, provide information to the parents and give room for feedback. She inculcating discipline and provides positive reinforcement to the students. In my opinion,She really understand ethics and modus operandi of her profession. IMSA ! IMSA!! IMSA !!! Is a best place all children or students need to visit for the enrollment. In addition,They provide healthy foods,drinks and conducive environment that encourages students to learn and promote education. IMSA YOU ARE THE BEST. My child attends IMSA WEST and he has learned so much thanks to Ms Karlin! Of course you can’t expect any school to be “perfect” but they do an awesome job in my opinion. these children need structure. They have some great events for the students and their families. What helps the most (I don’t know if it is available school wide or not) they have an App where you can see how many points your child gets thru the day (the more the better) and you can always text the teacher and have that open communication!

Great school with good teachers who are ready to help in order for my kid to be in school,ms.karlin is ryan olaoye class teacher and she is one of the wonderful teachers i have ever met,i remember when my son had a ride problem,i came to the school to talk to ms.boluwaji and ms.senita simmons and they help in resolving the issue. i cant ever think of a better school than imsa.up imsa

My kid goes there and he says that a theacher is so speaking his ears are gonna bleed and a theacher gve gave him detention for saying the vid on the board is fake in plus they have to be queit in lunch this a wanna be private school all no that to that school a toyraus and not rich they broke

Ive decided to homeschool my child because of this school. I got over that fact that the place is FILTHY and the teachers LACK customer service skills. What I wont get over is my childs experience here! It took weeks for my child to get a locker. He had to carry heavy books on him ALLL DAY. MR. Z a social studies teacher made my son a target for bullying by letting kids take his personal things from him and make my son PUT UP WITH IT until he felt like taking action. Engaged in a FEW children but would tell my son to sit down and be quiet. I am hurt and confused on how GROWN ADULTS that are supposed to be around children all day and everyday be so cruel. My son was punched and made fun of just for being NICE. Mrs Simmons is a lunatic and overly strict. They are basically getting our children ready for PRISON because thats how they treat them. They cannot speak at lunch. The cafeteria is cleaned by STUDENTS who are in trouble. The front office is a MESS might I add. IF YOU HAVE BRIGHT SMILING CHILDREN DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. IT WILL CHANGE THEM.

This school is outrageous and there food is terrible and sometimes molded on 2 cases at this school i and my little brother has had molded food one at lunch another at breakfast and its very disgusting and unhealthy and almost everything that the kids talk about is drama or drama related and there is one racist teacher and who very much does not like me and there is a teacher who lied on me and my brother and this school is very unfair and not in the right mind and i really hope to get transferred to another school at the end of this year and i very much dislike this school and there are few people who actually want to help this school and most of them know who they are when i say they do not want to help this school they just want to be rude and unfair to the students and i remember one day on a regular day walking into class and the racist teacher she yells at me and say YOUR DO NOW IS OVER HERE because she past out the do now to tables and you walk into class and find your do now that is what i was doing but she yelled at me for no reason and she just find the most smallest thing to fuss about and not only just me but multiple black kids and even my friends say that she picks with them also and i feel that this school is not helping me nor other students i feel that this school makes us not want to learn sometimes or multiple adults just wants us to feel miserable in this school and key people who actually i never had a problem with far as people i think never bring people down or to help people are Mr.S,Mrs.H,Mrs.W,Mr.B,Mrs.S,Mrs.J,Mr.R,Mr.C,Mr.A not azlaun either and more but i still would recommend to not go to this bad school

I truly dislike this school! The teachers are unfriendly and lack customer service skills. My daughter is a bus rider in the p.m. and I called prior to dismissal to pick her up. I spoke to a Hispanic lady at the front desk and she was rude, rushed me off the phone as if she was too busy to talk to me. When I came to pick my daughter up, 3 staff members were unable to find her. Come to find out, the Hispanic lady at the front desk delivered the message late and relayed it wrong. They ended up putting her on the bus against my wishes and did not even apologize for THEIR mistake. I attempted to speak with the principle but he was obviously too busy with the Plummer in the back of the school to talk to me. He passed me off to the Vice Principal, who is just as rude. Then during my conversation with the vice principal, the African American lady who sits at the front desk with the rude HIspanic lady, stopped to put her two cents in my business. This school is HORRIBLE!!! I will be going to or writing whomever is over this school. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR CHILD(REN). This was my daughters first and last year attending this school.

I went to this school from 1st to 4th and half of 5th im goin for 6th only bc i love this school and i just couldnt stay away from it so if u dont like this skoo then u have no kinda respect for the teachers that put in work for these children including myself so if u dont like then good day sir (and lady)

If I could I will give this school a 0 * based on the fact they have lack of communication no one really understands English there except a few teachers but as far as the office go when you call in they dont understand English or they never relayed the message correctly they are incompetent and every time I schedule for my kids to get on the bus or off the bus whichever they never schedule it right my kids never get home when they should then when you call the office and say are my kids in school still did you put them on the bus Maryland says probably what do you mean probably these are my kids they are not toys or just something thats not to want yall playing with my kids and plus the fifth grade math teacher doesnt even really teach the fifth graders they have to teach they self dishabille my kids last year there

This school is highly not recommend for nobody daughter it’s tired of that school she in to the school and the dean is already waiting for her, the teachers don’t let her go to the bathroom not even when it’s an emergency, the bathrooms are horrible they stink as soon as you walk in the smell of it it’s so unpleasant and that’s nasty if this school is a charter school like you guys say it is it wouldn’t be as nasty as it is and also the food that this “charter” school serves it’s so unpleasant I don’t know how my daughter even eat this nasty food . I personally wouldn’t recommend this school to nobody.

Their pick up process is RIDICULOUS! supposed to let kids out at 3 dont start until a quarter after.
