5 stars goes to Ms. Zack and Ms. Clements. My son Keith Clark have been here ever since kindergarten but sadly had to move on after 1st grade. Weve wanted him to stay here his entire life until he graduates. Hes been making progress from kindergarten to first grade and I would love to say that I love every single teacher that has been with Keith. Once he started Kindergarten in Ms. Beasleys class he has been a star at math and have gotten a Math Whiz Award. If you remember my son Keith Clark, tell Ms. Clements if shes still a staff at the school that Keith loves her and miss her so much and I know Ms. Zack is still there so I would like you to tell her that Keith said I love her and I miss her so much and not only I love this school and the teachers that comforted Keith, my mother Keiths grandma did and she missed Ms. Zack and thought she was an absolute outstanding teacher to Keith and Keith remember the time that he, his grandma, and Ms. Zack went to a place that had something to do with Legos and Keith loved it. That will always be a memory to Keith and he love this school so much. I can see why many love this school as much as Keith do.

I love this school!! I have since my sons kindergarten years. Theres so many awesome teachers its hard to name just one. But a few are Mrs. Moore, Mrs April, Ms. Bell so many more. Some names I can not pronounce but great teachers. The school and the teachers cared about the students. They connect with the parents if their children are having issues whether academic or socially. Great tutors for free. Awesome after school activities. My son is now in eighth grade graduating Tuesday morning and i couldnt recommend a better school. I am more excited about high school than him! I love this awesome school. Thank you guys for taking great care of my son and being an awesome school!!!!!

Indiana math and science is a great school. They have small class sizes and the staff and the teachers are great with the students. They also offer tutoring for students who might need a little extra help. My kids have been here for 2 years and they love it!

My son has attended this school since it opened his kindergarten year. We have seen many improvements over the years and wouldnt want him anywhere else. He has had many great teachers, Ms. Bell, Ms. Moore, Ms. Stephens, to name a few and so many more I am forgetting. We love our school!

5 Star goes to my sons kindergarten teacher Ms Brown. She went over and beyond this year for her students. She made the transition for my son and I amazing. As a parent beginning with school as my first year. It was nice to have that smiling individual who showed empathy & encouragement. She deserves a award this year for her teaching style. GREAT JOB MS BROWN KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... Overall Imsa north did disappoint me in the office however. My sons paperwork continued to be lost. Organization next year in the office would be great start for improvements.

This is an amazing school. My son has attended for a few years. The teachers are fabulous and they put the students first. I would recommend this school to anyone wanting an amazing education and experience for their children. There is also the amazing CYSP program that builds social and educational skills while helping kids set and achieve their goals.The teacher and staff genuinely care about the students and are very invested in them

This is a wonderful school. My daughter has met so many great friends. I love that they enforce their policies, such as uniform checks and not allowing the kids to have cell phones. My daughters counselor was a tremendous help with the college admissions process. Mrs. Reinhart has been a great supporter of my daughter and her influence has encouraged her greatly.

IMSA has been truly beneficial to my daughter. Since arriving she has grown not only academically but also behaviorally as well. Teachers truly care about seeing her succeed and she knows it.

Our family has been extremely pleased with our experience here at Indiana math and science. we have had very positive relationships with all the staff and especially Ms. Jholiff.

I love how the teachers push the children who are advanced at a higher level. My son also enjoys the sports in his school and his teachers that take it to a personal level to get to know them. The care and determination to help the students is at a real level.

Alright this school is not as bad as I previously said it has its strengths and weaknesses. We have some pretty good teachers and nice staff, but what does it matter if the students are not behaving right. Now I cant say all teachers are good because some need major help. We have good field trips although not that many. I have some very good friends and Im social so.........The students attitudes need some work along with mine and our lunches are semi okay.

Im voting for miss Lawson because she nice. Also Miss Lawson is very chill. She doesnt rage would do. Miss Lawson also lets us play games and she lets us play silent ball at the end of the class.

Probably one of the worst schools I have ever been to, coming from a past student. Students, especially in the middle school levels, are cruel and disrespectful towards teachers and their peers. Teachers only care about keeping the bad students in line, for the lack of a better term, and the students who are continuously on track with their work are only set back as a result. For the most part, staff is rude towards both students and parents, never getting in contact or responding to emails. The rules they put in place/the punishments for breaking them are absolutely ridiculous. You arent allowed to talk during lunch, or roll up your pants past your ankle, or not wear a belt. Do those things you get suspended. Like, seriously? Obviously, it was not all bad, but the bad things outshine the good every single time. If you want your child to go to a college preparatory school, keep searching.

Ive been getting all As and mostly 1 or 2 Bs, because I stay more focused than I did 4 years ago. This school year is going better than in 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. Only one thing I need to work on is the quizzes, because I dont feel well prepared. Despite that, everything else is going great so far.

This was my daughters 1st year attending a school in Indianapolis. She has been involved in different after school activities. She has had help from Mrs. Bell and was able to join the knights club which helped her excel academically as well as socially since she is still new to the city. We both enjoy the school and its staff.

In my opinion I think that IMSA North is a great school. I have attended this school for about 7 years and I have seen many achievements and many growths in the schools academics and their learning environment. I think that Ms.O, Ms.Lawson, Ms.K, Ms.Lang, Mr.Turan, Ms.Zack, and Ms.Bradford are great teachers(they are not the only great teachers) because they all encourage their students to try their hardest at all times, be successful in life , and how to be a leader not a follower. I have only had them for a few months and they have really helped me a lot. Although there are some things that the school needs to change, this is is really great school with some really great teachers.:)I give this school 5/5 stars!😀

Indiana Math and Science Academy North has a awsome coach by the name of Willard Jimison. He is very gifted at coaching he gives 100% to his basketball teams . He is a great mentor. His kids know to bring their A game He is truly a assest to IMSA. Great Job!

I go to IMSA North and I like this school and its an absolute pleasure to come to school like this I think also I vote for Ms.Lawson because she is a teacher that puts a lot of effort into her job and she doesnt just like her job she also likes her students and also she is always on point. I dont think Ms.Lang should win because she is a bad teacher she gives demerits to people for no reason.

I have 3 children attending this school. My 2 oldest started last year and my youngest just started kindergarten this school year. Last year was a bit rough but it wasn’t anything that myself, my kiddos and staff couldn’t learn and evolve from. I’ve noticed that the staff this year has really been rocking it out! A lot of great changes academically, more organized, learning activities in school and out of school, such as more field trips, family fun night at the skating rink. I love the fact that parents are allowed and encouraged to come sit in class with their child. Not all schools allow that. Staff is welcoming and very eager and motivated to help students and parents. Everyone just seems to be on one accord and that is an important quality. My kids enjoy their teachers and have great respect for them, as well as many other staff members at their school. I’ve heard my kids speak well of the ladies that prepares their lunch everyday, I believe my daughter said it’s 8 women in the lunchroom that she adores. The current janitor, I’m not quite sure her name. But my daughter has said she has been very kind to her and I appreciate that! So It’s not only teachers that “make“ a school, there is also the ones who keep it clean and the ones who make the meals, they are also making a difference and I think that’s wonderful. If I’ve never said it before, I’d like to say it now.. I appreciate each and every staff member that has contributed to my children’s success at IMSA North. A special thanks to the principal Mr. Secen, Assistant principal Mr. Knox, Ms. Rogers, Ms. Bell, Ms. Brown, Ms. Bradford, Ms. Parker, Mrs. Stephens, Mrs.Moore, Mrs. Watson, Mr. Cartwright, Ms. Gavia, Ms. Mills, Mr. Pryor, Mr. Butler, Ms.Joliff, the lunchroom staff, the janitor, even their bus driver Mr. David my kids love him. To me, I really love this school. The teachers work very hard for students to succeed in school. They can give them one-on-one help tutoring, and the students can join clubs to interact with the teachers. I feel sorry for those that are struggling, but God will make a way to help out the struggling students. I also love this school because I love the distance away from home, small sized classes, and so on. Indiana Math and Science Academy North and High School is the best school I have ever attended!!

Imsa north is one big happy family . This school educates k-12 studentswith a diverse ethnic background. I have four children attending Indiana Math and Science Academy North and they absolutely love the teachers , administrators, and all the staff. I highly recommend this school to all parents that desire the opportunity for their student to excel academicallyand athletically. The athletic director Mr. Paswater always has our athletic teams looking good with exclusive Nike gear. While hiring top notch coaches to lead the varsity Soccer team (Coach.Harrell and Coach Jolliff) , Girls varsity basketball team ( Coach Dunigan and Coach Butler) Boys varsity Basketball team ( Coach Pryor and Coach Anderson). My family feels very fortunate to be a part of this special family at IMSA NORTH.

I vote for Miss Lawson and Miss,O because they actually try to teach us but it is hard for them to teach when the principal come in with the camera recording us and telling what the teachers should do.

I’m really happy my sons are there they teach a lot and they are really happy the have good cleaning and do nice programs to help kids and the teacher are a good team

Well I can say a couple things . they told me something about track and ask me did I want to sign up okay now it been a months and no answer so. Also they do not have a soccer team or football team they are stupid they have the money there just cheap they only care about themselves and that it .and the some teachers are okay but I just hate this school conservation over with if I were u do not go to that school.

Choosing Indiana Math and Science Academy North for my children is a choice I will never regret. This institution is more than just a school but a family. They have helped me in many ways. My daughter is in third grade and Miss Bry has been a great support for my daughter since she just entered this school year and her mother tongue is Spanish ... so Miss. Bry has supported her a lot in her activities so I can learn . Also Miss. Zack of the library has supported her so that she learns to read in English and can understand what it means with several books. So much so that he had the mention of the student of the month. Im voting for all teachers that have and still are helping me improve on my grades by teaching me new things every single day and review on things that I may have forgot and teach it again. Hello , this is Ms.Walls, I would have to appreciate Mr.Secen (the school principle) for helping my child out. My son Keontae W. tells me how he comes in his class sometimes, and give an extra hand and help break down the class work to my son , more to my childs understanding . I personally believe Mr.Secen makes the school pretty decent. My overall rating for the school is an 4.5 , just off of the details my child tells me!

Coming from a different country, I thought going to school will be hard and I wont be able to adapt and do well in my classes but coming to Imsa helped me a lot. The teachers have been very helpful making you strive to do your best and the students are very friendly.

I would pick ms lawson because through out the whole year she helped me with my writing and i have been improving and im good in her class so i barely get in trouble in her class.I would pick ms skjodt because she is so much fun and funny . i love both of there classes. sorry to the teachers that i did not pick try harder next time i really dont care impress me next year😒😒😒

Miss lawson is one of the best teachers in this school. Shes really nice and a smart teacher. I also vote for miss obranich sometimes i could be a little disrespectful to her shes a great teacher and shes super nice if your nice to her. I really dont know why this school gets bad ratings because at the end of the day people talk so much bad stuff about this school then on the first day of the next year they be here so they need to stop. This school is AIGHT. Most people put 5 stars but it has its kinks. Like the guys bathroom smells like straight sewer, I dont expect it to smell like lavender or anything but I dont want the fear of the bathroom smell sticking to me. All the high school teacher are patient with the students (especially math teacher 😌).It also could be petty sometimes:Phones are not allowed ; if they see a outline of a phone in your pocket they investigate and if you do have it but its completely turned off without a battery you still get suspended for a day.If you try to go to the bathroom while in your break which is 4 min (might be wrong with that) ,you cant because if youre late for milisecond you could get a level 1 which is three demirits in one. Also you cant tell your teachers in advance ,because you have to wait 5 min.If you hug someone you could get suspended for 5 days.I hope I win the raffle that people in this page are in to win the big the tv.

We Love IMSA North. I chose this school after hearing family friends share their good experiences. My son is now in the 4th grade and we have been here since Kg and have no complaints or plans to move to a different school. All of his teachers have been very supportive and helpful, they have paid attention to him and his individual needs. His biggest cheerleader and one of our most favorite teachers at IMSA North is Ms. Deb Zach. She has encouraged my little Kg reader and now he is very advanced in the 4th grade, she has been as big of a cheerleader for him as I have! She shows up to extracurricular activities to support or invites him to events she knows will spark his interest! She is one of the reason I will not transfer him anywhere else. Thanks IMSA north and Ms. Zach!

Mr Turan is the best teacher because he always has to help us if we are in trouble, he wants us to communicate with others in the robotics competitions and learn how people do not fight,he wants us to get along with others like our teammate and he always is there when we are in trouble or have problems he also makes me laugh because he showed me a video about the new morning encasement but the paper flew to the roof and stayed there.#vote for Mr turan

IMSA is coo , its not all that i wouldnt request it all together , but i have a teacher that I like and she is really smart and her name is Ms.Lawson and she should really get a raise cause she be doing too much for her kids . And Mrs.Obranovich is not that bad its just that the kids dont listen and talk a lot (including me , i am not excluding myself) .

This is one of the schools in town. they have sum of the best classes and awesome teachers, especially Mr. powel which is my Photoshop class. ohhh wow dont let me get started on WiFi, its is extremely fast. And some cool kids that do YouTube and are really funny, they are called lul Xanny AKA lil taco , and lul Breezy.

I love this school!.. my son transferred in 2017 for 3rd grade and had execelled ever since. This school has great teachers and the student to teacher ratio in the classroom is excellent. What I love most, is the teachers will push your child to the potential they know your child has. My sons teachers Mrs.Watson and Mrs. Moghadam pushed him to be excellent, and didn’t accept excuses, Because of their hard work and dedication my son Rasaan made honor roll every quarter. My only wish is that he would have them for 5th grade!

I commend IMSA-North for their commitment to the success of our children. These are a group of educators who put students first, and do over and above what is necessary to ensure that students excel in academics. There are so many positive influences that my children have been exposed to. Whether it is the outstanding Ms. Wissel, 3rd grade teacher who implanted a love for science and technology in my son. She is also a great advocate, who routinely checks in on my son and even attends his sporting events, even though he is no longer in her class. There is also the caring and compassionate Mrs. Mouser, Kindergarten teacher, and one of the best people with which to entrust your little ones! Also, Ms. Zack, who oversees Library and the schools superb accelerated reading program, who through her hard work and efforts, seeks to prepare our children for success with a solid foundation of reading. Recently, Ms. Zack and the school administration hosted a retreat at the Carmel Community Center, to reward those students who met or exceeded their accelerated reader goals. Their team provided healthy snacks, a great fun room, and made everyone feel deserving and welcome. I hereby tip my hat to Ms. Wissel, Mrs. Mouser, Ms. Zack, Principle Secen, and the hosts of other faculty and staff equally deserving of recognition. I can honestly say that educators like them are what set IMSA North apart from everyone else, and is also why I look forward to my boys attending next year. Are they perfect? No. But I have yet to find a perfect school in my over 20 years of parenting. But are they committed to student success, achievement, and improvement? Without a doubt! As with any formula that works, it takes parental involvement, an open mind, and collaboration with a school dedicated to student achievements and success. I have found that formula at IMSA-Indy North!

Imsa can be a great school our not so great school , I feel like imsa north is a pretty okay school , yeah the might irritate some of the students , students parents and maybe some teachers . I went to imsa north for 6 years and I had my ups and downs there , I had some good and bad times at imsa north . I will miss some of the teachers and staff ! and my years at imsa were some pretty good years , and I hope the imsa north will stay on target .
