Ms. Beard was friendly, professional and an efficient teacher during my CPR skills training class. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking to quickly renew your CPR training. I was given extra tips and tricks I had never heard as far as CPR and Ms. Beard has much experience and really life scenarios she includes in her skills class. 10/10!

Despite some technology glitches which were smoothly overcome the class went well, was thorough and well executed keeping current Covid procedures in mind. Great and friendly schedule reminders helped keep me on track with time and location. Just waiting on my new card through email and I am all set.

I have been a RN for over 10 years and Kiya was able to provide and demonstrate information that I could utilize in any setting. Kiya is an excellent instructor and makes sure learners are not deficient in technique nor knowledge.The atmosphere is conducive in groups with varying learning styles and experience.

I took CPR with Kiya prior to renewing my teaching license, and was so pleased with the ease of scheduling, flexible times/dates, and with the class itself! I did most of the course on line. It took 2-3 hours for he on line part. I liked doing it on line much more than in a classroom. I could replay something if I did not get the answer correct or did not understand something. Then I met with an instructor to do the other part. She made it enjoyable and was very helpful. She was an EMT to she was very knowledgeable. I had a hard time getting help knowing what class I needed to take. The class name and materials do not match so I guess at what materials I needed to order. it all worked out.

I did the combination online and classroom class and it was really good. I definitely left with a better understanding of BLS than I had with previous classes. Ill definitely be going through them every time I have to certify for my credentialing privileges.
