After 9 weeks I finally finished with my courses and I couldnt be happier to have found Approved Real Estate Academy to start off my real estate career. Even though Covid-19 shifted all live classes to Zoom classrooms, the quality of each class has not been effected. The instructor, Jim Forde, has been incredibly helpful every step of the way, and his vast knowledge and experience really shined when he was teaching us the materials. I received my real estate license without any issue because as well prepared thanks to these guys. They have a great curriculum and they answered all my questions in depth and made certain I understood everything they taught.

I was in the live class for a few weeks before having to switch to online ALL OF THE SUDDEN. I was very worried bc of my learning style. Was I going to learn what I needed? Was it going to be as interactive?... And many, many more. You get the jist... and having to go somewhere was also easier for me bc I have 5 children... plus its nice to get out, even just for class! I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how much I enjoyed the class! The instructor did a PHENOMENAL job interacting with the class, engaging, great personality, easy to follow, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE... the works! I was so impressed with the 1st week of transition and I can only see it getting better from here. If you are hesitant to sign up bc of online or the state of the world... all I can say is, live or online, this school is fantastic and really enraging.
