This review is for Anil Mavanlanker:Was requested to assist with repairs at a home Anil was selling, asked to leave invoice on counter and email him and the homeowner a copy, unit vacant. After visiting and inspecting repairs, coordinate with Anil recommendations. We made repairs and completed work. Left invoice sent bill. Now Anil is not willing to pay. All of the sudden Anil stopped answering my calls. DO NOT TRUST SOMEONE LIKE THIS WITH SELLING YOUR PLACE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT RESPONSIVE.

This company uses different methods to prevent me from selling the house, let alone medical claims. How can there be a mad dog in the office, and the dog owner is in Florida, do you believe it? Do you dare to find this company to buy and sell houses? Its a liar. I have an appointment with the manager, suddenly, there was a dog not on the leash and attacked me in their office. The company did not want to pay my medical bill, and they refused to talk with me. They told police the owner of dog is in Florida, actually Denise Fleig is still an active member of Orange County realtor with First Team. Which law says the owner of the property does not need to responsible for person Get injury in their property? Are you trust This company provide false information To sale your home? This company only can make you have a lot of worry and Angry. I wont recommend anyone to do business with them.
